Ste Maxime is packed with great restaurants, bars, plenty of shops, banks, tourist information office and activities for everyone. It has a beautiful golf course, tennis courts, swimming beach, harbour, park, casino, outdoor theatre, water park, adventure tree course, cinema, library, markets, an outdoor fish stall with fresh fish daily and a covered food market. There are other golf courses and tennis courts close to the villa. Riding stables and fishing lakes are close by.
A marine reserve was created in front of the Villa in 2019 and there are many varieties of fish and sea life to see just on the doorstep. Great opportunity to learn about the local sea life, swim and snorkel safely.
Secure parking for 2 cars.
Rest Relaxation and Fun: There is a hotel with thalassotherapy facilities close by for relaxing and pampering.
While our terrace is the best spot to soak up the sun and rest, there are many spots which can be private. There are numerous rock pools to explore and a lovely headland to explore with views to St. Tropez.
St. Tropez with its glitzy night life, bars and restaurants can be reached by car or a short ferry ride, which runs late during the high season. Pampalone Beach with its famous beach bars - Club 55, Tahiti and Nicky Beach are all a drive away. There are many restaurants to suite every budget.
There is a water park in Ste. Maxime and a larger one in Frejus. All the towns have their open-air market days, and some places have Artisan markets.
Glitzy St. Tropez has all the designer and more modestly priced shops, interesting restaurants and bars. The harbour is very well known and is beautiful with many large expensive boats moored up.
Ste Maxime market day is on Friday mornings and St. Tropez market is on Saturday and Tuesday mornings.
Activities: Cherry beach (2 mins walk away) is a large sandy beach where you can relax or be active. There are popular beach restaurants and bars. There are jet skis for hire with organised excursions every day during high season. From Ste Maxime and Les Issambres harbours there are ferries to St. Tropez regularly and other boat trips to Cannes, Nice and various places of interest. During high season there are spectacular firework displays all along the coast. Boats are available for rent from Ste Maxime harbour. You can learn to dive or get your boat handlers licence training from there. For the less energetic there is a diving belle which takes you along the harbour wall to see the fish.
All types of water sports are available within 5 km of the villa. There are tennis courts near the villa with some being flood lit. Most clubs offer coaching.
There are lakes near Roquebrune for fishing. The mountain terrain behind St. Maxime is popular with cyclists and walkers. St. Tropez coastal walk is spectacular.
Events: On August 15th to celebrate the Americans landing on Cherry Beach at the end of WW2 there are numerous parades in period dress in Ste. Maxime and other nearby towns, and there are spectacular firework displays - Ste. Maxime, Port Grimeau, St. Tropez simultaneously. There are boats for hire or the ferry which cruise in the Bay of St. Tropez during these displays.
At the end of September is 'Les Voiles de St. Tropez' where sailing boats of varying sizes race. It's spectacular to hire a boat or to take the ferry and cruise amongst these beautiful competitors. The atmosphere is electric and festive as liveried crews get ready to sail 90-foot racing sail boats. The boats can be seen too from the terrace of the villa with a glass of champagne or Pimms.
Cannes is about a 40-minute drive away and convenient for the Film Festival.
Nice, the 3rd largest city in France has everything from art galleries, concerts to open air markets.
Monte Carlo and Italy are about 2 hrs away.

We spent our vacation with six kids in this amazing and charming villa, which was an unforgettable experience for all of us. The villa is in a top location with stunning sea views right at our doorstep, and Plage La Nartelle is just a few minutes away. The villa is fully equipped with everything we needed during our stay. The kids loved the combination of the swimming pool and the sea. A big thanks to Rathie and Philippe – before our arrival, we received all the information we needed about the villa and the area, including restaurant recommendations. Philippe was very kind and professional during our stay. Communication was perfect! We felt right at home, I hope we will visit this villa more times!

