Great central hub

Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Accommodated well for a large group if you don't plan to spend alot of time in the room

Beds could be softer although this is being very critical

Clean, quiet spacious, clean bathroom with separate toilet, complete amenities, and you get new pjs everyday. perfect location near tsukiji station, convenience store and famous sushi restaurant.

can't open luggages on the floor because the room is narrow but quite spacious for tokyo.

Comfortable Stay in Tokyo

The nearest Metro is just across the property and is conveniently located near other metro stations. It is walking distance to Ginza and Tsukiji Market. Staff was friendly during check-in and was able to accommodate our requests. The rooms do look a little dated but was clean and had good amenities like shower gel, shampoo and lotion. Even though the room was quite small, it came with a bathtub which was good for relaxing after a long day of sight-seeing. It was able to accommodate all our belongings after moving things around. They also provided tea/coffee and kettle but if you get hungry or run out of necessities, there's a Lawson across the street. They also had coin laundry and microwave near the lobby. Overall, they stay was nice and comfortable.

Perfect location near Tsukiji Metro station, walking distance to Tsukiji Outer market for breakfast. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The hotel has everything we need and high recommended to stay here.

The hotel is only two minutes walk from the station and the restaurant down stairs serves a very good meals

Good cost benefit. Being in Tsukiji made me transfer at Ginza station multiple times.

Friendly staff always helpful. Our room facing the back street was quiet.

the pillow was definitely the highlight of the trip.

Overall it was pleasant stay and value for money.

Very clean and well maintained rooms. English speaking staff available all the time. Two metro stations within 3 min walk. Metro passes available at front desk.

Little away from city center. But still walkable distant and well connected by subway.

Nice and quiet hotel

Super area. Very quiet. Extremely clean like in all Japan. Hotel is nice and clean. It is about 200 meters to the metro station. Very convenient.

I like hard beds but those was really hard even for me. (Personal opinion). Our room was with 3 beds and It was a but tiny. Almost no space to open your suitcase.

Perfect location, large rooms and renovated

Location next to Hibiya line is ideal to go anywhere. The hotel is renovated so looks like new. Rooms are large for Tokyo standard.

One of these hotels with basically no lobby. Checking on 2nd floor you can’t really wait for other people or meet people.

Fit for purpose and great stay in Capital Hotel Ginza - Moegi

Location surround by many metro stations , it really strategic!

Check out time is not common , 10.00am is too early for check out time!

Pleasant Surprise in Tokyo!

The hotel was a new construction and did not disappoint. We only had the architectural designs to go off of so we were pleasantly surprised by everything (the entrance, lobby, and room, etc.). We even received a grand opening gift! The hotel is also really close to the subway and a few restaurants. It was a great place to stay--with a friendly and attentive staff--in Tokyo for a few days! We would definitely stay there again.

There weren't really any deal-breakers in the dislike department. The comfort room with a sofa bed actually had a real bed instead (which was a plus) but it made the room a little tight (there was barely any room to squeeze in a table and two chairs) but if you're not spending all day in the room, it doesn't matter. Also check out is early (10 a.m.) so you have to pay extra to have a later check-out time.
