The first impressions of the holiday house IRIDA are the wonderful view across the pool, the blue sea, the picturesque landscape and the small islands as well as the tranquility.
The Salanti Bay is in a beautiful spot, close to the beautiful harbor town, Porto Cheli, and the charming village Kranidi on the south western part of Argolida. Above this beautiful bay is the district of Aghios Ioannis with a couple of holiday houses between olive groves in a hilly landscape.
The comfortably and tastefully furnished holiday house IRIDA with pool is located in an idyllic Mediterranean surrounding. The elegant property with a large roofed terrace is ideal for affiliated families who want to spend their holiday in a neat atmosphere with the luxury of a private pool and yet close to the sea. On the large, roofed BBQ terrace you can have dinners, celebrate or finish the day in sociable atmosphere and enjoy wonderful sunsets.
Two-storey holiday house, comfortably furnished. On the ground floor is the living room with dining table and the adjoining kitchen. Next to it are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. From the living room and both bedrooms you have direct access to the sea-facing, roofed terrace and the pool area.
The master bedroom is on the first floor. There is direct access to a large terrace with a splendid sea view. A private bathroom is adjoining to the bedroom. The 24sqm freshwater pool (4 x 6m, depth 0,80 to 1,80m, not heated, in operation all year) is a welcome location for atmospheric moments and bathing fun for adults and children.
Several small bays and the long beach of Salanti are close to the holiday house.
2 parasol and 4 sunbeds are available for the guests and can be taken to the beach.

Great spot with the most beautiful view. Host was very accommodating after our flight was delayed. He stayed to meet us on arrival at 3am local time.

This is a beautiful property that is clean and we'll equipped for a family stay. Both indoor and outdoors are great and the view of the sea and mountains is just fantastic. The hosts are lovely and helpful. We highly recommend for a relaxing vacation in the region.

The house is wonderful and the view and the (secluded) location fantastic. We were two families with four children age 4-12 who all loved the place and the pool. Also, all contact with the friendly owner and his father was perfect.

Wat een fantastisch en perfect onderhouden huis, alles was aanwezig. Het zicht is geweldig en de omgeving is zeer rustig. Vanuit het ruime zwembad zie je de zee.
We werden hartelijk ontvangen en werden aangenaam verrast met fruit, wijn, brood en beleg voor het ontbijt.
We hebben enorm genoten. Een aanrader, we komen zeker nog eens terug.

Magnifique villa avec une vue imprenable sur la mer, très propre et très bien équipée, située dans un endroit calme et tranquille, très bon accueil par l’hôte, nous avons eu l’agréable surprise de trouver les courses faites à notre arrivée, le ménage est fait en cours de séjour ce qui est très appréciable, très belle chambre enfant avec en prime quelques jouets, l’extérieur est très beau, piscine avec transats, terrasse avec barbecue, bref cet endroit est un vrai petit paradis sur terre, nous avons passé une semaine de vacances au top ! Merci beaucoup Kostas ainsi qu’a son épouse pour ce magnifique séjour et espérons pouvoir revenir un jour dans ce petit havre de paix.

Wunderschöne Villa mit traumhaften Aussenanlagen, noch viel schöner als es die Fotos erwarten lassen. Top gepflegt und ausgestattet - sogar eine Nespresso-Maschine - es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Sogar den ersten Einkauf hatte unser sehr netter Vermieter schon für uns besorgt: Gemüse, Obst, Wasser, Wein, Brot, Marmelade, Grillkohle… Auch Toilettenartikel waren in den Bädern. Wir haben eine total entspannte Woche genossen. Auf Ausflüge hatten wir nicht so viel Lust wie sonst ;), es war einfach zu schön am Haus. Ausblick und Ruhe dort sind absolut priceless!
Für Familien mit Teenis wichtig: sehr leistungsstarkes, zuverlässiges WLAN.
Am Strand in Costa Bianca gibt es eine nette neue Taverne, die sogar zu Fuß erreichbar ist (ca. 15 min).

