A fantastic stay with two great hosts. Lovely property and facilities, and a very good B&B breakfast. Decent proximity to the rest of Dorset.

It was clean beautiful place very comfortable. They was so kind friendly and dog friendly. Beds really comfortable and so quiet in garden. The garden is beautiful
Tiled floor very slippy when used shower, but that would not put me off going again. I was ok but no meat for breakfast would be a problem for some people.

Chris and Mella were fantastic hosts! Lovely and friendly and always on hand to ask any questions. The breakfasts were incredible, and without doubt some of the best hotel breakfasts we’ve had!
The B&B has a lovely homely feel with everything you might need to make your stay comfortable. Ample parking round the back of the property and within walking distance to plenty of amenities in Marnhull.

What’s not to like! So anyone reading the reviews knows the breakfasts are exceptional so we’ll post something different 😁 We would like to mention the extremely high specification of the property and the furnishings! Everything is decorated and furnished to the highest standard and the whole property from the guest entrance to the hallways to the lounge is spotlessly clean! A real credit to the lovely Chris & Mella who are delightful and so friendly 😄

There was everything to like about Clock House! The room was situated perfectly; very clean with everything you need and a bathroom with a shower AND tub! The patio allowed you to enjoy your tea while admiring the yard and apple trees. The highlight of it all were Chris and Mella (and Tizzy and Ben of course!)- they made us feel so welcomed and were incredibly kind. Not to mention they provided an excellent breakfast! We can’t say enough about Clock House- it was a beautiful experience and we’d most definitely stay again.

The warm welcome (tea and home-made cake in the lovely garden on arrival!) Beautiful furnishings, comfy beds, French windows in all rooms opening out into the garden (it was summer) a delicious late breakfast plus warm croissants. Really friendly owners Chris and Mella who really looked after us. What’s not to like?
Absolutely nothing!

What a perfect weekend. So happy that a useful goodie bag was left out for our dog (bed, towel, treats and bowls) and pleased that we could throw his ball in the paddock. Our room was bright, fresh, clean and comfortable. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was scrumptious. A local pub with good pub food was only a 15 minute walk and a local shop around the corner supplied what we needed
Everything was lovely, so thank you. We would love to return.

Lovely varied breakfast that, as a butcher, made a nice change from a "full English". Lovely cut fruit selection, choice of eggs, mushrooms etc and fantastic seeded bread/toast.
Whole property and room decor was spot on and plenty of grassed areas for exercising our energetic Sproodle.
Doggie bag (containing bed, bowls, tray, treats and food if required) was a lovely unexpected addition (although not required by us this time!)
There was nothing that could be improved upon. Chris and Mella were attentive and informative and great hosts as were Ben and Tizzy ( their two adorable spaniels)that got on well with our dog.
One thing we were surprised at was the Booking.Com score of 9.8, The Clock House B& B is definitely worth a 10+

lovely place and location, peaceful, comfortable, lounge area, dog friendly, lovely hosts, great breakfast, great shower, a lot of thought and effort has been put in to this b&b,
just one very small point, the TVs need updating, they support apps like YouTube, prime, Netflix. This would not put us staying again.

Lovely owners dog friendly great location for visiting Dorset Somerset attractions.
Local pub 20min walk on small roads. Food typical pub grub. Maybe better to travel further afield for food and book ahead or eat heartily at lunchtime.
