Bad
The facilities were amazing.
My girlfriend and I arrived in Amanda's home after a long day travelling from Portugal, arriving for mothers day as I hadn't been home in a couple of years. Looking at the pictures and the reviews this place looked perfect for us, private. However pretty much instantly found out one problem that we had not expected, which was that there is no taxi service. I rang every 'company' that I could find on Google and in the booklet made by Amanda and all them were off duty at 8pm on a Thursday. I should of realised when I arrived from being dropped off from the airport that this was going to be a problem by the way Amanda looked shocked when asking if we were car-less. Either she was shocked about us being car-less or by the fact were were a young couple. Anyway, not such a huge problem tho as the next morning we were ready to walk into ledbury. It is an easy walk, only roughly 2 miles so did that a couple time on the first morning to get our shopping for the weekend sorted. Amanda even drove past us walking which was great. When we were back we relaxed and watched the Cheltenham horse racing and every now and then I would sit out on the balcony. One time I was sat there on my phone inbetween races and I was asked how my stay was, I explained everything was perfect and that we were just enjoying watching the racing. I also explained that a couple of my friends that I hadnt seen in ages were stopping by after work to say hello and she told me that was fine and to enjoy. After my friends being there from 5pm on the Friday afternoon until 6.30pm this is were everything started to go downhill. In all fairness I did not realise that there was no smoking outside the property aswell as inside. So Amanda came over and told us to go into town and not to be at her house. My friends politely left, we all apologised for the smoking on the balcony and me and my girlfriend tried to enjoy the rest of the night whilst being left to feel slightly uncomfortable.

Pure luxury and a perfect peaceful break
The property is a stunning conversion with every modern amenity ,plus more than you could ever wish for in a self catering establishment. The host met us on arrival and we saw her again when we left, this suited us as we could enjoy our break in privacy and peace. The welcome pack and all the extras (coffee , tea, sugar, dishwasher and washing machine pods +) were exceptional extras and most welcome suprise. The bathroom is pure luxury and the towels super soft. The bed is wonderful and the linen top quality as is everything in this stunning property. The whole property, and your stay , is well planned and luxurious. We can absolutely recommend this venue, you will not be disappointed. 10 out of 10.
can not think of a simple thing as so much has been well considered and executed by the host

Exceptional
A well equipped relaxing place to stay. The balcony was lovely to sit out on in the evenings. The host was lovely and the welcome food hamper was a really nice touch especially as the host had catered for dietary needs.
Nothing to dislike about it

A cosy and luxurious stay in the English countryside
Absolutely stunning property - very spacious, cosy and comfortable, with lovely owners who went out of their way to make sure we had a perfect stay. Especially loved the huge super king sized bed, with wooden beams on the walls and ceiling, the powerful rain shower, the little log fire and kitchen (with absolutely everything you can think of) and the gorgeous hamper with fresh apple juice, honey, jam, nuts and bread. Also loved hearing ducks quacking every morning from the balcony.
We loved everything!
