Homely.

Spacious living hall, equipped kitchen, not too far from Dunsborough Cole’s where we purchase our food for cooking. There is wine fridge to chilled our wine. Tennis court and pool.

The property must very very popular that everyone staying, feel very much at home. Thus, the visitors staying were not careful to handle the furniture properly. The furniture and fixtures seems to have scratches . But it doesn’t really bother us. We still enjoyed our stay.

Location was great walking distance to beach and town

Unit 15 was water damaged and dusty. Glass sliding doors hard to open. General maintenance and a deep clean required. Not all beds had an extra blanket.and window blinds did not shut properly

Location was excellent and the house was spacious

Lots of maintenance issues. Multiple lights not working, stove top not working, spa didn’t work, cooking utensils poor quality, not enough plates, no bin liners, some of the kitchen cookware dirty

Excellent place for a group trip

Fantastic location, so close to the beach and town centre. Rick who checked us in was so helpful and friendly, and gave great recommendations for places to go to eat. Accommodation was comfortable, with lots of space, and had everything we needed, including a cot, high chair and baby gate for my niece. Definitely recommend!

Really enjoyable

Great Villa that was very well equipped. Lots of room with 3bathrooms and 4 toilets was so good with ten people. Great location too

Fire was great but would have been good if wood was supplied or knew before we arrived

Overseas family catch up!

The location is just awesome and house 18 was more than adequate for our big group. We will definitely be back. Thank you for making our holiday the best! 💕

Very minor points, some lights were not working. There was a noisy fan in the ensuite and one of the bifold doors wouldn't open.

Fantastic location, spacious villas

Large and spacious villas. Absolutely beautiful location on the beach.

Only thing i would like to see is a spring clean of the rugs, lounges, cushions etc. They were all a little grubby and needed a wash.

The place was a great spot to relax in and we will hopefully be back next year.

The location was amazing. We were made to feel very welcome. House was well supplied with beds and bathrooms.

The house was very dusty on the blinds in the upstairs bedrooms that caused some issues for some of our group with allergies and asthma.

Sharon at front desk was an absolute delight to deal with. Gold star for her. Great design house. Great location.

Cleaning needs to be more thorough. Quite a few places cobwebs and dusty, mainly under side tables etc needed pulling out and cleaning behind. Bed a bit hard. Could do with parking for extra vehicles not out in street.

We hired 2 villas ... both very different, but completely awesome.

Overpriced

Location was nice on the beach. Tennis court was fun. Off peak so it was quiet.

For the $ I feel the property inside was run down, not very luxurious. Small towels, hard pillows, no essentials like hand soap.

Great location and the tennis court was fabulous. Large rooms and they were able to organise high chair and cot which was great. Very enjoyable stay.

Very quiet location. House was very spacious and furnished very well and practically.

Although each unit had ample parking for 2 vehicles there were cars parked on the round about and verge making it very congested when reversing out of the unit.
