About this villa rental
This charming bright and sunny villa has been recently renovated to include a private heated pool,wifi , air con and satellite tv. Set in a attractive and quiet area, perfect for a relaxing holiday, yet with excellent facilities for the more active within easy walking distance. The Villa has various terraced areas with all day sunshine, top quality terrace furniture and sun loungers are provided together with a Weber BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining. The Villa is very spacious with a large lounge, flat screen television, DVD player, WiFi, music centre with iPod dock. There are french doors leading from the lounge to a large, lovely sun terrace with the private heated swimming pool and also out over a attractive grassed terrace area. There is a fully fitted and extremely well equipped kitchen, including dishwasher , Nespresso machine and washing machine along with a dining area to seat 6 people. There are two bedrooms, both with twin beds which can easily be made into a double on request, one en suite bathroom and one family bathroom/shower room.

Another great relaxing time at this lovely villa.
The villa is perfect for having a do as you like holiday. Very clean, tidy and spacious. Loads of outside space and the heated pool is the icing on the cake. Hope to go back in September.

We are a family of five with three kids - 5 and 3 years old and a baby 8 months. For such a family the villa was just perfect, big enough. We stayed here for one month in March, it was one of the best months of our life. The villa was even better than in the photos. Clean, all staff you need for a longer time such as dishwasher, washing machine or iron with ironing board. The kitchen is equipped at the highest level. Both terraces have super comfortable garden furniture, where we could enjoy breakfast or spend long evenings. A travel cot and a high chair were waiting for our smallest child too. In case of inclement weather, in the living room you find a large selection of DVDs with movies, puzzle boxes and lots of books. The highlight is of course the heated swimming pool, our kids just loved it! The chest on the terrace next to the pool is full of inflatable mattresses and toys for children. The big advantage of the villa is undoubtedly the alarm, that made us feel safe. Once, by mistake, we did not turn it off correct and the security called immediately if everything was okay. The contact with the owner Lesley was great, she was always available to help and respond to requests and questions. Immediately after landing, i.e. around 1 p.m., we could already check-in, a nice lady Josie with a bunch of keys was waiting for us in the house, who also left her phone number in case of help. As a welcome we received fresh fruit, a box with jams, coffee, tea and a bottle of wine, which was nice.
The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. From here we could get to Los Cristianos, Playa de las Americas or El Medano by car in just a few minutes. The airport is also nearby, which may be an advantage, but a small disadvantage is that you can hear the planes that almost fly over the villa. However, it did not bother us, as we got used to it quickly. We would definitely come here again and I think it will happen in the near future!

Our Little Paradise in Tenerife
We were so impressed with this property that we have booked it again for the next few years for 4 months each year. The villa is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood, yet close enough to the coast for some spectacular walks, near a little convenience store and with many cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The villa was very clean, well maintained and perfect for 2 people. Lesley was a wonderful host and saw to our every need.

Amarilla golf an absolute gem
We had a wonderful stay at this wonderful villa in March 2020. We were made to feel so welcome by Josie who was so helpful. The villa has everything you would want at home. The heated pool is so nice to swim in , straight in no hesitation,no hanging around toe dipping. The outdoor furniture is very comfortable and good quality. We were unfortunately on lock down for our second week due to the coronavirus but it didn't bother us at all because of the comfort we had in the villa. The TV has so many channels and the wi-fi never let us down. A big thank you has to go to Lesley for her care towards us during the second week offering any help what so ever to help during the lock down, there was no hesitation at all in offering an extended stay if we had trouble with our airline, unfortunately it was on time and left with little trouble. We will return perhaps for longer next time. Again thank you so much.

Lovely villa
We had a lovely restful holiday at this villa. It was perfect for us. Very clean and well equipped. Heated pool was great and sunshine all day. Quiet area but not far from shop and restaurants. Josie was very helpful and even took us to the local shop on our arrival. We are looking to go back early summer.

