La beauté du lieu, l’accueil et le confort des chambres!
4.3
The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The restaurant/bar area and courtyard are beautiful, and well spaced so you don't feel crowded. The pool area is great and leads down to a private beach area with seats and umbrellas, where staff will bring you drinks or food as well, and the water was beautiful. There is a spa area with massages and other treatments available. There was a great number of options for breakfast, and it can be taken in your room, in the dining courtyard, or even beside the pool. The beds were very comfortable and there was air-con, and as we were upgraded to a garden room, we took the option of having our breakfast in our room. Staff were super attentive, (Dionysius was very knowledgeable with wine choices) and helpful, and there was always someone around if we needed anything.
Our breakfast trays were not collected until the afternoon, however it was a very busy few days as there was a conference group onsite. The gardens were beautiful but needed some weeding done!
Also although the hotel is billed as being in Gytheio, it is in fact a 20 minute drive out of Gytheio town.

The people make the difference! The owner, the director and all the staff are very dedicated to all the customer preferences and happiness. This make the differences with other places
The beach is good but maybe a little bit more service will be appreciated

amazing setting with great pool and easy access to the Mediterranean.
I would like to see the plastic straws disappear.

Quiet, private, very friendly, spacious, beautiful, good value, excellent breakfast, great cocktails, helpful staff and beautiful calm seaside.
the Bees but they’re all over Greece this summer.

The breakfast system was ridiculous.. I do not want to fill in a form from the evening before for my breakfast the following morning! In addition to this we had specified eating times and at one point we were told we could not have breakfast in the dining room until 10.30am. We turned up at 8.30am and the room was pretty much empty at 10.30am so it was not busy at all.
The swimming pool was filthy. The ladder getting into the pool was unstable.. bolts holding it down had come out of the concrete was very unsafe.

Amazing location, Fantastic private beach with very comfortable sunloungers, very nice pool area and very nice outdoor restaurant. very rich and tasty breakfast, very polite staff. The hotel complex was very nice from an architectural perspective. Value for money. Definitely a place to revisit.
Room Interiors could be better, though very spacious. Spa facilities, both indoor swimming and massage rooms were very disappointing in aesthetics. Looked and felt basic.

It goes without say the location is the best thing about the hotel. Literally by the beach, located on a small quiet gulf with serene water and own sun beds, it’s a great choice for families and anyone who wants to escape the tourist crowds at the beaches to be honest. Rooms are quite spacious and comfortable too.
Having been twice at the resort, we couldn’t help but notice how much worse the service has been since 2020. Two years ago, it was a bit of hit and miss but being the first Covid summer we gave them the benefit of the doubt. This year, Athough some people were trying their best, there was an astonishing lack of communication and organization that reflected on the small and not so small things. I mean - come on, not being able to order coffee at the beach while breakfast is being served or having to go to the reception to get the free beach towel? Who does that? Breakfast was pretty basic and they run out of decaf on day 2 (it was never replaced). To top it off I found a giant spider in the bathroom on a first night. Hotel manager did not even bothered to say he was sorry when he was informed.

amazing small hotel in an exclusive location.. private sandy beach more than beautiful . so tranquil with crystal clear waters, we stayed in a very spacious and beautifully decorated sea front suite. breakfast selection very satisfactory abd if good quality
suggestion to increase service on the beach

Quality vs price
4.3
Breakfast was great
Service was great
Room was large and a/c was great
Wifi was great
Convenient parking
Nice scenery and location
Pool and beach facilities were dirty
Room was not quiet
Toilet in the room in the first day was not very clean
Pool was shallow
Room had a window but no private balcony or similar
Value for money was poor
Sustainability can be improved (towels delivered in plastic packaging, breakfast menus were paper based and new ones needed to be filled every day)
4.3
breakfast at the room always late. no possibility to eat breakfast outside
4.3
It is a very secluded venue, just what we needed. Beautiful, new and … just fantastic.
Most of the personnel did not speak nor understand English, unfortunately, except for a few exceptions.
There was a problem with the beach/pool towels every single day (lack of them)
The process to order breakfast was a bit cumbersome; I guess they are still handling it as during COVID times.

Everything was excellent!
I think the hotel could use a better dinner menu.
4.3
mattress and shower - only
everything else
horrible restaurant
insufficient services
tv and internet not working
Sunbed broken
breakfast only in your room mandatorily
room terrace muddy, no shade, insufficient furniture
aggressive, impolite manager
not a resort and not luxury
I can keep going but it is not worth it
4.3
Breakfast was sad in the room and sad in general with such beautiful outdoor surroundings and given you have been included in small luxury hotels. Young waitstaff were pleasant yet untrained . Restaurant food terrible!
Beach service, food, forced breakfast in room
4.3
The room service breakfast offered a wide selection of breads, bakery, jams and honey. There were excellent "mains",
salads, juices and excellent coffee. Staff went out of their way to help, provide information and make sure guests were comfortable
Nothing. The resort is beautiful

100 Rizes is the perfect hotel, in the perfect location. The pool, bars, and lounge area are stylish and sophisticated, just like the manager Fay who greeted me warmly at check-in, and was available and helpful throughout my stay. The rooms are nicely spaced out in various separate stone buildings. My sea view junior suite was perfect in every way; beautiful decor, comfy bed, seating area, and an incredible view out directly over the sea from the small balcony. Breakfast was delivered to my room each day and was plentiful and delicious, with good choices. The private beach is small, secluded and stunningly beautiful. The sun loungers were very comfy and free to guests when I stayed early season. The seas are crystal clear and full of beautiful little fish. All the staff are attentive and friendly. i was on a 2 week tour of the Peloponnese region and I intended to stay one night. I ended up staying for 4 nights, I think that says everything. And I will return.
There was nothing to dislike.
4.3
Beautiful location, nice rooms and facilities
No dinner menu was available due to luack of personnel. Breakfast was served in the room only not letting us enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the restaurant.
4.3
the location is superb. the private beach is so quiet and the water is crystal clear. amazing accommodation for the ones that would like to relax in a luxurious environment

The location, very friendly staff

Breakfast came in the room cold and less than we ordered.
Service could have been better.
4.3
Gorgeous location, we loved it, beautiful pool.
Breakfast arrangements really need improving, but it didn’t detract from our stay.
4.3
Excellent private apartments and rooms and a beach for the hotel quests only. The place is amazing you will relax and have a great time here with your friends or family. Excellent local products breakfast and very tasty and delicious choices at the restaurant for lunch or dinner. There is a SPA also and the staff is really helpful. Will come again !!!

The food did not leave up to the expectations of the hotel.
4.3
Everything was perfect, i hope next time to stay more!
4.3
Everything was perfect! We enjoyed our stay a lot!! The only one thing that could be better was breakfast (i.e. more fresh juices and generally more options). Other than that I definitely recommend it. One major plus is the private beach in front of the hotel and the spacious room.
