Ottimo hotel per una notte

Posizione e servizio ottimo. Colazione molto varia e buona e abbiamo potuto prenotare un bus direttamente in hotel con pick up all'ora desiderata. C'era anche servizio spa con buoni prezzi e bar panoramico all'ottavo piano. Smart tv

La camera avrebbe dovuto essere non fumatori e invece ho trovato della cenere sul comodino. Niente di grave però ci vuole più attenzione

Modern hotel in a good location.

The hotel is in a very good location facing the river across a wide road. We were able to check in early which we appreciated. We had asked for a river view which we had from our room on the side. Breakfast was good. We took a private tour of four islands. The guide spoke good English and was knowledgeable. We paid the guide direct. Be prepared to tip the boat driver and lady with the rowing boat. We knew the details of the trip before we booked but it is not accurately reflected in the leaflet from reception - it's three hours long (not all day) and does not go to Ben Tre. A taxi back to HCMC airport cost 1.2 m VND.

We needed a second chair of the balcony. There was a private function with loud music on the second floor one evening. Reception said it should finish at 10 pm but it went on later.

We would like to return but will find another location for an aperitif, cocktail of preprandial.

Location was premium. Staff and housekeeping were exceptional, food was excellent.

The wait staff in the bar are deplorable. If you want a drink, you must go up to the bar and request it. There is no service, ever.

A comfortable stay in My Tho. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast good and staff friendly.

Good location on the river front. Walking distance from shops and restaurants. Short taxi ride to Pagoda.

This hotel is a real bargain the room was of a good size and it has a great bar/ restaurant on the top floor with great veiws of the river. It also has great breakfast serving Western and Asian food with plenty to choose from

Generally, the service was just good, the location was excellent but the facilities to be reviewed.

The location is convenient. The river view is so beautiful. Receptionists were very polite.

The service at the restaurant and the cafe was cheerful. The linen did not appear to be clean as they were a bit yellowish. The shower head was difficult to manage as it aimed to the shower door. We had to hold on to the shower head while washing. We had to wait for half an hour to get our room even we checked in at around 8 pm. When we came to our room, the bathroom was not cleaned properly as someone else used the room before us due to the mistakes of the reception.

The location is excellent.

The complete lack of understanding by the reception staff. They flatly refused to change a 500 vnd note. They also charged me 100k vnd when I told them that I had broken a water tumbler. It to me is outrageous given the replacement cost.

very noisy in the morning, at 8 am the housekeepers started to speak reaaaaly loud on the corridors, not pleasant for peoples who like to sleep . Peoples where smoking on the corridors, workers there

Most Every thing was great extra large room Great buffet breakfast, staff were amazing couldn't help me enough thank you

To expensive to sleep on Foam mattress, was like sleeping on hard floor, shower in Bath handle on wall would be great nearly slipped a few times!

Location and value for money were brilliant. I travelled for business, and this hotel was perfect. Clean and comfortable too, and the staff were super helpful. I will be heading back there for my visit next year.
