Luxury stay close to Shepherds Bush

The boutique rooms are just gorgeous - and so big for London! Really felt like a luxury stay, and very convenient for Shepherd’s Bush Empire

The lighting in the room wasn’t the best it was dark when getting ready to go out at 5:00. The room was lovely aside from that

Modern hotel with lovely rooms

Lovely clean room that was very spacious and staff friendly when checking in would stay again

Nothing really only negative was distance to the nearest tube station

Exceptional

We were able to check in very late without penalty, staff was friendly, facilities were clean

About 15min walk from nearest tube station but it was a straight shot to wasn't too bad

In general, a very nice place with outstanding staff.

The room was very clean and nicely prepared for us. The coffee set was there, shower supplies and fresh towels exchanged everyday. The air conditioning worked without any issues, came in handy many times. The staff - very nice. I found myself in a situation where a relative of mine called the hotel at 11pm, worried about me. Regardless of the hour the staff still managed to come up to the room and resolve the issue. A lot of respect for that.

I think the only issue was the low water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink. Other than that the room met my standards.

Good value for money as a base for 02 Shepherd’s Bush empire. Small but clean. Very loud music from private party the fl

At least 15 minute walk to underground station. Very loud music until late on the Saturday evening - so loud it felt like we were in the room!

Pleasant

Location is a good walk to the tube station perhaps older people would need to catch the bus. I dropped my watch between the bed and bedside cabinet and I’ve never seen so much dust In my life.. the welcome to the property was poor.. we were given the keys and pointed in the direction of the room no offer to show room or carry luggage

Lovely traditional pub, great selection of alcohol, food tasted fresh, staff were very welcoming, room was comfortable and clean. No complaints.

room was lovely and air con was great, discounted food in the hotel restaurant which was lovely. staff lovely and private entrance door separate to the bar area. left our bags here as we arrived early so we could go off for the day. staff helpful in giving directions and tips for the area

no water in the room, only stairs up 2 flights to the room, fridge in room not cold

Very good

Spacious room, quiet and dark to have a good night's sleep. Coffee machine, pods and fresh milk provided. Good amount of hangers and decent hairdryer provided.

Decor a bit tired but did not impact stay.

Comfortable stay, several details lacking.

Cosy room, comfortable bed, money off food in the pub, nice shower, friendly staff.

No shower gel, only one bath towel, no showercap (despite what the box suggested) and room would have been much better set out with tv at the foot of the bed and storage to the side (rather than vice versa). Only one plug socket.

Great stay at the Princess Victoria

Staff were very helpful,friendly,nothing was too much trouble.nice crisp bed linen and lovely towels,comfy bed.You get 33% discount on food if you stay there.Food was beautiful,very tasty.Fridge in room a bonus.Good location to buses and tubes.Would stay again.

Stairs carpet a bit worn and coming away from the stairs.it has seen its day.Bedroom was a bit small,room was lovely and nicely decorated.

Stunning, victorian style stay

absolutely stunning Victorian style room, comfy plush bed with aircon/heater and tv, and coffee/tea amenities. very quiet in the nights and gorgeous restaurant/bar downstairs

bit of a walk from the tube station but bus stop right outside if walking isn’t an option
