About this apartment rental
This rather quaint Spanish studio apartment is located in the centre of Estepona old town. It provides accommodation for two guests. To access the apartment, you pass through a door from a lovely flowered street and then up a flight of stairs to the apartment front door. This leads directly into the lounge which is complete with kitchenette that provides a small oven, two ring cooking hob and small fridge. A dining area for two and an international TV package including Sky. The bathroom is also accessed from the lounge and has a separate shower, WC and sink. There are some glass terrace doors that open out onto a balcony (which is very small but good for fresh air). To the rear of the lounge are some stairs that go up into the loft-style bedroom area. This is very quaint area and the decor involves plenty of natural wood. There is also plenty of storage space, however, the standing area is a bit limited in some areas in this room since the ceiling is quite low, not recommended for very tall guests nor for the elderly. The air conditioning also serves this area which keeps the area cool and comfortable during the summer months and warm during winter, which has a fair users policy (normal use, not excessive). The apartment is very quiet and rustic in the centre of the town so you can walk to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. High speed fibre optic internet and fair use of conditioning are included in the rental price.

Somebody entering the property
On our last night at around 23.50. hours there was a banging on our door followed by a lady opening the door mumbling something in Spanish then leaving. It woke us both up and my partner had a sleepless night thinking somebody might enter again. I have taken the matter up with Time In Spain and am awaiting another response to an email as I have been totally dissatisfied with their responses so far. They told me they could not see what the problem was, however, it affected my partner a great deal and I would like them to review everything again in terms of some form of compensation for the stress and anxiety caused. Falta de detalles
Primero me gustaría decir que tuve un problema y tuve que retrasar el viaje y fueron muy comprensivos y me solucionaron problema.
La casa está en una muy buena localización.
Pero la habitación de arriba es muy calurosa.

Perfect host and location
Property is ideal for a small family or couple. Small but perfectly formed. Our host could not have been more helpful or friendly. And our apartment was spotlessly clean. We will definitely stay again.

Enjoyed staying at the apartment and great location.
The property was a traditionally Spanish style terrace cottage, and has been renovated to a good standard. The space was limited but it was fine for two people. We found the place pleasant and quaint but bear in mind the low ceiling in the bedroom area. We found the facilities adequate for self catering and it was well equipped for our needs. The Wifi IPTV was brilliant and a pleasant surprise especially as we encountered a few days of wet weather. Location of the apartment could not have been better as it was situated in the heart of the old town. Close to bars, restaurants and a variety shops. The whole area was outstanding in that it was so picturesque, each lane was lined with many flower pots, different colour for each lane and even in March, it was very colourful. We found that we had chosen a good time to visit as it was Easter and Holy week so every evening there were amazing processions that continued into the early hours on some nights. Really lovely sandy beach and promenade for strolling.
