Breakfast was lovely and staff at breakfast was very helpful. Reception staff helpful but useless
We got given a ground floor room with not only bad lighting but basically open on all sides to the public. There was no privacy at all. Windows opened to all the walk ways for people to enter and exit the property. The room also directly opened to the public sitting room. And to top it off on Saturday as well as Sunday a marquee was put op on the lawn directly in front of our bedroom window and curtains had to be drawn.

Outstanding location.
« Adults only » said the ad, but in reality, surrounded by babies crying at the - very good - restaurant …

nothing
I stay 150 nights per year in hotels, and this was definitely the worst experience of the last uears ; the address in booking was not existent (reaction of staff : you should not book through booking); during 2 days intended stay no restaurant, was not mentioned (reaction : you should not book via booking as no updated info) ; bar closed during stay, as receptionist (5 meters from bar) could not manage reception and bar ; arrogance of receptionist was incredible. we decided not to stay and wanted our money back (around 700 €) which she refused. We left. if you want to meet with the most arrogant receptionist, no service, view in the industrial park of Honfleur, sit in a garden with artificial grass… and pay a lot of money … go to this hotel (they will tell you that everything that is wring is due to “booking”

The breakfast was nice but could of done with a bit more choice. The location was superb.
For the amount you pay for a room, tea and coffee facilities should be provided in the room. The food in the restaurant was excellent but could have done with a bit more choice on the evening menu and for breakfast.

The view and grounds were nice. It was a beautiful location.
Everything the website advertised was an extra cost and not available. The breakfast was at a different location than the hotel (we didn’t go). There were no staff on the grounds and anytime we needed them they had to drive from somewhere else. Sheets were scratchy. The room smelled bad. The Tv (Netflix) didn’t work. The room information about the town, restaurants, and festivals was from 2019. The whole place just had empty, creepy, unattended vibes.

beautiful building, nature…. everything is very atmospheric and charming. in this hotel I want to relax !!
came to the beach in the morning - and has no sea. Hotel administration - where is the sea? do something to make the sea in the morning!

Good location
Cosy
Great views
Restaurant is a good dinner option; staff is friendly and eager to help and make sure you have a good time
Breakfast is supposedly included but one has to pay for espresso coffee and eggs
Not very much at all but a bit strange for a hotel of that category...do they really need these 1.5 euros for a morning espresso?

Large room and bathroom, beautiful view(s), nice breakfast, friendly staff -including sweet dogs :) - great location.
Use of swimming pool a bit overpriced.
