We loved our cabin we rented this as a Christmas gift for our family. Our sons all over the United States and this bought us all together under one roof for great family memories.
4.7
We booked this trip as a gift to our children. We extended the invite to other family meme we also and we had a great week! Would definitely stay here again. As we get older memories mean more then material things. Location is great and we had plenty of room and the beds here are so comfortable!
4.7
Overall was a nice place to stay and would definitely stay again.
4.7
Great place for 8 adults and 4 grandkids.

Overall a good location even though it’s a drive to most things we did. The pool was smaller and cloudier than we expected but a nice bonus. It wasn’t convenient that the movie room was on the same level as the pool so we couldn’t leave the kids unattended. The pool alarm was actually very comforting even if it was annoying when adults were going to that bedroom. Hot tub was nice. They were doing construction on the road and no other way around. Worst part was no AC on several of the floors. Called and they finally came the day before we checked out and fixed one of the units but others were broken. Made it really difficult to sleep. Their maintenance was nice but they definitely don’t do great upkeep. Lots of little things broken. Overall it was decent but definitely more expensive than what it was worth.

Thank you very much, we had a wonderful time in the house. Such a great space for a large group!

Well worth it. My adult kids and I loved everything about this place. It was clean, the property management gave us plenty of information beforehand. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. We enjoyed the games, pool, bot tub and movie theater. My kids live in different states and we don't get together as much as we should and this was a great way for all of us to have fun together.
4.7
This house was the perfect place for our large group. Everyone had their own space and bathrooms, very important :). So many games and entertainment options we weren't able to enjoy them all. The pool was an amazing bonus. One thing to note about this property is that it didn't come with a view and all of the houses are very close together. Overall, an amazing property for a large group.
4.7
We loved everything about this property! Pros: location, neighborhood, plenty of bathrooms and activities. Opportunities: bunk beds in at least one room to accommodate kids, Kuerig machine for coffee!
4.7
We had a great time, we enjoy the house it had a space for everyone in our group. We got to see mama bear with her four cubs just about everyday we stayed there.
4.7
We loved the house and all the things to do there. It was beautifully furnished and very comfy. Our only hiccup was one out of the four air conditioning units did not work - fortunately we had an extra bedroom because the main floor one was too warm to be used. The main floor was also warm. The holiday weekend made fixing the a/c not possible.
4.7
We had a great stay the cabin was located in a GREAT area. we had plenty of room for us , the pool was an amazing touch
4.7
There are lots of things to keep the kids entertained. We had a great stay!
4.7
A good process and easy to follow procedures

I would suggest better signage for exiting Eden Crest. It is easy to get turned around and lost! For example add an exit sign that tells the driver which way to Dudley Rd - McDonalds/Subway/Family Dollar etc. the exit may not be the same directions as the entrance to Laurel Estates off of Anastasia Way. Lastly, more light on entrance short drive from Laurel Lane to Anastasia Way. It was very very dark at night.

This rental was a last minute find as a result of a last minute cancellation of our previous booking at a different resort. VRBO was very accommodating and was anxious to fill our immediate need with a beautiful cabin for 12 adults. The family vacation went on as planned with a special 80th birthday celebration in Gatlinburg.TN

Everything was nice I really love my stay
But the only thing I didn’t like was that the pool was not cleaned and also on the room I stayed on the side of the bed was a underwater on between the mattress and the frame but everything else was nice

Great stay
The property was exactly what was listed. Very clean and had lots of space.

This house provided ample room and diversity for our four families and kids. Great amenities in the way of games. Very well stocked for kitchenware, bathroom supplies, etc. I never got an answer to my question about towels for the pool. Was pleasantly surprised to find them, but we brought some which took up a lot of space traveling. An answer would have been nice. The WI-Fi password sent to me via emails and at check-in did not work. We happened to notice the correct password on the refrigerator. Wi-FI is marginal. One smoke detector started chirping but the maintenance man brought a battery out that same night (around 11:00PM). Thank you. One toilet kept running. The maintenance man fixed it the next day. Thank you. The excursion support made selecting and booking activities very easy. All 11 of us enjoyed our time at Swimming in the Smokies. We forgot to tell Alexa we were checking out, but we met the cleaning crew as we were leaving, right at check-out time. Thanks for a memorable stay.

Great location of the cabin to downtown Gburg. Pros. Location, bedrooms, baths, parking, kitchen, pool and hot tub.
Cons. Was not cleaned great. We found in the pool 2nd level bedroom panties and cheetos, along with hair all over the sink. It really appears the room and bath was missed in the cleaning process. The whole place was unlevel to the point you couldn't play pool, foosball, or shuffle board. Real bad slope in the house builder apparently sucked. No privacy at the hot tub or on the balcony due to neighborhood lay out. Over all it is a good cabin but if you want these rates then work ok these things.

4.7
The cabin was beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay! Got much use of the indoor pool and theater room! Internet sucked, very poor signal couldn’t watch much TV either, was expecting to do some work while relaxing in cabin and couldn’t do so.
4.7
The property was wonderful. Cleanliness was poor. On the surface it appeared ok, however, under a bed was a prior guest’s dirty underwear, food left under furniture, liquor wrapper in the clean linens on a bed in one of the bedrooms, shower stall in one room had hair shavings, one bedroom had fingernail clippings in bathroom floor. Dusty throughout, blinds, some furniture dust would roll up on your hand. Pool room lock not functioning when we arrived, WiFi on lower level tv did not work. One gaming table handles were loose and some lights needed bulbs, several other maintenance issues. Most maintenance issues addressed quickly. We were informed to use coolers because we could not overload the fridge or change the setting. Fridge never really got cold. For a property that sleeps 16 plus people the fridge needs to be fully functioning and cold. Maintenance issues and cleanliness are the biggest issues. The amenities at property were great. Also, each bedroom needs a blanket, some did, some did not. I had to call and request those. We spent almost 5,100 for 4 nights beginning the day after Christmas., so I would recommend owner’s consider purchasing a generator due to power outages.
4.7
This property was an excellent choice for our family. We especially liked how each bedroom had their own bathroom. The parking was a little tricky for multiple vehicles, but it worked. The one thing I did not like was that there was no pantry space to house our groceries. Therefore the countertops stayed cluttered with groceries. We tried putting them in a nearby closet with no shelves, but invariably the item I needed was on the bottom of the pile. Shelves would be most helpful. But overall, we had much joy celebrating our family Christmas in the Smokies @ Swimmin' in the Smokies!
