The apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. It has wonderful decorations that make it feel homey without feeling cluttered. The shower has plentiful hot water with excellent water pressure. Dafne is welcoming and helpful and makes herself available should you have any questions. The location is fabulous...right in the middle of the historic center, an easy walk to so many sights and vibrant streets to explore, while also being very peaceful and quiet in the apartment itself. The only thing to note is that the bathroom is very narrow, and there isn't much clearance between the front of the toilet and the wall in front. If someone has limited mobility (or is quite tall), it is a bit difficult to maneuver up and down from the toilet. But this was a minor issue for us, and we would plan to stay in Dafne's wonderful apartment again if we came back to Naples.

This apartment is perfectly situated to explore the city, starting with the Historic Center. It was also convenient to tour pick-ups. The apartment is large, very clean and well-furnished. Dafne was the perfect host. Responded to every question promptly.
Great eating places and grocery stores within yards of the apartment! Gelato right next door!

First time to Naples. Loved the quaintness of the area. Apparently our visit was after a tournament because there was a lot of celebrating , making it difficult to sleep. Certainly not the hosts fault.
Hosts were very very nice and helpful. Any questions we had they replied very promptly. Greatly appreciated.
We did have an unfortunate experience when a taxi driver did not take us close to rental unit. We got lost big time. Thankfully for store owners , after many many inquiries we made it back.

This little gem is in the middle of the Historical Centre. The decor is authentic and spotlessly clean.
Dafne is a lovely host and nothing was too much trouble.

The downtown location was perfect, being steps from many pizzerias and especially the oldest pizza makers in the history of world, not just Naples!

Great apartment I’m the heart of the historical district. Dafne our host was great and flexible with check in. The apartment was clean and spacious. Will definitely rent here again if ever in Naples

I spent four weeks here, in the middle of old town Naples. The apartment is spacious by European and maybe even American standards. It’s a little dark because historic Naples is tall buildings and narrow alleys, and this is on the first floor (floor above ground floor). The apartment has everything you need, and I cooked some amazing meals there with groceries from the nearby shops. My hosts were incredibly friendly and gracious. In fact, we got along so well that I even went vi out for a coffee a few times with one of them, I learned tons about the city and it’s history.

We had a wonderful stay in Dafne and Fabiano’s lovely apartment. As hosts, they were the best: welcoming, attentive, and responsive. The furnished apartment is spacious with a well equipped kitchen, washing machine, good WiFi, cable TV, comfortable and, no small thing, plenty of hot water.
The location, in the midst of Napoli's historic center, is perfect for those who wish to explore the old city. It is just off via del Tribunali, one of the original main streets laid out by the Greek founders. There are a host of restaurants, pizzerias, and cafes as well as small stores and a supermarket. Close to many of Napoli's historic sites and within easy access to others.
We can’t say enough about how perfect everything was. We highly recommend booking a stay with Dafne and Fabiano.

Very comfortable spacious apartment in the heart of centro storico Naples. Not terribly quiet but much of the noise is people talking and having fun, and that is the price you pay for being so close to the action of Via Tribunali. But since it is largely a walking area it is certainly quieter than the hotels and recreational rentals on the streets with heavy traffic. Bed is fine albeit a little creaky. All in all this was a great deal.

This location is hidden in an alley off a Main Street next to a variety of shops within walking distance. Every kind of shop you should need for your stay literally minutes away. The apartment is supplied well and has a cloths washer if needed. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re in the area and would stay here again if given the opportunity. Fabiono was a delight to introduce us to the place.

Thank you Dafne and Fabiano for making our first stay in Napoli stress-free and enjoyable. The apartment is very well located in the historic centre. It is about a 20-min walk to the train station, and about a 10-min walk to the port for taking the boat to the islands (we went to Ischia). Just a note: there is no air conditioning unit (as indicated) but we slept well with the fans provided. The washing machine was an added bonus for light-packing travellers such as ourselves.

Fantastic experience
We had a wonderful experience in this apartment, it was fantastic. Our location was perfect being used to be in napoli, was our home for a month. And in the Neighborhood and area we are comfortable in and used to.. House was clean and so confortable. Happy to see our beloved city and friends and family. Making memories. The apartment was well stocked with everything that we needed. Being able to cook like home was important to us being neopolitan . Couldent have asked for more. Highly recommended. The owners were excellent to us helpful in every way. Thank you Daphne and Fabiano, we were so at home. We are hoping to be able to come back and stay again with you. thank you again and again. 🥰🥰.

The location in old neighborhood was perfect for dining, cafes, museums, church sites, metro. The apartment was spacious and well equipped for dining and hanging out. It felt like a real piece of Naples!

Everything was great. Of course Naples is a gritty city and the buildings are old so expect the courtyard to be old and dirty. And beds are not as comfortable as you might be used to but we would stay at this apartment again.

If you want to be in the middle of all things Naples, this is the place!
Having lived in Naples for three years we were very excited to be right in the middle of things. Daphne was extremely communicative and her brother was right there to help. Place is expansive and well equipped. Cafe for coffee right across the street as well as gluten free pizza and all kinds of foods and shops. Just minutes from some of the most beautiful churches in Naples. If you want the real deal experience of Naples, this is it. We will be back!

Great spot
Property was great and the hosts were very kind. Even gave us a little gift. Shared wine with Fabiano and he gave us great tips of places to see. Center of town, close to the domo and lots places to eat and enjoy a cocktail.

Great place, real busy neighborhood narrow streets full of foot and car/scooter traffic so even though it did not bother us it’s definitely not everyone’s cup of tea. The apartment needs air conditioner for the summer heat.

Beautiful apartment
The inside of the apartment was beautiful. Nicely done up and clean. We didn't spend too much time in the house. Unfortunately for us we arrived in the worse heatwave in Italy, with that said there are no air conditioner in the house. I would suggest they invest in a portable AC unit for hot days. The host were very nice people and accommodated our arrival and departure by providing car service. I deeply appreciate Fabiano's kindness considering they are going through a tough time. Wishing all is well. I would recommend this house for the cooler months. I would rent again but not in the summer time. Ciao.

Lovely well equipped property in a brilliant location for exploring Naples
Fabiano kindly collected us from and returned us to the airport.
The apartment is as described and pictured. Very comfortable and we found everything we needed. Just right for a city break. We stayed 4 nights. We recommend it.
It is right in the historic centre, so there is lots to see and do on the doorstep. There is a good choice of places to eat at all times of the day and a little shop with basic provisions just round the corner.
You can walk to much of the city including the train station. A tip though if you are catching the Circumversuviana train to Pompeii & Herculaneum, do get on where it starts at Porta Nolana, otherwise you will probably not get a seat & may have to wait for the next train. We found the train ok and very efficient. The metro is also useful.

Amazing location in the historical centre of Naples.
Fantastic location if you want to stay right in the heart of the historic centre. The apartment was spacious and perfect for a family of four, and Fabiano was really welcoming and helpful. There are wonderful pizzerias on the doorstep, and we loved the vibrant atmosphere of the streets - day and night - and will hopefully return to do all the things we ran out of time to do! Highly recommend!!

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location
The apartment is quiet, bright and clean and has plenty of room for a family. We really wished we could have stayed longer both in the apartment and in Naples, we absolutely loved both. Dafne and her brother were ready to greet us at the apartment when we arrived and had made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is surrounded by restaurants and cafes and it is really easy to access. We would highly recommend staying in Dafne’s apartment as well as staying in the Centro Storico, both are magical. Thank you Dafne, we hope to be back in two years for the next school trip and this time we intend to stay longer.
