cabin in Pinetop
Considering cabin was built in the 70's it is well maintained, well equipped, plenty of entertainment options. Very small areas, a bit dark , could use extra reading lights, many cabins close by. Nice area and host very accomodating

Very enjoyable stay. Cabin was more of a cottage. But, very nice and comfortable. We will definitely stay again.

Very good communication with owner. The property is old, but well maintained. This cabin served us well for our hunting/fishing trip to Show Low.

Quiet cabin
It was a very nice location in a very quiet neighborhood. A mama bird took the welcome wreath as an invitation to build a nest.

Our family had a great time in the cool weather! The cabin was cozy and we enjoyed the fireplace at night! Nice quiet community we walked around! We went horseback riding at Porter Mountain Stables and had a great time! Great family time!

Lovely spot in Pinetop
Adair Springs cabin is set in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to groceries, restaurants, and nature trails. The cabin is well furnished and supplied. I went twice a day to Woodland Lake Park (5 minute drive) and walking the paths at the lake saw red winged blackbirds, yellow headed blackbirds, ducks, geese, coots, blue heron, and Lewis Woodpeckers. I also recommend Table Mesa for hiking. Overall a wonderful couple of days away from the desert heat.

A lovely getaway
This cute little cabin was just lovely! The cabin was cozy, clean, and the neighborhood was relatively quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed spending our afternoon listening to the wind in the pines, having an evening fire inside, and sipping our morning coffee out on the front porch. Delbert was an excellent host, providing ample information upon booking and always staying in contact. This was just the relaxing getaway we were looking for. Thank you for opening up your cabin.

Easy to find cottage
Cute house on a wooded lot as described. Clean inside with functional kitchen.
No soap, shampoo or other little amenities which weren't expected so not a big deal. Sheets and pillowcases are folded on the bed so you can put those on or bring your own. There are a lot of extra pillows and blankets if you need them.
The heat works well and is quiet baseboard heating. I appreciated not having to hear a furnace kick on and off all night!
Be aware that you'll be asked to wash and dry the bedding and take the trash to the curb prior to leaving. This might be an inconvenience if you have an early start on the day of checkout. Having access to a washer and dryer would be nice on a longer trip, though.
I would consider this location if I return to the area. I really liked the neighborhood and the house. It's quiet and feels safe. The floors and shower were clean. The internet was quick for my needs and instructions were provided for that and the TV. I noticed there's a bunch of games and books too.
My stay was short but relaxing.
Thanks!

Cabin
We come up every year from Mesa for a week. This was our first time in the cabin. We loved it! Great set up, we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place to others and will come back. We did a lot of fishing as usual, grilled and ate at our favorite restaurants, Charlie Clarck's Steak House and Johnny D' twice.

Cute, cozy cabin in a nice location
We were fortunate enought to enjoy the cabin during a winter snow storm. Everything was covered in a blanket of white. We were cozy and warm in this little cabin that has everything you need. Owner was fantastic and so easy to communicate with. A great little escape for us over the New Year. Thank you!

Cute, Cozy & Comfortable!
Adair Springs was ALMOST perfect for our family. First impression was all good. It was clean, stocked with everything needed for a weeks stay and Delbert answered any questions we had throughout our stay. As we settled in, it was very cozy....comfortable. It felt like home.
The reason why I say it was "almost" perfect is because I felt like the kids room was too small for my teenagers. I have a 16 year old son and a 12 year old daughter, although we made the bunk beds work, I just felt the kids were too big, lol. Other than that, Adair Springs cabin was incredibly beautiful. I did not want to leave.
Thank you Adair Family for allowing my family to make beautiful memories that will last a lifetime.

Cozy, peaceful, clean
Loved our stay at this cabin! Clean cozy beautiful surroundings. Enjoyed the fall leaves, the fireplace and everything about this cabin. Everything worked great, although we didn't need to contact the owners during our stay, he did text and keep in touch via email prior to our stay so I know that if we needed him he would have responded promptly. Our only complaint is not about the cabin... it is just the city of Pinetop. For us, there is not much to do, I had never been there I should have done my research but I was assuming there was going to be more challenging hiking trails and large rocks to climb but we discovered that it is mostly flat easy Trails through parks. Rainbow Lake was a bit of a disappointment as it is all basically private property with signs everywhere that says do not enter. I can't imagine anybody swimming in it and I believe I saw a sign that says no fishing. All the rest of the mini surrounding Lakes are pretty much all dried up. The town of Pinetop was cute, but I had everything our own town does. If I could put that cabin in Sedona I would. Nevertheless we enjoyed our time going for walks, doing puzzles, and cooking by the fireplace in peace and quiet.

We love staying at the Adair cabin!
This was our second stay at the Adair cabin and it never disappoints. Perfectly sized for our family of 3 with all the necessities. The location of the cabin is what brings us back. We really enjoy sitting out on the porch amongst the tall pine trees and taking in the fresh air and watching the wildlife. Several great fishing spots within 15 - 20 minutes and endless hiking trails. We highly recommend!

GREAT
This was our second time we stayed there. We love it. It would be great if there was a screen/storm door on the front.

small but cute cabin
good practice if you are thinking about downsizing into one of the latest crazes featuring tiny houses. Even though the cabin is small, especially the kitchen and having only one bathroom, it does have all you'll need for a pleasant stay in the cool pines of Pinetop. It is in a real nice area with plenty of friendly people and close to everything but just far enough away for some good relaxation time. The owner is easily accessible and was quick to address any questions we had. I gave it only four stars because of its size and 1 bathroom, but you know what you're getting. Enjoy the charm of the high country.
