Dirty with roaches and addicts occupying access trash visible everywhere.. room had no remote and only 2 towels.. couldn’t swap out blankets and even after leaving mine to be washed it was never retrieved

Will not use this facility again.

None served. They had coffee and pre-packaged muffins and honeybuns as well as some fruit in the lobby as I was checking out.

Check in was 3pm. Arrived at 4:10. Room was not ready. Was asked to wait 20 minutes for him to get it ready. Asked if I could be discounted for the inconvenience, as was told "he could just cancel the reservation." Rude. No coffee pot or coffee in room. Stood in water during shower as tub was extremely slow to drain. No blow dryer, no iron or ironing board.

The Owner is Very Nice way better than the last Manager from what I understand the Room was Nice and Clean and the Tv was Huge I will stay Again

There were no positives.

Front entrance wasn’t in working order and the side entrance wasn’t accessible. The lobby reeked of cigarettes and was unkept. The website said there was a pool, there was no pool.

The price was $55 online and when we got there it was $160 and they said the damage deposit would not be returned. So I ended up paying triple the cost for a room that was dirty and had roaches in it.

I just need 1 word….. HORRIBLE

the first room the tv and remote wouldn’t work. they dropped off a tv for me to install, it didn’t work. then they moved me to another room and the remote wouldn’t work. I had to watch the same channel all night. 1 washer and dryer for the whole hotel. no coffee, no breakfast as stated. The hotel does not look what it appears on line at all. I see why this is a 2 star hotel. if that’s the case they should be cheaper til the fix the hotel up to what it looks online. Still waiting on my deposit checked out April 10th. the staff was not nice at all, telling me they can’t give me a receipt, I have to go through booking.com to receive it. called booking.com 3 times on this hotel. Since the system at the hotel is down, I had to give my banking info via email to receive my refund. I’m not comfortable with that but I did it anyways. still haven’t received my refund.

The Hotel is very run down, dirty, old and a misrepresentation in the pictures. The location is horrible and it was very unsafe. I check in and checked right out! I even ask for a refund. The manager said that they would give me a full refund once you contact her. I also submitted a cancellation to you the same day.

they let me see room before I paid. after I saw it I left. it was gross. had to go find another hotel after driving 8 hrs with 2 young kids

Location close to everything

There was trash everywhere, and I believe people sell drugs here and people walking around the parking lot made me nervous. The building smelled like marijuana and other bad smells Water was not warm enough, no refrigerator or microwave to keep food, only one trash can for the whole room. It would be a nice place if it better well taken care of.

I will never stay here again and can't believe this place operates like this.

The location was great. It was a quick drive down to Arrowhead Stadium.

The rooms and lobby area were filthy. We ended up asking for a refund and leaving because there were bugs crawling all over in the bathroom. I showed the young man at the front desk the videos I had taken and he gave us a refund.

Not comfortable at all. After seeing the state of the floors, we kept shoes on. After seeing the sheets, we slept on top

Close to the stadium

Wasn’t cleaned. Broken glass on the floor in the room, food wrappers on the floor, no table tops or bathroom counters wiped down, bed sheets had blood stains.

Booking.com should check out these places before they book with them. that was literally the worst

The hotel was so gross and the worst place i ever stayed. I was booked for 3 nights and the 1st night i was there i found 2 bed bugs on the bed. i checked out immediately. And of course they booking.com wont refund me.

Run away. Run FAR away.

It didn't appear to have bed bugs.

The whole room was disgustingly filthy and reeked of stale cigarette smoke (non-smoking room) and urine (the curtains were covered in urine stains). The smoke alarm was broken, and was sitting on the desk (major safety issue), and the deadbolt was completely broken off. These are just a few of MANY things that were nasty, broken, missing, or not working in the room. It was, by far, the worst hotel experience either of us has ever had.

The location was hard to get to. The front office told me repeatedly they were over booked and blames booking.com, the room was disgusting. There was blood in the bathroom, holes everywhere and the entire place smelled of smoke. Do not recommend.

Had 2 king rooms. One had a refrigerator the other didn't. Neither had a coffee maker