We have just spent 2 weeks over Christmas and New Year at this wonderful villa. We were greeted by Josie who showed us around the property and even drove us down to the supermarket (local shop was closed as it was late Saturday night) to get our basics on the first night. Lovely outdoor sitting area with table and chairs at the front of the villa which is ideal for breakfast. The large back area is superb! Sun all day, perfect pool temperature, cushioned sunbeds, bats and balls, barbeque, comfortable outdoor seating and another outdoor table and chairs for lunch! There is a local shop which is an easy 5 minute walk away. The seafront bars and restaurants are a 15 minute walk away where you can have a 3 course meal for €8 and beer is €1 to €1.5 a pint! Bars with live entertainment are also within a 5 minute walk of the villa if you don't want to go into the town. Overall, a great find and we feel lucky for discovering this perfect villa!

It took quite and effort to get the swimming pool water temperature to what is supposed to be which was advised 28c-29c. The pool lighting also was automatically turned off as we found on our first night back from an evening out as we had to swim in a dark pool... Very depressing holiday was a one off very special Birthday treat! Again this was eventually extended till later only to find the light would Now not work till well after dark which ruined our holiday...

Quiet location, property in good condition, good communication

We stayed in this villa with 5 people and it was absolutely amazing. Everything was clean and the rooms were very big. The kitchen was well equipped and the pool clean. Parking is no problem. Josie the housegirl is very nice and helps with any problem. The environment is beautiful and you can see the ocean. The motorway, shops, bars and restaurants are close. If you wish to discover the island on your own this place is best for you. Booking was easy. The airport is just 15 mins away. It is a good place for couples and also if you have (small) kids. Our kids (3 and 4) enjoyed the holiday as much as we did. Everything was perfect. We can absolutely recommend this place for anyone. Sun and fun all day. :) :)

This was our second stay in this villa. And we liked it again very much. The house is really clean. The welcome by Jozie was very warm. There was a bottle of sparkling wine and fresh water in the fridge and some fruits. To stay in the warm south and make different excursions all over the island was again beautiful. And the wonderful pool!

Our second stay - hopefully not our last.
My late parents lived on Amarilla Golf for nearly 25 years and we have been visiting almost every year. Whenever we visit we rent a villa and this was our second stay at Lesley's villa. We chose to come back because the villa suits our needs perfectly. It is in a quiet spot and is well maintained and appointed. A splash in the heated pool is the perfect way to wake up in the mornings or relax after a long day sunbathing. There's a new "swing Bar" opened at the end of the road but this does not cause any issues with noise, especially as it doesn't open late. It's a nice spot to get a bit of lunch and a quick pint! Amarilla golf is a great base from which to explore the local resorts such as Playa de Las Americas, Los Christianos or Los Abrigos which is renowned for it's fish restaurants. You will need a car though. Closer to home there are some lovely restaurants and bars to be found if you follow the coastal path around to the Marina and over towards Golf Del Sur and San Blas. In summary, this villa is perfect if you are a golfer and intend playing probably the best course on Tenerife or if you just want a quiet relaxed holiday away from the main resorts. We hope to be back over the coming years.

Fantastic, well equipped villa with warm pool and loads of outdoor space!
The photographs do not really do this property justice. The pool is fabulous and so warm especially considering it was December and the amount of outdoor space front and back of the villa is unbelievable! The villa was of ample size for us and our 2 teenage children to relax and not be under each other's feet. It is very private and in a quiet and secluded area but ideally placed for golfers and near enough to supermarkets and restaurants/bars that you have the best of all worlds. Definitely the best place we have stayed in this area and we would definitely choose this villa again!

The house's interieur-furnishing is quite modern with two bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool was the dream of our children and used every day, despite sunshine comes with warranty in the south of Teneriffe and we restricted swimming to the morning and afternoon. The pool is cleaned at least once a week, but when it is windy you can fish out the leaves by yourself. The outside atmosphere looks amazing, although annoying flies make it hard to have a meal outside. Another point is that the landing and starting planes produce remarkable noise when they fly around 200m above the ground, which did not disturb us too much since we live near to an airport, but you should know that you will hear them clearly inside at day and night. Unfortunately there have been some construction sites in the street, which means the view to the sea is built up and we had some short periods of water supply outage. Beatiful beaches are just a short drive away, if you need more space than the small pool offers. The surrounding shops and markets provide nearly everything you can imaging, one holiday club throws party at night, but the noise bothers not as much as the planes. Overall, we had a very nice stay in the sunny villa and thanks to Josie we could find everything we needed.