We stayed here for 7 nights during July 2023. It was fabulous and everything we hoped for. An adorable, clean house that was very well stocked. The sparkling clean pool has a box of masks, snorkels, floaties and toys which was very handy. Snorkeling in front of the property was great and it was an easy walk to beautiful beaches. The bus line runs straight into town and the bus stop is very close to the house. There are multiple spaces for dining, playing games and visiting. And the views can’t be beat.
Most of all, the communication with Rathie and Philippe was fantastic. And check in/check was easy. They really go above and beyond to ensure you have a great vacation and are very kind people.
Staying here was one of the highlights of our 3 week trip and we would definitely come back again!

Emplacement exceptionnel

Great stay, amazing view!
We had a wonderful time at this great place. We loved the peaceful atmosphere on the terrasse early in the morning, swimming and snorkeling in the extremely clear water after just a few steps through the beach door or watching busy activities on yachts, jet ski riders or stand-up paddlers. Friends from Germany who visited us for some birthday celebrations were stunned. The house itself is spacious and very nice although some of the equipment could be improved. The French facility manager was very helpful and friendly.
Thank you for everything. We will definitely come back, Ellen, Thomas, family and friends

Was a lovely stay. We know the area well, having stayed in Les Issembras for 4 years. A personal choice to be made by visitors is a) Do you want to walk to shops/markets? b) Do you want Aircon? For this property, it is No for both. On the other hand, it is most likely the best beachfront property we've stayed in if you exclude these 2 points. The house was lovely. nearby restaurant like Les Voille and La Prao superb. Overall, nice place.

Simply wonderful...
What a great find! From the initial contact and personal experience from Jade in booking; the extremely comprehensive welcome pack and brief from Rathie; to the welcome tour from Phillipe... and then of course the whole experience of staying in such a beautiful location... we just can not find fault with a thing. Even when faced with the challenge of an external failure in phone and internet connectivity we were provided with a 4G 'Orange' Wi-Fi box. Basically the customer service was just great.
The property itself is just so authentic - the pool sits perfectly off one of the two en-suite main bedrooms which we stayed in and is bathed in sunshine virtually all day. The views of the moored yachts awesome - all from your own terrace overlooking an enchanting little beach - this accessed through your own gateway no less! The snorkeling was incredible... I even caught fish off the terrace - mainly thanks to Phillipe bringing me a huge bag of bread and telling me the best way to go about catching them - I put them all back but you could grill on the great Weber BBQ provided or even make your own soup!
The local beach bars and restaurants - just a short stroll down the road - seemed 'just right' in terms of how busy they were and quality and cost of food and drinks... A five minute drive to Sainte-Maxime Centre for a much less frenetic pace than Sainte-Tropez - albeit a hop on the ferry, taking not more than 15 minutes, a must to get up close to the super-yachts anchored outside the port... (go on a Tuesday for a massive market incidentally).
My seven year old summarised it all - 'thanks for organising a brilliant holiday house daddy..............' I feel certain we shall be contacting Jade and Rathie again surrounding a repeat visit in the next year or two...
THANK YOU!

Breathtaking retreat
This is our second stay at this amazing villa and we will be back! There is simply no other location that is better than this. We spent our days swimming and snorkeling right from the house, or relaxing poolside, or grilling on the terrace overlooking the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. If we wanted to leave, we walked to the beach club down the street or took a short drive into town.
This home is so comfortable and well equipped and it really feels like a second home rather than a vacation rental. There is a lot of space for two families to move around and sleep comfortably but there is simply no place better than on the terrace relaxing. We are counting the days until we can return.

A wonderful week in the South of France
We took three generations of our family to the South of France - my sons, grandparents and sister. The house is perfect for a large group - lots of bathrooms and living areas both inside and out. The kitchen is compact but well equipped - and anyway, we barbecued everyday on the fabulous terrace looking out to sea. What really makes this property stand out from the many we have rented over the years is its amazing position, right on the shoreline with immediate access to the beach. The views from the large terrace are truly spectacular. It was a joy just to sit and soak up the sun and views each morning and evening. The pool is a good size, so my boys (9 and 11) were in heaven with both beach and pool to choose from everyday. Inside the house felt like a home - not a bland holiday let. Overall, highly recommended!

