The beds were comfortable and the condo was close to aattractions.
We requested a first floor condo and were told that they would accommodate, but when we arrived, the condo was on top floor and they said our request was never received by them, when we entered the condo the floor was dirty and the couches were ripped up. I called them immediately and they said that they were aware of the couches being destroyed by previous occupants, but did not inform of this prior to arrival. On everything I contacted them about all that I was told was we apologize and how would you like to proceed, I asked for a different condo but they could not, so I asked for compensation and all they could do is one free ticket to an attraction, which we were not doing any of the attractions. I went to office on site and no one was in the office and we couldn't get any compensation for our trouble, except sending maintenance man to condo with comforters to put on couches. We asked for soap for the bathrooms that was supposed to be furnished and never was, we are very dissatisfied and will not return there.

Nice view
As soon as we got there we couldn’t get to our floor because the elevators were broke we had to wait awile to get it fixed. It was hard to use lock to get in took ten minutes to get it to work couches were peeling and gross lightbulbs weren’t working tub wouldn’t hold water hair dryer didn’t work just wasn’t worth what I paid for it at all !

Very nice place and enough room. The view was very nice, especially at night when the parkway is lit up! We didn't use the kitchen much or the fireplace, but was nice to have them if needed!
I think they polished the hardwood floors sometime before we checked in. All of our socks and bottom of our feet were black from walking around in the unit. The place was CLEAN, just maybe some floor treatment rubbing off? The wifi wasn't great, but we were only there one night, so it wasn't a big deal.

The apartment was beautiful, I loved the spa tub the best, and the location was perfect.
The only complaint I had, which was minor, was that the master bedroom tv volume wouldn’t go up. Other than that, I have no complaints. The pics below are a view from the bedrooms.

That we did not need keys or a key card that could be lost and would have to pay for another one. It was nice to not have to worry about that on top of doing everything and going to places. The place was on the 6th floor and we had a very nice view and we did not hear our neighbors at all so that was a plus or anyone in that fact. We loved sitting out on the balcony when we would get back at anytime and day or night and it was beautiful out. The Mountain View was Beautiful. We also had great weather while we were there the beds were very comfortable. I chose the place cause it had a kitchen cause I can not eat out so I could cook my food and that was great. We played card games that we brought at the table every night when we got back from our day out. The location was great not far from everything we wanted to do and we could also walk to places from there also we were the 1st building and there was a dunkin dounuts right down from us that my daughter and her boyfriend and my son would get breakfast every day from there they just walk. I can not say about the pool cause we did not get a chance to use it and it was by building 3. The size of the place was great the showers were a little on the small size but were ok. They also had a washer and dryer set in there but also did not use. How to get in was sent to us by email so that was nice.
When we arrived and started to unpack and get everything set up we noticed that one of the smoke detectors were beeping because of a low battery also on one of the other room did not have one we found it by the kitchen out with no battery. when we decided to relax from a long drive we pulled back the sheets and in my room I found hairs on the sheets and pillows and a stain on my sheet so we went and checked the other beds and one of the other ones also has hairs on the sheets and pillows so out of 3 bed only 1 did not have anything wrong also the living room rug and the rug in my room did not look like they were vacuumed and the floors not cleaned very well and in the kitchen the counter was sticky by the fridge and on the floor in front of the fridge and in it on the bottom lip. So I cleaned up the sticky stuff and vacuumed the floor and when I was vacuuming I figured out that it had a clog in it and that is why it did not clean well. But I did give them a call and they sent Pauline the cleaning lady right over to help with the sheets and she was very nice and friendly and apologized a lot for it being that way and told me she did not clean our place and let us know of place to go to we loved her she also loves the waterfalls around there as we do. She also said if we need anything else that came up that she would be around the next day but she did take care of us on that day so we were good. They also sent someone out to replace the battery and I let him know about the one that was not up in the one room also some of the table lamp did not have light blubs in them but not a big deal for us. But after the first day we were good from there on out.
