Excellent location and lovey property
Poorly stocked kitchen, it was not easy to cook a fairly basic meal with what was available in the kitchen

Great location, close to the town but very peaceful.
Could have done with a second toilet downstairs.

Location and size of property
Needs a big refurb - windows replaced and green external door lock needs to be replaced. Whole place needs airing and outside area cleaned and repaired. Need to replace old furnishings eg sofas.

Location was close to town so we could walk in and near enough to drive to other location I.e. Rutland Waters

Spacious and attractive accommodation.
One bathroom for 6 people led to queues forming!

Great location, nice and quite with short distance to the town.
Everything you needed was supplied with tea, coffee and milk a bonus on arrival.
A lovely warm, clean and cosy house, would defiantly say again
Only one bathroom/toilet but would not stop us from staying again.
Power shower was lacking power but again would not put us off staying.

It was stunning, and a good stop off point for our onward journey to Scotland.

Beautiful house in a fabulous location.
Everything we needed was provided. The furnishings and decor were lovely too. We’d definitely stay again.

Sehr gemütlich, genau wie auf den Bildern. Nachts unglaublich ruhig.

No breakfast, but good facilities close-by. Short walk to main town. The facilities at the property were as described. If possible, an en-suite would be a bonus. In summer the sitting area would be perfect, especially with the barbecue. The property was well heated, without using the open fire.
Expected provision of toiletries which were not there. (minor problem)

The size of the place was nice, and the furnishings were lovely. Very handy to have on site parking, and the location was walking distance to most things.
The main bedroom was infested with bees - we found about 10-15. They kept coming in despite having the windows and doors closed. One of our group was stung twice. There was also a bad small in the upstairs landing - like a small animal may have died in the roof space. We were grateful there was a washer/dryer, but it left our clothes damp and the cycles took a long time (over 4.5 hours).

The location was perfect as were the facilities and the house in general.

Spacious accommodation, location and beds.
Little tired and a few cobwebs. The bathroom was a little dated and the shower was not very powerful. The courtyard was a suntrap but the ground is very uneven (there are signs to warn you). Not enough to stop us coming back though

Location
The property is tired, it could be fantastic. The bedrooms don’t have curtains, just vertical blinds that don’t keep the light out so the rooms are bright quite early.

We had a great couple of days in this property. It was very well equipped and comfortable. The location was perfect to see all the sights of the lovely town of Stamford.

Great location, beautiful house with plenty of parking.
Shower fluctuated between temperatures whilst using it. Sometimes was boiling hot, but was manageable.

Location was good, easy walk into town.
The gate was broken and very hard to open to get to the front door. The oven was hard to use as all the indicators on the dials had worn off making it impossible to use! There was only one roll of toilet paper for 7 people? The windows in 2 of the smaller bedrooms let cold wind in; one was even cr!

The lounge was by far the best room. Comfortable reclining sofas seated 6 people. The location was excellent too. Quiet, near to town
Well - I was very surprised to be staying in a clearly converted office. Not cosy; not comfortable beyond the lounge. Bathroom was cold and the electric shower is so weak its barely worth showering. Fluorescent strip lights in the bedrooms?! Heavy fire doors everywhere; and the beds the most uncomfortable we have ever slept on. Ever! The kitchen oven is virtually unusable as all the symbols have been removed and no instructions so a lot of guess work was had.

The Coach House is in a lovely quiet area, which is very near Stamford. The accommodation is very very well used but not very well maintained or finished. Kitchen is basic with a cooker that is old and all the settings on the knobs are unreadable. Couple of broken door handles and paint work throughout the house that is very untidy. Strip lighting in bedrooms lends it an unfortunate studenty vibe. This place could be so so much better with with the simplest of touch ups, a new cooker/shower and redecoration.

Location was great; size of property good. Living area downstairs very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped
The double bed in the small room was so uncomfortable we will not stay here again unless it is replaced. I have bruised hips because the mattress is in such a terrible state. All the springs are broken - it does not function as a bed.
The oven has no markings on it, so was very hard to cook a breakfast. When we did cook our breakfast it set off the loudest smoke alarm that we spent 10 minutes trying to silence. We almost threw the meal away. We managed in the end by silencing the smoke alarm.
The shower is poor - very low pressure, and went from scalding hot to freezing cold.
The freezer was so frozen over we could only use 1 drawer.
