After staying there several times I won’t stay again after this experience.

The location was good.

Our room had an old stale cigarette smell that was hard to deal with. It was very disappointing since it is advertised as a non smoking hotel but that room had obviously been smoked in. I dreaded walking into the room everyday with that smell.

Good stay for family trip

Amazing service on front desk, great location, good price, nice to have a balcony. Good hot breakfast with a river view. Large room.

Not comfortable pillows. And dirty floors/carpet floor inside the room - extra washing our feet.

This is our second stay here. Clean clean gorgeous facility. Breakfast was really good. And the staff is amazing

Just wish the pool was open later. When you arrive at 0830. And the pool closed at 9 pm

Simply the best hotel in the area

The front desk is your first experience, ours was amazing! We came from Park tower hotel it was HORRIBLE but this is where we will stay FROM NOW ON

I liked having a balcony. Breakfast on the patio was a very nice, relaxing way to start the day.

I didn't care for the pillows. There was no vent/fan in the bathroom so it got stuffy in there very quickly. I also did not like the sink outside the bathroom.

King rooms are corner rooms ( ends of the building) so the balcony was tiny and wasn't quite what we expected. So if you want a full size balcony as pictured on the website to have a view of the river book a double queen.

Room and hallways and elevator was so hot no matter how much you turned down the air, wasn’t room to sit and eat breakf

Carpets needs cleaned, air needs to be adjusted to be comfortable in all areas, needs more room to eat done in breakfast, needs some elevator work , needs more than two towels since they only clean the room every three days

The staff was pleasant and courteous. The location by the river was nice.

Our room has wet carpeting that squished when you stepped on it causing the room to be constantly damp. There were ants all over The desk and we weee given a bottle of raid to kill them as they just kept coming back. There were bags of chips Under our bed open and spilled from a prior visitor. Late T knight the keyed door was propped open by staff to let their friend come in. There was some Type of white matter on the floor by the large area of white matter and again nothing was done to rod the room Of the issues

I enjoyed the balconies in each room

Upon arrival, at the front desk to check in the employee was rude. I informed them that I had my service dog with me. The lady states dog are not welcome. I had to explain to her that service dogs can’t be separated from their handler. The dog was there for its job. The lady then gave more attitude and states she will have to get approval before I can finish checking in. Overall I’ve never had a problem staying here with my service dog
