Rooms are big, comfortable bed.

beautiful spacious suites, nice locker room/hot tub area, great restaurant
The only thing that detracted from the stay was the bed in the master bedroom. I sleep on a relatively firm mattress and this one was hard as a rock. not ideal, but overall very nice place.

everything but what is mentioned below.
location of our suite furthest from elevator. should have been designed with elevator on north end. need signage to help identify food location.

Housekeeping staff are super welcoming, helpful, and efficient. Front desk staff are friendly. Room is very spacious with a great balcony. Excellent pool. Short drive to Jackson and Snake River. You can get your supplies in Victor and cook meals in the full kitchen.
On Sunday morning at 7:30 we were woken up abruptly by extremely loud country music coming from the golf club - totally unacceptable. Lodge guests are treated with second-class status compared with members of the local country club. Further, I was unexpectedly charged a $63 “resort fee” but all resort amenities are charged on top of that, e.g. $55 to rent a bike for 3 hours. Unexpected fees are annoying. Beware.

Lovely location. Spa staff was very helpful.
Our room had a stained carpet, broken window pane taped up and the air conditioning wasn’t working so the put a very noisy unit in our bedroom. There was no servicing of rooms the entire 6 day stay.

Loved that it was away from crowds yet only a few minutes from quaint towns (Victor and Driggs) as well as 45 min from Jackson. The facilities/community were very nice. Friendly, helpful staff. Condo well furnished snd very comfortable!
I did not like a balcony overlooking the pool! Kids were screaming all afternoon. Plus, the balcony “furniture” was extremely uncomfortable. One thing I love most in a mountain vacation is relaxing on the balcony with a book and a glass of wine. That was impossible. Also, we were disappointed in The Grille. The staff (one guy in particular) was extremely rude and condescending. At that type of restaurant, the service should be impeccable.

Plenty of space and 2 baths. Everything we needed. Nice balcony with chairs. The pool!!!!
I wish it was more affordable so I could return often.

We had breakfast at the cafe and it was delicious.
Parking wasn't great, but they opened the pool on Friday. Hello Memorial Day !!
