Historic, renovated kitchen and stylish 1860's farmhouse, with detached guest cottage on spacious, private, spacious lot south of the highway, Further Lane area, midway between EH and Amagansett. Our home sleeps 6 adults. 3 BR 3 BA South of the highway is very important when renting in East Hampton- that means you are closer to the ocean and can walk in 15 minutes!! Air Conditioned and comes with 2 Gas Grills, One Weber charcoal grill.
Gated 3/4 acre lot, fenced and landscaped for privacy, with hedges and many beautiful mature trees.
20'x40' sunny, new gunnite in-ground heated pool, with large patio