Das Haus ist wegen seiner ruhigen Lage und seiner sehr guten Ausstattung und der Betreuung durch den Vermieter, 2-mal in der Woche wird das Haus gereinigt und die gesamte Wäsche gewechselt, sehr zu empfehlen.
Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wunderschön. Das zweite Mal einen traumhaften Urlaub in diesem Haus.
Jassu*Reisen hat uns ausgezeichnet betreut und sehr gute Hilfe zu den Coronabestimmungen in Griecheland und Italien zukommen lassen. - Die Anreise/Abreise mit der Fähre von Anek-Lines war enttäuschend. Auf den Schiffen war bis auf Ausnahmen das Personal nicht sehr freundlich, die Organisation z.T. chaotisch, die Coronabestimmungen wurden nicht wirklich eingehalten bzw. angemahnt.

Wir haben das Haus zum zweiten Mal gebucht und waren wie beim ersten Mal sehr zufrieden. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hauses mit Blick auf die Bucht ist einmalig.

Wir waren kurz nach Wiedereröffnung nach den Corona-Reisebeschränkungen im Mai 2021 da und es war wirklich wenig los. Weit und breit standen die Ferienhäuser leer. Aber ich bin sicher, dass man in Salanti und speziell im Ferienhaus Irida auch sonst viel Privatsphäre genießen kann. Fantastischer Blick auf die Küste, herrlich angelegter Außenbereich um das schöne Ferienhaus, für unsere beiden Kinder (9 und 16 Jahre) ein toller Infinity Pool, ein herrlicher Grillplatz samt überdachtem Sitzbereich. Alles ist mit Blick für die Details gestaltet. Kostas, seine Frau und sein Vater (der Baumeister!) waren super nett und hilfsbereit, zweimal die Woche wurde gereinigt, die Betten neu bezogen und die Handtücher ausgetauscht.
In Salanti gibt es eine nette Taverna, zahlreiche kleine Steinstrände und einen größeren mit türkisfarbenem klarem Wasser. Zum Einkaufen muss man mit dem Auto mindestens bis Didimou (ca. 8km) über den nächsten Hügel fahren, größere Auswahl gibt es in Kranidi (15km, dort ist auch ein Lidl). Als nähere Ausflüge bieten sich die beiden Krater in Didimou an, die prähistorisch bewohnte Höhle von Franchthi und das Fischerdörfchen Kilada. Auch zum antiken Epidauros ist es nicht weit (ca. 1 Stunde), das war ganz besonders, denn dort waren wir die ersten und einzigen Gäste nach Wiedereröffnung der Touristensaison. Einen Tagesausflug zum antiken Olympia kann man gut vom Ferienhaus aus machen. Wir sind über Athen angereist, die Fahrt zum Ferienhaus beträgt ca. 2,5 Stunden. Ohne Auto geht sicher nichts, das muss man einplanen. Ich kann das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen, wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit in herrlicher Landschaft bei dennoch luxuriöser Ausstattung sucht, ist hier richtig.

Es war eine wunderbare Woche in dieser Gegend und im Haus Irida. Tolle Lage, wenn man die Einsamkeit liebt, mit kleinen Kiesbuchten. Im und am Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt, volle Zufriedenheit und sehr netter Vermieter (hat sogar nachts persönlich den Schlüssel übergeben).

Sehr gepflegtes und sauberes Haus, wir haben uns sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt. Bei Ankunft war der Kühlschrank reichhaltig befüllt mit allem was man für den Start braucht. Schöne Aufteilung des Hauses ( Privatsphäre der einzelnen Schlafräume) Vermieter sehr freundlich. Toller Grillbereich, mehrer schattige Sitzmöglichkeiten, das war toll.
Pool sehr gepflegt, etwas zu klein um zu schwimmen, zum Abkühlen und Toben mit den Kindern hat es auf jeden Fall gereicht.
Sehr schön angelegter Aussenbereich, schön begrünt. Garage für das Auto TOP, hatten wird bis jetzt noch nie!!!
Waschmittel/ Putzmittel/Toilettnartikel alles reichlich vorhanden.
Abseits gelegen, weit weg vom Tourismus, man ist wirklich für sich, Kiesstrand in der Nähe, hatten meisten den ganzen Strandabschnitt für uns.
Gute Einkaufmöglichketen im Nachbardorf. Für grösseren Einkauf in die nä Stadt( Kranidi ca 20 min Fahrtweg).

