Fantastisk beliggenhed og stort værelse med udsigt. Der mulighed for at lave te/kaffe på værelset.
Og hvis man ankom sent, så kunne man købe pizza fra en automat.
Personalet var meget hjælpsomme og imødekommende.
Hotellet har også været gode til at sende beskeder vedrørende parkering, etc
Var lidt besværligt at parkere på gaden udenfor pga et forestående marked, men vi fandt en plads

The manager was unavailable but the bartenders were super helpful
The room provided was not in the main premise but across the street as a standalone building.
Also the room was not similar to the one that allotted.
I had the room which was situated at the rooftop of the building that meant on the either side of the bed i would bang my head to the ceiling. Worst room, worst experience.

Frühstück: Gut, Englisch sprechendes Personal sehr freundlich. Aus dem Frühstücksraum schöner Blick auf den Fluss und die Mühlen von Zaanse Schans (Freilichtmuseum).
Bahnstation ca.700m zu Fuß, von dort gute Erreichbarkeit von Amsterdam Centraal.
Für den Einzugsbereich von Amsterdam guter Preis.
Standardzimmer 08/15 (Nr.4). Unseres lag im Paterre, an dem ständig Tagesgäste vorbeiliefen, mit Blick auf Pizzaautomaten.
Am Anreisetag wurden wir mit emails bombardiert mit Aufforderungen zum online-check-in, die wir unterwegs nicht lasen und dann der check-in im Hotel sehr schleppend verlief.

Rioollucht in de badkamer, douche niet bijzonder.
Restaurant was dicht, dus ontbijt moesten we ophalen bij de andere locatie.
Het bijgebouw is lastig te vinden, slecht aangegeven.
Omdat alles online wordt gedaan (inchecken, sleutel, toegang) is er geen persoonlijk contact mogelijk.

We had to stay in another building diffetent than hotel which was a 5 minutes walk and has no elevator.

Location, location, location. 3 minute walk just over the Bridge and in to the town. 15 minute drive into Amsterdam. Restaurant and grocery store very close. Room was perfect for a healthy couple as no elevator over at out section of rooms. The master Bedroo. Was a loft with steep stairs. If you have issues with Stairs, this room should be avoided. Otherwise It waS very comfortable for our purposes
Room was not ready, due to entire cleaning staff out sick. 4 hours later, the management was still apologizing and offered us free Dinner and drinks We were pleased with the service and food.

This is a lovely location on the water opposite a pretty windmill. The hotel is modern and has a very nice restaurant with seating on the water or inside with water views. Just over the bridge is De Zaanse Schans a very picturesque traditional village with working windmills and museums.
For the price and given the overall positive impression of the hotel, I was surprised to find several maintenance problems in the room. 1 - The bedside lamp was broken and hanging over on its side. 2 - The curtains were hanging down, 3 - Very few channels (no English news channels) which would be okay except that many showed up in the guide but were not available which was frustrating. 4 - coffee machine did not work. This all left the impression that the restaurant was the main focus and the hotel aspect was a sideline.

Some small things such as: a rather tall bed km the low ceiling attic room; absence of shower cabin or curtain, causing half of the bathroom to get wet every time we took a shower.

The views while we were having breakfast was amazing and the breakfast was on point
Everything about the arrangements.... I booked my stay through booking.com for 4 people, 2 rooms, my 2 kids and husband. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that one of the rooms we reserved was in the boutique hotel and the other room was in another building which was 3 to 5 minutes walk from the Boutique hotel which was very disappointing that I have to separate my family.
When I choose the option of us all sticking together, they said that there are no extra rooms in the boutique hotel and the only option was for us to stay at the other building that actually looks like hostel.
The views of the boutique hotel sold me to choose it and book it but my family and I ended up in a hostel for the same amount of money I thought I was paying for the boutique hotel 🏨.

We went at 9 am for breakfast and there was hardly any food, the dishes were empty. Had to wait 20 minutes for bacon and toast. The staff was lazy to refill the buffet. Some inefficient girls work there
We asked what time is dinner They told us that the kitchen closes at 9 pm we went at 8 pm for dinner and the kitchen had closed at 8 pm so we went to bed without dinner.

Enjoyed the area where the hotel was located. Parking was easy. Staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel was close to Zaanse Schaan.
View of the river was gorgeous-we had breakfast next to the window.
Breakfast was average. Nothing special. Presentation could have been better instead of just on the baking sheet. When items emptied, it took a long time to refill. Kudos to our waitress for her service during dinner and breakfast.

We stayed in suit room a family of 4, the room was clean enough, location is very near to Zaan Schan. The Breakfast spread is limited by tastes really good. the view of the river from the restaurant is good
The bathroom is too small, especially the shower area, water was not draining quick enough. the floor is slippery. ensure you have the floor toweplaced to step on it from the shower area otherwise you could slip.

Walking distance to the windmills. Parking is free and it located behind the Spar supermarket. Buffet Breakfast serves in local style

Please consider to install few more hooks in the bathroom and ventilation in bathroom can be improved.

Check in and breakfast staff was excellent. Very attentive to our needs, friendly and making sure we had a great overall experience.
It was not communicated ahead of time that our room would be so far away on a different street. I thought I would be on the main building. It made a difference in the morning, coming for breakfast under heavy rain, and also there was no elevator in that building (warning for those traveling with heavy suitcases or who cannot go three flights of stairs). Room was not super clean, coffee mug and spoons were dirty, a chapstick was under the safe from a previous guest and still there after housekeeping came a second time.
