Fino i korisno

Savršen vikend u kojem smo sve pogodili. Od lijepog vremena, provedenog kvalitetnog druženja i odličnoj igri. Ovdje gdje smo prespavali samo je upotpunilo i zaokružilo zanimljivu priču. Domaćin nas je uputio na točnu lokaciju na koju nas je dočekala žena koja nam je sve lijepo objasnila što i kako trebamo učiniti. Stan odličan, velik i prostran, čak i prevelik za nas troje. Sve čisto i uredno i na svome mjestu. Na odličnoj lokaciji. U blizini su razne trgovine, gradska knjižnica, plaža Bačvice te centar kojih 5 - 10 min hoda. U blizini plaže je i veliko dječije igralište koje je veliki plus ako imate dijete. Krevet velik i udoban. Ima čak tri klime koje jako dobro rade. Sve u svemu savršeno pogodili sve.

Disappointing

Location. 10 minutes from the center and 5 minutes to the see.

Apartment very dark, lamps used all day. The ones in the living room don't work. We waited for an hour in a corridor for someone to arrive to leave the keys, even though we had made an appointment several days before. No shower gel or shampoo (as advertised) and no toilet paper either. A TV in the room connected to nothing, only used to connect your computer if you have a cable. The slope of the walk-in shower is non-existent, so it's hard to shower without dragging everything.

Lovely accommodation, nicely decorated, well equipped, good location.

The aircon in the twin room was faulty, so it rattled a lot, even when turned off, keeping us awake at night.

great location, clean, lovely staff

The property was in an amazing location within walking distance of all the main attractions. The property itself was perfect for what we needed and had everything. The apartment was clean and the beds were really comfortable. The door handle of the toilet unfortunately did not work, but hopefully that has now been fixed. The lady that showed us the apartment was really really helpful and even dropped off my sunglasses when I had left them behind, she really went above and beyond.

Beautiful apartment, with everything you need!

Everything was perfect! Apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything you need. Big rooms with comfortable beds. Location is great, very close to Riva and old town, and it was easy to find. You can easily find free parking spot near the building. Host was friendly and willing to help with everything you need. Highly recommended, we will come back for sure!

Loved it. Did what it said on the tin. Superb location, clean , and comfortable. What more needed ?

The location was beyond reproach. Was a little tricky to find the apartment , but then once ensconced we were 110% happy.

Nice place

The apartment was very close to a sandy beach which was great for 2 small children. The water was very shallow, even quite far out. Also a playground was very close by. The flat was 15 minutes walk to the old town, which was fine. Good apartment, comfy beds.

The owner tried to move us to another apartment last minute while we were almost at the apartment with 2 small children and a load of luggage. His cleaner hadn't shown up. We were happy to drop the bags and go to the beach while the flat was cleaned and it all worked out in the end

Best location in Split, Large rooms and comfortable beds, the host, the kitchen

What could be improved is the cleaning in the bathroom and the equipment in the kitchen (a larger pot, cloth for cleaning, iceing)

Very good

The apartment was quite big, new and clean. Beds were comfortable and not too noisy considering it location. Check in process with Tea was wonderful, she took us to the apartment, explained us everything and even gave us recommendations on where to go.

Difficult communication with the representative via mail, had to call to get info on check in time

Gem near everything!

Excellent location in quiet neighborhood but close to everything. Amazing apartment that was very modern, had everything we needed and comfortable. Fast wifi and a virtual cable service that has all the channels we typically watch. A large size space given usually smaller apartments for the city. Also on the ground floor...huge plus for us. Can't wait to go back.

Irresponsible host & smell of tabacco

Modern appartment

-irresponsible and untrustworthy host We waited 30 mins outside of the front door until somebody pick us up. The owner didn’t answer my phone at the arranged check-in time and ignored my measages after checking them. She said the front door is opened and we can enter without keys. But in fact, all the doors were closed and we could’t get inside at all. She didn’t respond to our contacts and didn’t even appologize to us. -Smell of tabacco in the entire apartment Booking.com page said it’s “non-smoking” but the odor of cigarette smoke permeated the room entirely. We bought candles to get rid of the small but we couldn’t endure this thick cigarret smell. They should change the room condition to “smoke-free” zone.

Beautiful Apartment and perfect Location

- central location near Riva - nice and comfy bed - nice kitchen - very nice and charming host We enjoyed our stay here and everything was perfect. Definitely coming back again!