Der Service des JASSU Reisen Teams ist absolut empfehlenswert!
Trotz der aktuell schwierigen Situation immer erreichbar, freundlich und kompetent.
Auch mehrere kurzfristige Umbuchungen aufgrund von Flugstreichungen waren problemlos und ohne Bearbeitungsgebühr möglich - Bei JASSU wird Service noch groß geschrieben.
Wir werden mit Sicherheit nochmal über JASSU buchen und waren auch nicht das letzte Mal in Salánti.
Das Örtchen ist sehr ruhig und wenig bis gar nicht touristisch - genau das, was wir wollten.
Der Empfang durch Kostas und seine Familie war sehr herzlich - inklusive einem Gläschen selbstgemachten Likörs von Kostas Frau-, sodass wir uns sofort sehr wohl und Willkommen gefühlt haben.
Auch der Service vor Ort war perfekt. Als zum Beispiel ein Duschschlauch kaputt gegangen ist, wurde er innerhalb von weniger als 24 Stunden ausgetauscht.
Die Ausstattung war unglaublich.. Wir machen seit Jahren fast ausschließlich Urlaub in Ferienhäusern, haben aber noch nie etwas ansatzweise Vergleichbares erlebt.
Hier nur einige Beispiele: neuer Spülschwamm und Spültuch, Spülmaschinen- und Waschmaschinentabs, jede Menge Gewürze (nicht bloß Salz und Pfeffer), sehr leckeres Olivenöl und Balsamico-Essig, Plätzchen, Toast, Aufschnitt, Cornflakes, Müsli, Reis, Nudeln, Kartoffeln, Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, TK-Gemüse, frische Tomaten, Paprika und Gurken, jede Menge frisches Obst, ein 6er Pack Wasser, Milch, Saft, Alu- und Frischhaltefolie, Küchenrolle, Toilettenpapier, Zahnbürsten, Duschgel, Lotion, Hausschuhe, Mückenstecker für jedes Schlafzimmer, extra Liegen zum Mitnehmen an den Strand, und, und, und.. Hier fehlte wirklich nichts!! :-)
Das Haus ist sehr, sehr sauber und gepflegt und sollte Maria (eine wirklich super Haushaltshilfe) jemals nach Deutschland auswandern ist sie bei uns herzlich Willkommen ;-)
Der Ausblick von der gesamten Terrasse ist einfach nur atemberaubend und wir konnten uns auch in dreieinhalb Wochen nicht annähernd satt sehen.
Egal ob morgens beim Frühstück, nach dem Strandbesuch oder abends beim Grillen - man könnte dort auch 24 Stunden einfach nur Sitzen und Schauen :-)
Die Buchten in der Nähe des Hauses sind ebenfalls umwerfend - glasklares Wasser - Fische schauen ohne Schnorchel :-)
Auch hatten wir die Buchten an den meisten Tagen komplett für uns allein.
Wir können sowohl das Team von JASSU Reisen als auch das Haus IRIDA nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!!!

Vielleicht noch einige Informationen zum Thema Corona:
Wir haben uns im Haus sehr sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Sowohl Kostas und seine Familie, als auch das Reinigungspersonal haben Abstand gehalten und Masken getragen.
Beim Einkaufen im Nachbardörfchen Didyma scheint Corona noch nicht angekommen zu sein.
Hier wurden wir mit unseren Masken (wir waren die einzigen damit) äußerst skeptisch beäugt und Abstand halten war dort fast nicht machbar

Der Eindruck der Online-Präsentation wurde von der Wirklichkeit übertroffen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Gestaltung der Terrassen, des Pools, des Grillplatzes hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Aussicht mit weitem Blick aufs Meer und die umliegenden Berge ist traumhaft schön. Von keinem Lärm außer den Glocken einer Schaf- oder Ziegenherde geweckt zu werden hat seinen Reiz.
Der Empfang war unerwartet großzügig mit vollem Kühlschrank! Das Haus wurde 2 mal in der Woche perfekt geputzt sowie Handtücher und Bettwäsche gewechselt. Der Pool regelmäßig gereinigt.
Trotz der abgeschiedenen Lage war der Einkauf kein Problem. Für alle Kultur und am Land interessierten gibt es in der nahen Umgebung hinreichend Ziele, wie z.b. Epidauros oder die Insel Hydra. - Für alle, die einen ruhigen Urlaub in sehr komfortabler Unterbringung suchen und eine längere Anfahrt von Athen oder Patras nicht scheuen (2-3h Fahrt), empfehlen wir dieses Haus.
Die Betreuung durch den Besitzer war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We stayed in this beautiful property in September 2019 and I can honestly say it is the best villa we have ever been to. The property is stunning, excellently equipped and very clean. The 360 degree views are amazing and the outside areas of the property allow you to enjoy this all day, we really only went inside to sleep!
A car is necessary to stay here as it is a little remote, a positive for us as it is so quiet. If you follow google maps the directions are good although the last 200m require you to follow your nose rather than the instructions!
Costas and his family where there to meet us on arrival and provided the best welcome pack we have ever received, basically a weeks shopping! All basics covered plus some local wine etc.
Everything worked well, great wifi.
Supermarkets can be found about 30 minutes away in Kranidi and the Taverna in the square in Didima serves the best lamb chops in the world!

