Un sacco di cose sono andate molto male: - Nonostante abbia detto al ragazzo con diverse ore di anticipo quando sarei arrivato, aggiornandolo anche regolarmente, è riuscito ad arrivare in ritardo, facendoci aspettare sotto il sole cocente - Appena entrati in casa c’è una puzza di pesce pesante che non siamo riusciti a togliere neanche arieggiando la casa per diversi giorni. Ogni volta che entravamo c’era questo odore pesante - La vista mare che viene citata non esiste!! La foto scattata dal balcone è molto vecchia: adesso c’è un palazzo davanti che ha coperto tutta la vista mare, e il proprietario ovviamente si guarda bene dall’aggiornare la foto su Booking o a togliere il tag “vista mare” - L’aria condizionata è presente solo in sala e non in camera da letto dove c’è il letto matrimoniale, quindi dove dormono 2 persone attaccate - Il wifi era penoso! Ha funzionato per il primo giorno e poi è completamente sparita la rete dalla lista!! Nonostante avvia scritto al proprietario, lui ha fatto finta che sarebbe arrivato a sistemarlo, quasi a mezzanotte, facendoci aspettare svegli, ma poi non è mai venuto, sperando che il problema si risolvesse da solo! Dopo che abbiamo insistito, ci ha fornito la password di un’altra rete wifi che però era spesso senza connessione internet e reggeva appena 1 dispositivo alla volta! - La persiana in soggiorno era rotta: non poteva essere tirata giù, dunque la persona che dormiva in sala si svegliava all’alba per tutto il sole che entrava in casa, dato che le tende non erano oscuranti! Oltre a far entrare il sole, la persiana rotta faceva entrare purtroppo anche tutto il caldo, tenendo la sala più calda del dovuto - Nel palazzo c’erano dei bambini piccoli che la mattina presto continuavano a correre nei corridoi e a urlare e ridere ad alta voce. Se pensate di fare tardi la sera e svegliarvi alle 10, avrete una brutta sorpresa quando i bambini si sveglieranno prima di voi!

Superb

Location is rather good. Near center of the town. Beach is also close but quite uphill. Great inverter air condition. Very good WIFI. Hot water all the time. Kosta is a great host. Very kind and helpful

It is rather hard to find free parking place in the street. We had luck when we came, but we did not use the car during our stay. The kitchen is quite well equipped with plates, glasses, cutlery, but there is only one large cooking vessel and pan. If someone intends to cook, should definitely bring cooking utensils

New apartment in a good location

The apartment is a great location about 5mins walk to the beach and there are several shops and restaurants around. The apartment was neatly furnished.

The apartment sorrounding a little run down but that's typical in Albania. Work still being done on the other apartments

Amazing place!

Everything is perfect!!! Excellent location, modern and comfortable apartment that is very well equipped with all the facilities that may be necessary and of course magnificent host Kosta!
