Their Wi-Fi was good MOST of the time.
Their services were poor. TV options are limited to 2 channels only. If you want something different, you have to contact the reception. Couldn't change the TV stations for a week despite the constant complains.
Don't bother with the menu they provide, they only have limited options unapologetically. And the excuse is always "it's over" or "imeisha" if you may. So even if you order for 3 weeks, they will never replenish the items on their menu. They claim to have partners for the items they don't have but the partners kept getting my order wrong, most of the time. The bread will always be plain, no Jam, Blue Band, Peanut butter or any spread.
The AC was stuck on one temperature and they couldn't even provide a remote for it, again unapologetically.
The tap in the washroom drained into a jerrican so if you spend 2-3 nights in the room without leaving, you'll have to drain the jerrican into the toilet yourself. Otherwise the stench would overwhelm you. The room wouldn't be cleaned daily.
No discount provided for long stays.
Order a soda or beer and they'll take 2 minutes to deliver but another 30 minutes to get you the opener. Service is basically super slow.
And if you don't pay after two nights (despite your long stay) they'll keep nagging you about payment.
Had to get a different hotel after so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

the location is nice, the staff are kind and polite, but the hygiene was not good and you allow short time so a room can be used more than twice in the 24hours with different people, this is very poor management of the hotel
the room to be used more than twice by different people

Food - didn't care for the breakfast but the savory and comforting vegetable soup (potato, onion, eggplant, cabbage, spinach, carrot, with delicious broth) and rice was Awesome!
Fun - enjoyed having drinks by the pool surrounded by flora, fauna and art
Bed - comfy
Location - confusing, hard to find, 2 locations, 2 names
Money - Credit card machine was broken, frequently didn't have change, then had to remind staff we were waiting for change
Cleanliness - tables, blanket, toilet bowl and trash can were not clean
Privacy - no shower curtain and bathroom window though high (there is building that is higher) had no window (just a screen)

They should show signs of legitimacy by giving sufficient feedback to customers.
Update their location.
Follow up with potential clients and provide sufficient directions to their place.
Update their profile to Not a transit Hotel since they are too far from the hotel in an area with bad roads.
Customer contact person not reachable.
Location on their WhatsApp is misleading
Not known by people as there is no signage

Breakfast was the same everyday and would always take longer to prepare.
The receptionists aren't friendly.
I was charged VAT in my booking but the receipt didn't have the VAT elements
