We had a perfect stay at the Waterloo Sunsets & World Class Theater apartment. We could walk everywhere! The Waterloo Station was very convenient as well. The neighborhood was safe and fun. There are restaurants nearby with excellent food. The Windmill was especially good. The apartment is clean, spacious, and has comfortable beds. Can’t ask for more than that! Thanks for the great week in London. Would absolutely stay here again

The flat was just as described and in a lovely, lively, but friendly street with more foot traffic than cars. We were happy with the well stocked kitchen with plenty of pans and dishes and glasses. We are family dinners around the table and watched a couple movies from the sofas. The fans were a big help as it was warm.
A latch or wedge to help keep the window open would be nice.

Loved this apartment, great street, tons of restaurants and a grocery store across the street. Great outdoor patio to sit and have a wine or morning coffee. Huge bedrooms and great to have two bathrooms. Highly recommend.

This is a wonderful place to have easy access to explore London. Quick access to both Waterloo train station and the Southwark tube station (few minutes walk to each), with restaurants and grocery stores right across the street to let you settle in and make it feel like home. One note is that the bedrooms, living room and bathroom are all on different floors with no lift, so it might not be a great fit for those with mobility issues, but otherwise this is a wonderful place for the family to call home in London!

We were so very happy with our stay in Waterloo. Excellent location. Numerous restaurants.
You could walk to many different areas. It was nice having a washing machine and dryer. my family loved the area. We would absolutely return.

The location of this property was the best thing. Close to Waterloo Station, Southwark and Blackfriars. Great having local supermarket across the road and places to eat. Bedrooms were good size. Lots of narrow stairs so bear this in mind when booking. And the downstairs bathroom was freezing. Had to buy some additional bath mats and the dryer wasn’t working. Just needs a little attention to bring it up to scratch.

We 70-something US grandparents rented house to share w our 30-something kids, and 6 &9 year old grandchildren who live in The Hague. Central location was a dream. They walked to Tower of London, Tate Modern and London Eye. Bussed easily elsewhere. Restaurants and grocery across the street gave us easy access to food.
Rooms are good sized and range across 5 -stories, so prepare for STAIRS. Grandparents took top flr room and bath. Family took 2 bedrooms on 4th flr, and shared 2nd flr bath. Living/Dining/kitchen was on 3rd flr. Entry was 1st/ground floor. Rooms were bright and well-lit, bathrooms and kitchen were modern and well appointed.
We had a great time! Thanks

Great for a group
Lots of stairs between the different landings, but this worked great for my family. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and get decent rest. Location was very close to Waterloo and could walk to Westminster/ Parliament. Kitchen had everything we needed. Property very clean

Fantastic central location
We could not have been happier with the flat. It was in the perfect location. Coffee shop, pub, and grocery just downstairs! Tube stop just down the street. It was the perfect place to stay with our three kids. We felt right at home. Thank you so much for a wonderful home base in London

Excellent Choice
An exceptional 4 story rental apartment with excellent amenities and a fantastic location with great restaurants and convenience store, along with two tube stations within a five minute walk...the Waterloo station so close was especially convenient getting from Heathrow and the Pancras International train staition. Highly recommend!

Great location for a family.
Loved the convenience of good restaurants and a grocery on the same block, two tube stations within a short walking distance, and two local theaters close by. The flat was clean and well-kept. There is no air conditioner. It was warm our first night there, so we opened the windows to get a breeze and that allowed a lot more of the street noise in. The other nights, it was cool enough to just open the rear-facing windows and get adequate ventilation/cooling.

theatres everywhere
There are theatres in every direction, it was heaven. Great location to get around London because near Waterloo. Large apartment but on many levels so stairs and then some more. Agent as easy as can be to deal with. All round an excellent stay.

Great home base for a family of five.
We were so pleased with our stay. It is only a 4 minute walk to the Southwark underground and a 6 minute walk to Waterloo station as well. A grocery is across the street. Several restaurants are within 2 minute walks from the front door. The space was more than adequate for our family of five. With the restaurants nearby, it can be a little busy later into the night. But with windows closed, it didn't bother us a bit. We enjoyed having things so close by.
The kitchen was great for us as we prepared several meals. We utilized the washer/dryer and were able to pack lighter because of that fact.
The location was really nice and central. It wasn't too busy, but not so far from everything that you spend all of your time getting to and from. We used the tube and buses almost exclusively. The only down side might be the multiple flights of stairs. But for our family it wasn't a problem at all. We would highly recommend this location. Made us feel like we had a home base more than a typical hotel experience.

excellent location and ample space
Very good location for us minutes from Waterloo station. Lots of room for the family so not having to live on top of each other even though we were in London. Supermarket across the street and a great local pub on the corner. Very good apartment for a family but there are a lot of stairs so maybe not suitable for those who are not used to living with stairs. The London Agent was a pleasure to deal with and helped with airport transfer.

