Enjoy being just 400 m (a 5 minute walk) to the Dunn Bay Foreshore beach and a 5 minute walk into Dunsborough City Centre boasting a wide array of cafes, restaurants, speciality stores, bakeries and wine bars.

This location offers a fantastic holiday lifestyle with beautiful swimming beaches at your door step and is an ideal escape located in a quiet cul-de-sac.

The home is spacious and offers 5 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Grevillea Getaway sleeps 10 comfortably and caters for families with children.

With a large front yard and alfresco and a large open plan living/dining area the home ensures a beautiful balance between entertaining and quiet family spaces. 3 of the 5 bedrooms are double rooms which also boast their own ensuite and walk-in robes.

Final two rooms consist of one double bed and a room with two king single beds.

The home contains evaporative air conditioning for warmer months and a wood fire for winter (wood is supplied).

The home also contains a hot outdoor shower which is perfect for after the beach. The large undercover outdoor area comes complete with a fire pit and bbq.

Guests will have access to all areas of the house except the garage.

All kitchen appliances, crockery and glass wear are provided for guest’s use.

Minimum 3 nights stay, but a 2 night may be accepted upon request.

The house is also in a residential area and as such no events, parties or gatherings are permitted.

Absolutely spotless clean home with lots of space for a larger group of friends. Easy walking by distance to town and beach. Lovely warm log burner for those chilly winter nights as well as heaters if required for each bedroom. Great communication from the host and clear direction sent. Highly recommend a stay here.

This house was amazing, it was so clean and had everything we needed plus some. It was great for bigger numbers of people; we had family stay to help celebrate our daughter's birthday. We all loved Desborough and are wanting to go back and when we do, we will be definitely trying to book this house again.

Great house in convenient location. Easy walking distance to the beach and the quiet cul-de-sac meant we didn't have to worry about the kids spilling from the lawn to the road occasionally. The bedrooms were generous in size with plenty of space for everyone. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Guests included my daughter form Melbourne with husband and twin 7 year olds together with her two brothers their partners plus my self. Ideal stay acees to wineries and breweries. Cul de sac for cricket with the kids. Brilliant place

Family wedding. There were 8 adults so having a house with 4 bathrooms was perfect. Location was perfect. Really close to beach and town. Town was a kilometre walk so mice and easy. Had a great stay!

This property was perfect for our large family to stay for the weekend to attend a wedding nearby. The rooms are vast and comfortable... good beds, and three of the bedrooms have ensuites (plus two addtional bedrooms which share a 4th bathroom). It is very well stocked with everything you need. Erin was a communicative, informative and friendly host. The only comment we have (not a complaint, just a comment) is that while it is in a cul-de-sac not that far from the beach, one side of the property is bounded by Caves Road (with a narrow strip of bushland between). So, you can hear traffic noise from early in the morning until late at night. That didn't bother us, but if you're after a peaceful country environment, this isn't exactly it. Overall, a lovely property; we'd stay again.

My extended family, 11 people in total, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This property is HUGE and perfect for a stay that involves large ranges of people and ages as it is easy to create spaces for everyone. Numerous bathrooms and bedroom configurations allowed everyone to have a space that worked for them and a wonder communal area all to share. The property is well-maintained and the host Erin is so communicative and helpful! We will definitely be back!

House was lovely. Minor problem with ladder to top bunk being loose, a little worrying for the lady who had to climb it every night. I would consider it a safety issue. Wood fire was great. Longer walk to town than expected. Lock box being so low was difficult for us oldies. Keys to house could do with a coloured spot or similar so we know which key was which. Couldn’t lock the screen door as we couldn’t get any key to work. Otherwise all good. Would recommend to others.

A very roomy & easy to live in house. Loved the size of bedrooms & that 3 had ensuites. (a BIG +) Outside was a little messy (garden refuse) & having the outdoor table covered with a tarp & chairs stacked away did not provide an invitation to use them. I marked 4 stars for accuracy of online listing as I thought the front yard/lawn etc was in the back & was a little disappointed to find it was in the front. These are only minor comments for the owners for feedback. Overall we liked the property & would stay there again.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Kitchen is well equipped. House is clean and has everything needed for a staycation. Bedrooms were very comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Plenty of towels for our big family. Walking distance to shops and beach. Only minor thing is the shower heads need to be descaled. Would definitely stay again.

A lovely place to stay in Dunsborough, not far from shops and beach. Very spacious and comfortable house to stay in. It was large enough for our group of 9, which comprised 3 small families touring the Southwest together. The host was very responsive and explained things very well. We had an undisturbed and enjoyable stay. The reason why "Cleanliness of property" received 3 stars was because there were a number of spiders inside the house, and a couple of them found their way onto our bed as well as on the ceiling in the toilet. Also, the verge rubbish bin outside had been overfilled BEFORE we got to the house (maybe left behind by the previous tenant or the next-door neighbour?), so we had to compress the rubbish in the verge bin before we could throw our rubbish away when we were checking out ourselves. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, and we will be back again because the house is in a good location, and it is well-equipped with everything we needed to make our stay feel like a home away from home.

The house was well laid out with everything we needed for 8 adults and three small children. Lovely location. Everything was thought of and we were not short of anything, kitchen bedrooms etc. The fire was great especially for the colder wet nights. The WIFI was amazing. Thank you
