Nice place ruined by a cockroach infestation and lack of cleaning

I liked the location, as it was convenient and close to all the shops within the area and was not too far from the dunes too. The house was well-built with plenty of rooms, and it was spacious.

The house is infested with cockroaches. We have seen more than 20 cockroaches throughout the home, especially on the bottom floor, on beds, under the beds, in the kitchen, near the fridge, and on the walls. It was disgusting, and we were not been able to use the entire bottom floor and two of the rooms downstairs because of this. As a result, some of us have had to sleep on the couches and the floor upstairs. The house was not cleaned before our stay. The beds are completely dusty, triggering many dust allergies among us. When you tap the beds, you can see dust particles floating up and plenty of sand. When we asked the property managers they notified us that the house had been empty for two weeks before our stay and it had not been cleaned before our stay. The floors are dirty and sticky, further highlighting that the place hadn’t been cleaned before our visit. These issues have made our stay a horrible experience. Given that we have barely been able to use half the house and rooms, and had to sleep on couches due to the unhygienic and unclean conditions, we would not recommend this property to anyone who wants to enjoy their stay.

The rooms were great and location couldn’t be better. Close to beach and town. Awesome outdoor area.

It was a bit empty and lacked some normal household item but otherwise was decent. House a little dirty but huge and hard to clean. Floors easily get dirty with sand and leaves blown inside

Great location. Close to beach and town.There are several comfortable sitting areas which we found was great.

Garage is to short,could not close the door with a vehicle in it.

Walking distance to Birubi beach with lots of activities.

We had to do a bit of cleaning upon arrival. Backyard had not been cleaned for a while. There was a layer of dust inside the property, and few cockroaches a night were found in rooms and bathrooms.