idyllisch fernab vom Tourismus
Dieses Haus ist ein echter Geheimtipp. Fernab vom Massentourismus, gut 2,5 Autostunden von Athen entfernt. Die lange Anfahrt wird belohnt, denn der Blick von allen Terrassen und vom Pool aufs Meer ist ein Traum und wird uns noch lange in Erinnerung bleiben.
Das Haus ist sehr, sehr sauber und wird durch die Vermieter auch während des Aufenthaltes nach Absprache gepflegt und betreut. Wir haben sehr herzliche Menschen kennenlernen dürfen, welche am Tag unserer Ankunft auch für die ersten Stunden Essen und Getränke vorbereitet hatten.
Die nahbaren Strände werden teilweise nur von den Einheimischen aufgesucht, oft ist man aber auch ganz alleine dort. Perfekt! Wir hatten bei Kosta und seiner Familie eine tolle Zeit und können diese Unterkunft nur weiter empfehlen.

The host was extremely nice, and the house was everything we needed and more. The area was quiet as we like it. AirCondition was good. We were suprised with a lot of fresh fruits and food, we really appreciated it because we arrived on a sunday and we were both hot and tired. Enjoyed the service of the man selling bread and mineralwater from his van on daily basis, just outside the house.
The cleanliness of the house, pool and outside-area was exceptional. Fresh towels during the week was also a good gest.
Mrs's garden with flowers and fruittrees was nice to look at. The kitchen was well equipped.
The BBQ-area was delightful at night when the sun was set.

Enjoyed the service of the man selling bread and mineralwater from his van on daily basis, just outside the house.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes, für Familien toll geeignetes Ferienhaus. Tolle, etwas abgeschiedene Lage, fussläufig zum Meer. Zudem schöne Terrassen, toller Pool und überdachter Grilplatz mit wunderschönem Panoramablick aufs Meer. Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns zu Viert sehr wohl gefühlt und werden wahrscheinlich wiederkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert. Ein Auto ist aufgrund der ruhigen, abgeschiedenen Lage jedoch essenziell, denn es gibt keine Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Great house. Nice, cosy and clean. Very nice owners who received us in person and made us feel very welcome. Due to our late arrival on a Sunday, they even provided us some amenities to get going. If you are looking for a nice and clean house with nice sea views, do not hesitate and book this one. The only disadvantage might be that you are a bit cut-off from the world, so if you like to have towns and some excitement in close distance, this is not your location (or you will have to spend some time in the car).

Le coin est assez isolé, le prix de la tranquillité, mais on trouve tout à 15min en voiture, dans un village sympathique un peu isolé. waouh, magnifique ! encore plus beau que sur les photos avec cette vue sublime sur la mer !
En tout premier lieu un grand MERCI à Koskas et Georgia pour leur accueil si chaleureux, avec une très bonne boisson locale de leur fabrication et des amuses bouches locaux et de plus? en français !!. Maison super équipée au delà des nos espérances . Frigo plein pour le repas du soir, avec en plus coka, bières et jus d'orange. Placards remplis pour le petit déjeuner (biscotes , brioches gâteux, céréales, pain, café thé confiture miel …) sans compter des pates , du riz et j'en passe. Panier de fruits et de légumes. Tout est décoré, aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur avec soins et nombreux détails et un superbe jardin fleuri. Bref un séjour magnifique pour les amoureux du calme et de la nature. Je pense qu'avec cette maison , nous risquons fort d'être déçus lors de nos prochaines locations, tant la barre a été haute.