Heaven on earth!
What a little piece of heaven! We all had a magical holiday in this Mediterranean retreat. It far outweighed our expectations, the villa was beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped and the position is absolutely stunning with the most beautiful views. We enjoyed the little beach in front of the terrace as well as the pool. We did not bother to eat out in restaurants in the evening as it was so idyllic on the terrace, we enjoyed a couple of 'fish' lunches in both Ste Tropez and Ste Maxime. We enjoyed the local markets, the boat trips and visits around the local countryside especially to Grimaud where we bought our wine - often! I would have no hesitation in recommending this villa and the owner was extremely helpful when booking.
We are English and live in the Dordogne so it was very special to come to the South of France.

So gorgeous it's hard to believe it's real
Fantastic property that is precisely as pictured. We spent a heavenly week here in June and barely ever left. The kids swam in the pool or went to the beach each day, which is only a 3 minute walk down the (pretty busy) road, and the grown-ups enjoyed reading on the terrace and watching the many boats anchored just off our shore. Inside, the house was wonderfully suited for us (4 adults; 3 kids) to all enjoy some privacy. Plenty of bathrooms! The kitchen was great and we loved having a dishwasher. We ate every meal on the terrace, enjoying the incredible view. You are literally on the sea. Laundry facilities (with a dryer!!) in the basement were another blessing. She had plenty of snorkels for the kids to play with and plenty of lounge chairs for all. Although it was in the 100s while we were there and there is no air conditioning, the house stayed fairly cool and we all had fans. Immaculately clean, with useful, precise instructions on just about everything. Excellent communication with the owner and wonderful personal attention from Philippe, the local property manager. Alarm system is robust and we felt very secure at all times. It was an amazing week that we all thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommend!!

Wow
Wow is all I can say. The pictures don't do it justice - this villa exceeded our expectations. It has the most gorgeous view. We spent almost all of our time on the terrace, in the pool, or snorkeling right in front. The house was spacious enough for two families and we all loved being able to walk to the beach. While we had many day trips planned during our stay, we loved the villa so much we spent most of our time there. It was our best vacation ever and we can't wait to return. Philippe and Rathie are so responsive, helpful, and kind. A great experience and a wonderful home. Thank you for sharing it with us!

A really nice villa with a gorgeous sea view
I used to rent villas around the Gulf of Tropez for over 20 year and this was our first experience with a seafront villa. I must admit that when wake up hearing the surf, see the sun rising above the horizon line and experience this 180° seaview from the "Pointe du Dramont" near Saint Rapahel to the nearby "Pointe des Sardinaux", you cannot forget it!
The villa is perfectly equipped with all the modern amenities that you can expect: fully equipped kitchen, modern bathrooms, confortable bedrooms and convenient terrace furniture.
Before entering the villa, you cross a nice and quiet court yard with trees, flowers and fountain. On the other side you enjoy a large terrace running along the complete sea front with a direct access to beach.
During our stay in June, we had the pleasure to watch the Giraglia Rolex Cup, directly from the villa and saw over 200 yachts passing by at around half a nautical mile - a really nice and exciting show !
The whole family (including the grand children) was feeling so well there that we almost never left it, except when I rented a boat in Ste Maxime.
If you are into boating, please note that you can anchor your boat in a cove just in front of the terrace and this spot seems quite popular.
Although worth to mention, the kind attention and support from Philippe, the property manager!
My wife and I were so pleased with the place that we are seriously envisaging to rent it again soon.

Heavenly!
This villa is certainly special - heavenly, a place to unwind and feel relaxed! It was everything as described with beautiful decor, well equipped kitchen , and a comfortable 'French' homely feel to the place. The view was outstanding and there were plenty of boats to watch, lots to do for families, clean beach with clear water for snorkelling or paddle boarding , golf , nice beach restaurants - the Wych restaurant very good and Mario Plage for cocktails. Our family loved the pool too and the Nartelle beach, the area was family friendly. Staff were always helpful and on hand if needed. All in all it was a fantastic place to be which we would recommend highly - the only downside was leaving the villa!

