We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was beautifully appointed, clean, and comfortable. It is located in a great neighborhood - both for exploring and enjoying from the living room balcony. Our host, Jules, was gracious and very helpful, before, during, and even after our stay (when we realized we’d left a couple of beloved items behind). We highly recommend this property!

Came to NOLA for conference at convention center but wanted a place other than hotel. This was perfect. Great kitchen and living area. Comfortable beds and great bath. Area was convenient to restaurants and easy Uber ride to other must visit areas. Owners very responsive to questions.

The home was about 1 to 2 miles from all there is to see in NOLA. If you are ok with waking 30 mins to the sites, then it is a great location. Cute stores and restaurants all around. Somewhat quiet neighborhood. Home has historic charm. One of the bathrooms does not have a door. Not sure that was on the listing. I would stay here again. The owners were very sweet and shared their local knowledge.

Property was charming and conveniently located between the Warehouse and Garden Districts. One night of three was a little noisy which is the only reason for 4 stars. Several restaurants in walking distance and bus transport for very convenient for a Magazine Street shopping trip. Host communications were spot on. Will stay here again.

Enjoyable stay
Clean, comfortable, one bedroom is through another bedroom but not an issue for me .

Easy in the big easy
The location of the unit was on Magazine Street and close to the action. A very reasonable walk to the French Quarter, and other shops, restaurants and sites. Owner was very responsive to any matters. Neighborhood was safe. There is a little Park one block away we walked to with our dogs. The unit was large and very comfortable making our stay wonderful. We had everything needed for a nice time in the big easy.

Beautiful space in a beautiful neighborhood
The pictures really don’t do this place justice. It’s even cuter than we imagined and all the details really make the space. It’s got that classic New Orleans charm with some beautiful updates. I loved all the beautiful vintage furniture and the safety of the neighborhood. Easy to walk to coffee shops and restaurants near by. Would definitely stay again, highly recommended.

Great Place
The place was great. It was clean, spacious and the beds were super comfortable. It was fun to walk around the neighborhood and enjoy looking at the houses and going into the local shops just down the street. Just far enough away from all the hussle and bussle of downtown, but close enough to make it conveient to get there quickly to enjoy the French Quarter, Bourbon Street, etc.

Perfect
Jules' property is wonderful and the photographs, while good, don't accurately reflect how nice and how large it is. There is no downside to the property as long as someone in your party is okay climbing up and down a very stable, built-in ladder to access their bedroom. The beds are comfortable, the water pressure is excellent and the air conditioning works really well.
Within walking distance there is an excellent place for breakfast, Hi Volt, and a couple of coffee shops with drinkable coffee, PJ's and French Truck. There are also a couple of bars and other restaurants which we did not try, plus some shops and I treated myself to a gorgeous pair of Krewe sunglasses.
Being somewhat off the beaten path, this is a great location if you want to stay somewhere a bit quieter or are driving and don't want to pay for parking and don't mind catching an Uber or the Street Car to get to the French Quarter or the Warehouse District. The Street Car is about a 10 minute walk and drops you off on Canal Street right across from the French Quarter as well as other places like the zoo or the Garden District.
Jules was very responsive and helpful and she has a beautiful, friendly Doberman who greeted us when we arrived. All in all, it was a very positive experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The vacation that wasn’t
Due to the Coronavirus we arrived a day before the city shut down. Jules did her best to accommodate us by answering questions. The apartment was clean and tidy. Hopefully one day we can come back and get the total experience. PS don’t use WAZE it will put you about 3 blocks off.

Girls half marathon weekend
This was a great location, easy to find and lots of restaurants within walking distance or short drives. We also enjoyed the space to relax and catch up. Property manager was easy to work with. The space looked exactly like the photos.

garden district getaway
This property felt bigger than pictured because it's very open and the ceilings are incredibly high. The kitchen and living room were super fun gathering places and the beds were quite comfortable. It was the perfect location to walk everywhere we needed.

Nice place with a few issues
Overall it's not a bad place. Kinda off the beaten path but not too far.
Only real issues were the initial check in (address homeaway sent was incorrect) and some things were skimped on (barely any toilet paper or paper towels, had to ask for extra blankets and towels, no brooms, etc.).

Rehabbed Gem in One of NOLA’s Up & Coming Neighbourhoods
This renovated home (actually one side of a duplex) is the perfect base to explore New Orleans. Located in the Lower Garden Neighbourhood you can walk to coffee shops, restaurants and bars (don’t miss Barrel Proof) or hop on the street car a few blocks away to go to the French Quarter and other places further away.
The owners, Julie and Banks live across the street and are there in case you need help with something or recommendations for restaurants and places of interest.
Probably the best HomeAway experience I’ve ever had.

Beautiful, renovated and comfy home in the lower garden district
We just loved everything about it...the location, Jules' recommendations to restaurants in different areas of New Orleans, the updated, modern look of the home (but, it still had old world charm, too.)!! Everything was so clean, the beds were so comfortable, the living room couch, too. Plenty of room to cook in the kitchen, updated appliances, lots of utensils, etc. The showers were incredible, as well. Love the subway tile and the extra large shower head downstairs. Ubers are only about $7 to the French Quarter or you can walk there in about 25 minutes. Would recommend to anyone and can't wait to stay there again!

Great place in a great spot!
Wasn’t 100% sure about this location before arriving.... but this couldn’t have been more perfect.
So close to so many good restaurants and shops!
The place was clean and the beds were comfy!
We will definitely use this place again!

Cute House!
This house is adorable, and in a quiet, clean, safe neighborhood. Great coffee shops and breakfast near by. Must go to Ruby Slipper, uptown for their Bacon Bloody Mary's! You won't be the same... It's a mile walk from the house, so stop by Mojo Coffee House on your way for an ice coffee! The walk is beautiful, so many gorgeous houses and trees. All the action on Bourbon Street is a quick uber away. All in all, a great house for your landing pad in New Orleans!

Beautiful Experience
This was absolutely the cutest place I’ve ever stayed! It was perfect for a girls trip. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds were amazing, the showers - AMAZING! Such a great spot to walk around to stay, right on magazine street and only a few minutes from French Quarter. We can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful Vacation Getaway!
This was our first trip to New Orleans and we totally loved it. The apartment was everything you could ask for. Beautifully decorated and totally stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and so close to a wonderful breakfast place...Surrey's Cafe and Juice Bar. It was fantastic. We will definitely be back to New Orleans and we will stay in the wonderful place on Constance Street. Loved it!
