The garden has a (fenced) pond and two swings, various seating areas and a large terrace with a barbecue. The entire garden is fenced, which is ideal for dog owners.
Within a 5-minute walk you can reach the recreational area of the 5-star TerSpegelt park (open from Easter / April 1 to November 1), where you have free access to all facilities of the park, such as heated indoor swimming pool, 2 lakes where you can surf, rowing and pedal boats. There is a workshop and craft loft for the children, various entertainment is organized, there is a climbing wall, tennis courts, mini golf, playground and a Pump Track course. You can discover a wonderful walking area directly from the house, you can cycle many kilometers here on the way to cozy restaurants.
