Location
Room was dirty not even hoovered. Walls filthy and bed uncomfortable

at least there was a working mini bar (empty)
I was there to work so I choosed the area based on my needs. Unfortunately the room was old with broken furnitures, the curtains were broken (seemed cigarette fire), the TV didn't work, the toilet, well, it was better not to look at the corners. But the worse thing was the fact that rooms are not soudsproof and I could hear all the others people movements in upstairs rooms, so I couldn't sleep for 4 nights. Staff is not friendly nor welcome (please find another job!).

Rooms in the attic are unbearably small and hot. Downstairs rooms are much better and slightly bigger in size.
Roomsize, beds are small narrow.

Clean. Good location.
Very small room that got extremely warm. Bed also very small. Not very comfortable. Felt more like bad student accommodation than a hotel. Expected a lot more from it given the price. The double room would have been better as a single room.

Water in Shower is powerful
Room 18 was in the kast floor, poor Wifi connection.
Shower door broken not closing properly

An fanacht is fearr riamh. Bhí an timpeallacht taitneamhach agus fáilteach. Láimhseáladh an tseiceáil isteach agus an tseiceáil amach go gairmiúil agus bhí siad éasca.

clean, comfortable and great staff. what more do you need?

Helpful reception staff, good location, close to tube and bus options. Basic amenities but adequate, and bonus of welcome pack. A good option for a budget hotel,.
Carpets looking threadbare, although to be fair looks like new carpet will be laid soon. Bed mattress on its last legs, double bed rooms very small, fine for a single person but a bit squashy for a couple. However perfectly fine for short stay. Narrow stairs but again typical for hotels in this area. Elderly couple would be best to book a room on lower level.

Location
Room was very dirty. Dust, stains on carpet, stains on bathtub, limescale on shower just to start.
Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night, no one came to shut it off. Had to walk to the other building so that someone from reception would come.
No one there for checkout, and it was after 9 am. No instructions on how to checkout.
Do not recommend!

nice room with good facilities, plenty of shops, bars and restaurants
on a main road very close to Police Station and Fire Station so lots of sirens

Great position in Shepherd's bush. No breakfast served. The beds were ok, even though the sheets weren't throughly cleaned.
The hotel look literally nothing like the pictures. When inquired, the staff pointed that "we photographed just one room, not all of them". The cleaning is superficial, more like a reset of the room. I had to clean part of the bathroom myself. In one of the two rooms we stayed at ( I requested a room change via the booking customer service) had smelly stains on the damaged carpet. In the second room I had to hug the sink in order to be able to sit on the toilet.
Again, nothing like the pictures, and nothing worth of the price we paid.

Nothing
There was Pubic hair all over the bed so I thought il have tea while thinking what I did wrong to deserve this and found pubic hair in the cup. How is that possible what was going on in that room before I got there I can only imagine but one thing I known is that no one cleaned it before I got there. plus drop my phone out the window while removing curlys from room I almost cried

No hitting, really bad shampoo and soup (but not that bad)

The location was perfect, lots to do in the area. The room was clean and tidy and had great amenities including a mini fridge which was a bonus! Staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was very small which is fine but partner is 6"4 so struggled with the size of the bed and hitting his head constantly on the lampshade which was unavoidable.

Great location, walkable to Westfield (5 mins) and Hammersmith station (12 mins)

It is a very budget hotel you definitely get what you pay for. I would have complained if I had spent over £100.
The room itself was average but small. The room smelt damp, the shower flooded when used. The worst part is the road directly outside the window is very noisy all night ( it is London so it is busy) we would have shut the windows but the room was very warm even in October. We stayed as we wanted to be close to Hammersmith appolo which is about a 15 minute walk.

Clean
Not too far to tube (10mins) but about 25mins walk from Olympia.
Check-in was not simple, sent to wrong hotel to check in.
The room had one very small pillow, wished I’d brought another.
Noise not from street, was at back of property but could hear group chatting in below rooms until 12am and noise from bathroom fan above on/off all night. Not the best sleep but you get what you pay for.

The location was good.
The hotel is nothing like the photos ... its not even a hotel it is rooms in a block of flats. The first room we had, had a broken bed so we had to move rooms, this room was moderately better even though there was stains on the carpet and broken lights.

Room nothing like photos. Box room in attic. Bed under sloping ceiling. Only one (flat) pillow - reception not able to provide any more. Dirty grouting. Carpets threadbare.

Close to a big mall and train station
Too noisy from the road
