Front dress lady was help and kind

The hot tub was not that hot and the jets spray u in the face. The pool was clean but not very warm

When I need to go back tothe same destination I will absolutely stay there. Thanks Candace and Jenn

All staff was extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful. I enjoyed talking to them. They called me by name. The coffee and breakfast was great. Water was hot very fast. Lighting was bright too.

dirty toilets, bathroom smelled like sewer, didn’t get the room I booked, no working hot tub, the blankets/sheets smelled like body odor.

The room was comfy enough. Check in was great but leaving there was no one up front to give me a paper copy of the bill.

We had a jucuzzi in our King deluxe but it didn’t work. Hot tub wasn’t working in the pool area and breakfast consisted of waffles, pancakes and donuts. Thankfully there was Greek yogurt in the fridge. The only source of protein. I was told since COVID they just don’t do anything but carbs basically.

Property is getting a little worn in places, e.g. the counter top at the coffee station.

I liked the space of the room because we were able to fit our babies pak n play in the room. Without it being in the way. Near the hwy and by available gas stations.

At check in, it was unpleasant due to my card not working and finding out the place does not take cash. What would have happened if I could not pay before our stay?

Very nice, clean and pet friendly hotel to stay while traveling!

Very clean and good price. The staff is very friendly and we really like that is a pet friendly hotel. We were traveling with 2 Huskys and was perfect

The card machine was broken, we were struggling a bit to find change around and pay the pups fee.

B Paid same money as other family member and only had half the room. Hot tub out of order Pool room itself was really cold, just sitting there watching people swim. Door to get in building was broke. Had to walk all the way around Staff blamed it on booking.com

extremely disappointing will not ever stay here again!

desk attendant was horrible. was not around called with provided phone several times and she never showed up. called from room another 4 times and still no answer. hair on pillows, hot tub broken when told it was open. complimentary breakfast was only oatmeal and juice, no cereal no milks, nearly expired yogurt. needed blankets and fresh pillow cases and did not get because the desk lady was not around for over 2 hours! very dissatisfied with this location!
