Très agréable séjour dans un beau cadre de nature. On reviendra volontiers!

Bel emplacement avec vue dominante sur les alentours, chambre très spacieuse, bien aménagée, possibilité d’utiliser une cuisine partagée, belle terrasse collective ainsi qu’un petit coin jardin devant notre chambre.

Dommage que la piscine soit de taille modeste.

Une très belle adresse entre étangs et vignes où règne la convivialité.

Accueil très convivial. Très bon petit-déjeuner. Sébastien nous a indiqué des lieux de visites et conseiller des restaurants. Site géographique calme, authentique entre vignes, étangs, flamants roses et maisons en pierre.

Belle adresse avec un accueil familial

Ambiance très conviviale voire même familiale. Les chambres sont spacieuses, calmes avec une petite terrasse. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents et copieux avec chaque jour un gâteau différent cuisiné par le propriétaire lui même. Possibilités de manger le soir son pique nique dans la salle de restauration avec accès au frigo, si l'on ne veut pas ressortir pour aller au resto. Le village est très joli, bq de conseils du propriétaire pour les ballades. Une très jolie adresse dans ce secteur.

Very “cozy” place with the owner realy adhering to the spirit of a BnB! (Breakfast was fenomenal!)

Newly renovated/built house, with a very good value for money score. The breakfast was sensational. And so was the reception. The owner took time to discuss some topics with.

Minor remark: Construction scene where the owner was building a pool on the property next doors (there was no work during our stay and also no noise!). I guess construction work was halted for some time.

Beautiful hidden spot in Peyriac-de-Mer

We loved the location of the property with secret stairs to the town! The room was super comfortable with a beautiful patio where we relaxed and enjoyed a nightly breeze. The host, Sebastian, was very helpful, kind, and attentive! We would definitely go back.

An absolute gem

Quiet location and yet only a 5 minute walk to the square with bars and shops. Sebastian maintained contact with us via messages on booking.com and welcomed us on arrival. He spoke good English, which saved us stumbling over our tragically bad French. Our room with terrace was spotlessly clean with twin sinks and a shower in the bathroom and separate WC. Loads of drawer and cupboard space. A huge bed with crisp bed linen, Communal kitchen where you could make yourself a drink. Private, secure parking. Google maps found the place with no problem. At breakfast we sat outside with two French couples and we all managed to communicate. Hot drinks were served, along with orange juice, bread, jams and croissants. Then a delicious apple cake arrived, then a variety of cheeses and yoghurt. Just when we thought we could burst, pancakes arrived as well. We only stayed one night on our way north to Calais, but would highly recommend.

Sebastien is a lovely host, and the property is in a great location with easy parking. there is use of a kitchen and a nice little garden for guests. Our room had a private terrace but we used the tables in the front as the sun was still there in the evenings in April

Good price and quality ratio

Very good price and quality ratio. Nice and talkative owner who suggested very good restaurant for dinner. Place is simple and classic, very clean. Actually too clean:), smell of cleaning chemicals very all over the place. Needed time and ventilation to get it out. Good breakfast.

Old style coffee. We could not find owner when we arrived - everything was closed. Very late check in time - 17.30. Never had experienced it so late.

Exceptional

Wonderful quiet and cozy place. We want to share very warm impressions after staying in this hotel. The owner greeted us with hot tea and delicious homemade banana pie. The room was clean, bright, spacious and comfortable. But the most important thing that was very pleasant was the sincere and family warm attitude of the hotel owner towards us. In the morning at breakfast, we talked for a long time with other guests of the hotel and the owner, and at the same time we felt like we were in a circle of friends. When checking out, we received a gift from the owner of the hotel - sandwiches, croissants and cheese for the road. We are very grateful for such a warm welcome, for support and attention, especially in such a difficult period for us Ukrainians. We will definitely come back here again. Good luck and prosperity to your hotel and business!

Exceptional

Breakfast is very good. The room is big and the shared kitchen is well equipped. Everything is clean. The house is few steps far the the "étang" that definitely deserves a visit. We could see some flamingos in there. Lovely city center. Though quite small, it has nice options for bars and restaurants.
