Entweder habe ich es überlesen oder es war nicht explizit erwähnt, daß das Badezimmer mit anderen Bewohner geteilt wird und, daß das Zimmer inmitten des bewohnten Hauses ist. Kann sein, daß ich es überlesen habe. Wenn nicht, dann sollten diese Informationen mit eingeschrieben werden.

Après 9h de route pour une escale on a été très déçu

La chambre et sympathique bien que basique, c'était propre et le lit confortable , Dommage qu'il n'y avait pas de lit pour mon enfant...

Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié qui m'a fait passer une très mauvaise nuit tellement j'étais outré. Et que j'ai réservé une chambre pour deux adultes un enfant de trois ans ,... il n'y avait pas de lit pour lui à savoir que mon fils aime dormir seul, Il a fallut que l'on improvise un petit lit avec des couverture que l'on avait apporté...(finalement pour lui la nuit c'est bien passé )! Nous avons demandé à la dame pourquoi n'y a t'il pas de lit pour notre enfant , Elle a répondu à ma femme,qui elle parle allemand et pas moi... Que c'était marqué sur l'annonce et qu'on avaient pas payées pour L'enfant. Alors je ne sais pas si c'est de la faute de Booking ou de l'aute j'ai bien Noter deux adultes et un enfant. La seule chose qui a marqué sur l'annonce que la chambre ne peut pas accueillir de lit bébé car pas la place... Eh bien la loues pas ta chambre pour trois personne

Sehr saubere Wohnung, Gastgeberin sehr freundlich.

Die Dusche hatte leider um 6:00 Uhr noch kein warmes Wasser!

Für einen kurzen Trip reicht das eine Zimmer voll aus.

Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer und das Badezimmer war ordentlich und aufgeräumt.

Nice, silent, green area not too far to the city centre. The staff is very flexible and kind.

The common bathroom is the only disadvantage, but it was known at the time of the booking.

- nice and friendly host - quit location - cheap in relation to other accommodations in Offenburg

- it’s carpet everywhere, so you have to take of your shoes at the front door - no cooking facilities - limited privacy

Very friendly, suited my needs perfectly

Very friendly lady, able to accommodate me late at night. Shared large bathroom (which was ok for me). Perfect location in a residential area close to the motorway.

The host is super friendly and helpful. The room is spacious with a big balcony and has all you need. The neighborhood is calm and quiet. Very close to city center and highway by car.

Quiet and easy location on your road

This is a very nice place for a short or bit longer stay close to the central part of Schwarzwald or a short stay on the go towards other regions. We stayed for only one night but enjoyed the stay. The terrasse is really a plus, you have a shared bathroom which is really well equipped, you have a good resto in the neighborhood (Helmer) which we can recommend, and the location is very close to the highroads that will bring you further. There is no breakfast as clearly indicated, we headed on to a bakery (Siegwart) with inner and outer places to sit and enjoy a good breakfast. When you cannot wait, there is also coffee available next to your room in the hall. For us, this was a very good choice.

Imagine that you can also enjoy some breakfast on the terrasse in the morning during summer, that would be even a plus. The beds were ok, but not super comfortable. But well, we are two spoiled persons who have some high end expectations on that part, no big deal though.

Good value for money, the host is very friendly and the balcony is amazing.

The room was very clean, however the balcony was a bit dirty. The towels are not pleasant at all to use on your body.