The Perfect Spot!
We are a group of happy & spoiled women, and we visit the Riviera every spring. We have stayed in a lot of beautiful houses in the area of St.Maxime and Les Issambres, but this house turned out to be the best one so far, with this fabulous location next to the ocean and the end of beautiful Nartelle Beach. The sun, the fresh smell, sound and view of the sea for a whole week was like pure medicine for us girls, coming from the city of most rain in Norway.
The house had 4 bedrooms, the last one with bunk-beds recommended for kids. As there were 8 of us, one would think it would be crowded, but it wasn`t. The house and the bedrooms was spaceous and comfy enough for us. A big terrace, the beach below and the pool area was room enough so that the place never felt crowded.
The kitchen contained everything we needed, and herbs from the back yard made a perfect french touch.
We had two cars, and there was parking for both. A car is needed in this area, there is so much to see & do, but the beach and beach-restaurants is in short walking distance and we walked from the house to St.Maxime in about 45 minutes.
Security was very good, and the Visitors Guide from the owner was very helpful & informative, also regarding tips and proposals for shopping, trips and restaurants. We recommend Maison Bleu in St.Maxime, and for lunch; Le Wyc Plage on the beach, 5 minutes walking distance from the house.
Thank you Rathie and Philippe for making this a perfect stay in beautiful St.Maxime.

I have vacationed in Ste.Maximefor 10 years an rented many vllas. This vlla is the one I would recommend for 2 to 6 adults.
The house itself islovely and tastefully furnished. It is also comfortable and has separate seating areas within the house so the party can spread out.
There might be larger villas but the view here i s spectacular from every room. The terrace is beautiful with flowers and dining furniture and, again, the view. The owner is wonderful and easy to deal with and the staff who greets you is so helpful.
You can open a private gate and go swimming in the sea and sit on your own little beach. You can float down to a larger beach or swim in your own pool. Believe me, you will find it hard to leave the villa. Eating breakfast on the terrace in the morning or dinner at sunset is magic. The kitchen has everything you will need. If you leave the villa, which is difficult to do because of it's beauty, the town is a short drive.
Bathrooms are modern. Security is sound.
Rent this villa if you can. Contact me with any questions.

Spectacular location, beautiful villa!
This is a fabulous villa! The views are stunning - from sunrise, throughout the day with the changing scenery of small sailing boats to, in the distance, ‘gin palaces’, to the evening, with the twinkling lights of Les Issambres across the bay.
The villa is well kept and extremely well equipped . The staff that come in if needed are friendly and English speaking, and very helpful.
The kitchen is small, so we took it in turns to prepare meals - two is possible, three’s a crowd - but there is everything you need.
The villa has many areas to sit and enjoy different times of the day, outside but also inside, if you're in need of a quiet moment.
You will need a car to get around and explore the surrounding area. However, there are some restaurants along the beach which are less than a 10 minute walk if you want to be able to drink and walk back.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful villa.

A Blue Paradise!
We have vacationed many times in Ste. Maxime and have rented many villas there through the years, however, this villa was extraordinary!
The location is fantastic, both in terms of the little "private" beach located at your doorstep and in terms of accessibility to shops and entertainment. You will spend a lot of time simply luxuriating on the terrace, soaking in the azur of the sea and sky.....with, seemingly, not a care in the world!
The owner is very approachable and helpful as are the property manager and the cleaning staff. We felt very much at home and had a very relaxing, private vacation, en famille. The villa comes well-equipped with all appliances and amenities. Most enjoyable.
Our compliments to the owner!

Great location !
We had a great time here.
Beautifull villa, great location. The house was clean and well kept. The contact we had with the owner was very pleasant. Direct entrance from the terrace to the beach was great. The french contact person was very helpfull and speaks english very well, as well as the very friendly cleaning lady. Nice sea side restaurants at walking distance. You do need a car to get to the nearest bakery or supermarket.
We can really recommend this villa.
