Dåligt uppdaterat i köksutrustning Fick köpa egna saker. Grytor och porslin fick diskas innan användning. Hårda sängar och inte fläckfria.

In my three days in the place I had to be home one day to deal with the guy who repaired the fridge :)) , beds could be a bit better for the money We pay, the boiler extremely noisy (if I can I will upload a video with the boiler working), toilet a bit uncomfortable to use !!

Short break in cabo roig. Tv vying

Very well furnished with everything you would need and very clean.the position was excellent,right at the top of the strip in cabo roig.

fridge didn't work and some of the light bulbs were out.there was no one to meet us on arrival although we gave a time of arrival, had to wait in the rain for someone to let us in.

Dissappointing

The location is good, the urbanisation is nice, and very well maintained. The rental was very cheap (and now we know why). If this apartment was completely refurbished it would be lovely.

We had problems checking in, as the lady who arranged to meet us with the keys didn't turn up, and turned her mobile off. We waited over an hour outside, then contacted Booking.com. We finally managed to get in around 6pm, when the boss Antonio contacted us. He was nice, but the check in experience overall was very stressful, and we wasted a lot of time hanging about for keys. The apartment was bizarrely furnished (the beds are very uncomfortable), with creaky/noisy plastic concertina doors to the bedrooms. There was hardly any useful equipment (like plates, glasses, cutlery) and no standard cleaning materials (washing up liquid, hand soap, toilet roll, kitchen cloth, etc.). We eventually found the (dirty!) missing plates, cutlery & glasses in the dishwasher. They were still there from the last guests, who had not run the dishwasher because there were no tablets or rinse aid provided either. The cleaner had missed this too. Nice! We reported all this to Antonio within an hour of arrival. Fortunately we were only there for the weekend, so we went out and bought toilet roll, hand soap, and some cleaning cloths. We left this stuff for the next guests, but would not return here ourselves. The apartment is just too uncomfortable.

The host, a young lady was amazing. We left money behind, she very kindley transferred to our bank

The Location was excellent, we enjoyed sitting out on the terrace of a morning and evening.

Exceptional

Ticks all the boxes for us,second time we’ve stayed here for our golfing trip.

Stairs to the second floor need to be negotiated with care, quite steep and slippery when wet a member of our party sustained a cut to his foot after slipping coming out of the shower.