Comfortable, well appointed, in a great location
Great apartment. Nice and clean and up to date.
Be sure to go to Olivelli restaurant across the street.
Easy walk to the Big Ben/Westminster bridge area.
Easy access to the Tube.
The reason for 4 starts instead of 5 is the corner bar can get a bit noisy at night if you want the windows open. Even with that, I would rent this apartment again.

Good space and great theatres
Home was just perfect for our family of 5. The bedrooms are spaced out on different levels so we could really spread out and not feel on top of each other. We have not stayed on the south bank before but I am pleased we did. Waterloo stations gets you almost everywhere although we did walk as much as possible. The choice of theatre is amazing! Young vic, Old Vic, South Bank and our own new favourite The Vaults. We could walk to a different theatre in 5 minutes each day. Would be happy to stay here again.

Great experience!
Property was just as advertised. Plenty of space for all with plenty of privacy. Nice modern bathrooms. All necessary kitchen amenities. Nicely laid out floor plan. Outdoor space was great. Great location. Close to everything you need. Only downside was street noise at night but our windows were open which probably didn't help!

Clean and comfortable.
A clean and comfortable home; we enjoyed our time here and the location. We booked this flat because it is so practical - it has a nice dining room table, a patio, two modern bathrooms - things like this are important for us and made us feel relaxed. You need somewhere really nice to come home to after a long day out in London, and this flat was perfect! Thanks to everybody at the agency.

Great apartment and lively part of London.
No complaints about out stay in this great apartment. We found it very spacious by London standards and really comfortable. It always helps to have two bathrooms when you're living with a group of friends. We loved the neighbourhood; always so much happening here and we like a busy vibe. Be warned that there is always a long line waiting for The London Eye, (maybe we should have tried early in the day,)but it was worth the wait. We would stay here again, we didn't get to do everything we wanted in the time we had. Thanks everybody and see you again another time.

Great, spacious apartment
What a great time we had! Thank you for a really comfortable and happy stay in the Waterloo home. We were attracted to this rental apartment because it looked very spacious, and it is! Great sized rooms and a nice attractive decor. So many other pluses, like the little patio and modern kitchen. As far as location goes, we love the South Bank. It can get very busy, but we liked this and there are some really great places to eat. Also really straight forward to get around the rest of London from here. I am happy to recommend this apartment to others.

We loved the flat and area.
Thanks everybody, we had a good stay here and I am pleased to write a positive review for this flat. There is a great feeling of space inside the flat and everything is fresh and attractive. We had everything we needed and felt comfortable. The South Bank is great fun...so much to see and do every day and the summertime atmosphere there is wonderful. My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer than we did.

Great flat.
Hi guys, me and my friends are happy to leave a review. We had a fantastic time here, we were a group of friends and had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The apartment was clean and welcoming and we had everything we needed. Great area too...it's hard to get bored in the South Bank. The tube was close which was a bonus when we did move around London but we spent a lot of time locally just walking around. There are some good places to eat not far from the apartment. Thanks for a successful time.

A Comfortable Home, indeed.
This flat is comfortable and relaxing, just as it is described and it deserves a good review. You have lots of space to move around in, and you have everything you need here. We certainly enjoyed relaxing at the end of each day, as this area keeps you busy. If you are looking for culture, sights and lots of good places to eat and drink, you won't be disappointed. Recommended and thanks for a good time.

Great area and roomy flat.
The area of the South Bank is always great fun…lots to see and do, with a wonderful atmosphere. We enjoyed having so much to do each day and good restaurants to choose from at night. The actual flat is fine…comfortable and also roomy, which is not always the case in London rental properties. Thanks guys, for making our stay so enjoyable.

VERY GOOD
Yep we had a good time at The Cut. BIG apartment, modern, clean. Covers 3 floors so a few stairs to go up and down but we got use to it. Good restaurants in the area. Had an easy stay and happy to recommend.
