If you like to spend your vacation or a few days of rest in a quiet place on the seashore, La Casa del Mangle is ideal for you!
In an area of the Yucatan Riviera, 10 minutes from Puerto Progreso, 5 from the town of Chicxulub Puerto, 30 minutes from Merida you will find this house with a large private beach, in a residential area so it is very safe, quiet and pleasant
Two floors:
4 bedrooms with air conditioning, (two bedrooms are on the ground floor)
3 bathrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs) all with hot water
Kitchen with 6-burner stove and oven, duplex refrigerator, microwave, electric oven and fully equipped with appliances, dishes, glasses, cutlery, etc.
Living room and dining room with a view of the beach as well as the 4 bedrooms
The entire house has fans, and is also very ventilated and naturally lit
It has a terrace on the upper floor and also on the ground floor.
There are hammocks throughout the house
Charcoal grill
Internet throughout the house and satellite TV.
**I want to inform you that my neighbors have resumed the construction of their house next to this property, so there may be some noises typical of an engineering work**
