Motel im amerikanischen Stil. Sehr sauber, zweckmäßig, ruhig und ein tolles Restaurant.

To be avoided.

Staff polite and friendly

Room stunk of smoke. Looked like a room from 1950-shabby, disorganized and uncomfortable. Scratched and mismatched furniture, stained ceilings.

Soweit so gut

Die Lage des Zimmers direkt mit Blick auf ein Feld war schön. Größe des Zimmers. Insgesamt sehr ruhig. Die Heizung im Zimmer war schon an, angesichts der winterlichen Temperatur sehr schön. Mineralwasser und ein kleines Stück Schokolade zur freien Verfügung. Das Preis - Leistungs Verhältnis in Ordnung. Da es höher als Winterthur liegt, evtl. bei Schnee/Eis schwierig runter zu kommen. Bei meinem Aufenthalt Plus-Temperaturen daher o.k. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin als ich am Morgen Schlüssel zurückgegeben habe.

Im Bad hat ein Fön gefehlt. Die Ausstattung Möbel/Bettlaken weisen teilweise Abnutzungen auf. Die Einrichtung spartanisch.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Gemütliches Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal und ungewöhnlich gutes Essen im angrenzenden Restaurant.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt in der Nähe von Zürich bestens geeignet.

Es ist zwar einfach, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Sehr ruhig, und zum Frühstück nur ein paar Meter zu laufen. Wir waren am Sonntagsbrunch der sehr reichhaltig ist und so noch nie gesehen wurde in den USA 😉

Die Bettwäsche hat schon bessere Tage gesehen. ( Löcher im Kissenbezug ) . Das Bad ist nicht beheizt, wenn man jetzt im Winter die Türe über Nacht schließt ist es am Morgen sehr kalt da drin.

motel molto bello e divertente in pieno stile Americano. è stato bello fare un tuffo nella route 66! camera comoda, parcheggio gratuito proprio fuori dalla stanza. connessione funzionante

la colazione molto povera e fin troppo essenziale. per 10 franchi a testa mi aspettavo più. non c’è il set di cortesia in bagno

Worst hotel

Didn’t like anything! Receptionist made us wait more than 40 minutes for check in while she pretended to be busy waiting tables and seated other customers arrived after us

Für eine Nacht ok.

Frühstück hatten wir nicht gebucht.Die Lage ausserhalb war gut. Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Zimmer war sehr gut.

Tv Satelittenanlage im ganzen Motel ausser Betrieb.Duschkabine und Toilette waren sehr klein.Toilettentür streifte unten am Boden,wodurch bei jedem öffnen und schliessen ein sehr unangenehmes Geräusch zu hören war.

Convenient position on the eastern of Zurich

They don’t reply to messages/requests on booking, which is disappointing. Also, they are not much available and give priority to the restaurant costumers

Simple & nice to stay. Shower is very nice The cafe are very nice & stylo. You can simple dinner there.

Remote not function but im not check with the counter. there is no hot water but i already ask to the cafe. They give it nicely

accomodation with potential, needs some updating, very friendly staff

very friendly staff. housekeeping asked if I wanted extra water and the american restaurant staff was very friendly and correct. bed mattress was of good quality and I had a good night sleep.

at times an unpleasant smell (molt) in the room and the between rooms isolation was poor. I could hear the neighbors talk.

Relaxing one night stay

The hotel was conveniently located on our way. In a calm quiet countryside location. We had a relaxing one night stay. There was a free parking.

The room had a lot of dust, quite worn out but we weren't looking for anything fancy so it was fine.

sticking with the American Motel concept. nice extra: spooky corn fields out the window! Breakfast was very good.

Duvet was too small for 2 people to share! We suffered a bit trying to get a good night’s sleep.

Close to some essential locations and to main roads. Meal availability, moderate price.

The adhesive floor in the room. Can't get rid from the stale, musty air. Noise, shouting, outcries, yells like you are in a psycho thriller. I have no idea what they give to those youngsters but they were flapping all night like a madman.

It was an okay stay

The breakfast brunch (not part of the room price and only available at Sunday) was fantastic. A very rich sortiment. The mattresses vere comfortable and the bed linen and towels clean. We liked the fresh air at the motel. There is one lady in housekeeping, she was very friendly and kept good care of us.

For my taste the cleaning agents were too parfumy. Every night we had to air out. Then I asked the staff to not use it in our room, but everything had the smell already in it so it was kind of hopeless. The bed frames, behind the night desks and the usual hidden spots like high places or hard-to-reach areas of the room were dusty. This is not necessarily the problem of the motel, but almost every single night we were woken up by the other guests. One day there was a drunk man in front of our room, trying to come in to the motel from the backside of the building. Another night around 3am someone knocked on our door and woke us up. And the last 2-3 nights the guests were just seemingly awake the entire night, making noises, etc. This ruined our sleep of course.