Great stay, recommended for small family
We stayed in second half of August. Whether was good, but Amarillo is located in south part of island which used to be windy, so great thing in this house is heat pump for pool.

House is small but in my opinion it's perfect for family of 3-4. House is located in quiet area, but it is very near to shops, restaurant or a bar.
Great stay, it's very possible we'll decide to rent it once again.

Lovely Villa
One week stay from 22nd May 2018. Villa, pool and outside space are all very good. Unfortunately we were unable to make the best of the pool as the weather, which was out of anyone’s control was not what was expected. Area is lovely and quiet. Everything you need within walking distance including a taxi rank enabling a trip to venture out for a busier type of night.

A wonderful villa
We have just returned home after spending a lovely, relaxing two weeks at this wonderful villa.
After a pleasant taxi journey from the airport, we were greeted by the very helpful and friendly Josie, who gave us a tour of the villa before kindly driving us to the supermarket so we could stock up with some essentials for our first evening and next day's breakfast. We were touched by this kind act.
The rest of our time in the villa was lovely. It was in a quiet location which enabled us all to relax in the lovely heated pool and chill on the sunbeds provided. It was a very clean villa with comfortable beds and all the facilities you could possibly need.
There were many restaurants in walking distance and at San Blas. We didn't have one bad meal!
We also enjoyed a day at the water park, Sian Park and enjoyed a ride on the jetskis at the marina.
On the Friday, it was also nice to walk around the local market.
We were also brave enough to catch the bus to Los Cristianos a couple of times and it was nice to then return home to the comforts of the villa.
All in all we had 2 great weeks at this lovely villa. We would defintiely recommend to our friends.
A big thank you to Lesley for great communication from the start when booking the villa, during our stay and even on our return.

Lovely tidy villa in a lovely location
Just back from 11 days in this lovely villa. The place was immaculate on arrival and Josie was very helpful in showing us round the property on arrival. Wouldnt hesitate to book this property again or recommend it to friends and family, its even better than it looks in the pictures.

We arrived New Years Eve and was greeted by Josie a wonderful lady so very helpful. The stay was fantastic. Weather brilliant. The villa is well equipped with all home comforts. Great heated pool and lots of outside space front & back. Very quiet location but near enough to reach great restaurants. We walked most days along the coastal walk really beautiful. This will take you to Los Abrigos and to some of the best restaurants. Restaurante El Mirador de los Abrigos is a must. Great seafood. La Langostera being another. Would recommend this accomodation and Thank you for a great holiday. We will be back.

Perfect for relaxing.
What a marvellous villa. Self contained to the highest standard, you won't want for anything. Situated in an area, which I would describe as residential. The area is unbelievably quiet, surrounded by Amarilla golf course. There are 3 bars/restaurants within a short walk. Or a walk along the coast and golf course of approximately 1 mile, will bring you to more bars and restaurants. Lesley was on hand before and during the holiday, if needed. I would definitely recommend this property, and without doubt, use again.

Perfect
Just returned after a 3 week stay at this perfect villa. Lesley was very helpful from the first point of contact to the day we left. The photos do not give the full picture regarding the outside space there is loads. If you like good quality linen, towels, beds etc this villa is for you. Added bonus British TV and Internet access. I cannot fault this villa and I have stayed in many so book with confidence.

Very clean with everything we needed.
A lovely villa with extremely large outdoor areas to relax in both front and rear. The big plus for us was the heated swimming pool with enough room for us both to enjoy a daily swim. The area felt very safe and the villa was very secure. Inside it had everything we wanted and to top it all Lesley left us a welcome pack which included a bottle of champagne.
We didn't hire a car and we managed without it with no problems, we tended to use the local Irish bar for a number of meals and we were made very welcome.
Overall a great week where we had good weather in a great villa. Thanks Lesley.

Nice villa in a quiet area midst in a golf course
The villa was exactly as promised and with Lesleys instructions easy to find. The house, the pool and the patio wehre all very clean and the neighbours very friendly. As a welcome surprise we got fruits and a bottle of sparkling wine. The villa is perfectly located to explore the island in any direction.
We will definitvely recomend this accommodation to our friends.
