Perfect location. Super nice and helpful host (Christos). Beautiful, designed and well preserved 1860's house. Spacious.
Some facilities are a bit worn-out such as toilet flushing and door locks.

The villa is spacious and well located, with interesting decor. It kept quite cool despite the hot weather and was a good place to relax in the heart of the afternoon.
The master bedroom is huge and well cooled as it has the air conditioner in it.
The owners are responsive and were helpful in providing a foldout bed to accommodate our second child who didn't want to share a bed with his brother. They also offered to come and fix a leak we noticed in the sink as soon as it was reported.
The property overall is a historical villa with personality and has its quirks - my main critique is that the description on booking.com doesn't completely line up with the reality of the villa in a couple of areas.
The kitchen isn't really fully functional, it has a small portable oven and two hotplates on top, at a height that wouldn't be usable for much more than reheating. The sink is cracked and didn't drain properly. For eating breakfast it's fine but it's not equipped to do proper self-catering for a family.
Secondly the courtyard is shared with the other villa, which isn't explained in the booking.com description, and it isn't large enough to accommodate two parties. During our stay the other people in the property were often in the courtyard, and one evening we returned late to find they had strung an electrician extension cord out there for a lamp, right across our front entrance. As our villa had a door and windows directly onto the courtyard, it didn't feel private in those areas. This would be fine if it was clear when booking but it wasn't.
I also think it would be a good idea to add some fire safety information and an extinguisher somewhere.

The living room's furniture wasn't the most comfortable one, but nice anyway

the location was excellent, it was spacious and it had plenty of historic charm.
Main issue for us was that the wifi just didn’t work consistently at all. If you need wifi don’t count on it here. Also only one air conditioner in one bedroom for the whole apartment. it is a historical building so the electrical situation is kind of cobbled together with extension cords. Also you need to arrange with the owner to give them back the keys when you leave - you can not just leave when you are ready. they responded quickly when we said we were ready to go but we did have to wait 10 minutes or so.

It’s a historic property that set the mood to enjoy this beautiful place in the world.
Wi-Fi would disconnect each day. After a rest it would work but you know, it was inconvenient when it didn’t work. Also the range stopped just inside the house, no Wi-Fi on the patio or garden.

I loved the location. All the local spots are within walking distance.
I understand that the building is historic and owners have taken lot of care to maintain it. It is definitely beautiful and spacious. there is a step down and step up entering the kitchen and bathroom which can be tricky if you have mobility issues.

Extraordinary place. The best ever found on booking.com. Amazing vibe & professional host. It should be rated more than 10 :)

Very friendly host. Great location and wonderful and quiet courtyard.
Because the house is located next to a street you can hear some traffic.
