Not the best experience.

We booked an standard double room and we received a notification from booking saying that we would get an upgrade to a “deluxe double room”. The room smelled bad, the furniture was extremely old, specially the bathroom that didn’t look that the pictures at all. The shower looked from 1970. We were so disappointed and trying to explain to the receptionist that the room didn’t look like the pictures. She was nice and polite but couldn’t speak any English so it was really hard to communicate using the translator. She was saying that the pictures were from a previous owner and that’s why the furniture didn’t look the same. I was there for 20 minutes and after all that time she decided to call the manager. He offered me another room. It was the room that we first booked, it wasn’t great but looked better that the “deluxe” one. The place needs a complete renovation, new furniture and new bathrooms…or at least they should change the pictures because it doesn’t look like that.

Great place to stay for a reasonable price

The location is away from the touristy areas, but everything is conveniently within walking distance. It's a great value for the price, and I had a pleasant stay. The beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious. Additionally, I received a complimentary upgrade, which was a nice touch.

Instalaciones descuidadas

Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la realidad. Tenía una habitación doble Deluxe y estaba en muy malas condiciones, el lavado despegado de la pared y un poco roto, el baño lleno de moho y hongos, en general la habitación muy descuidada, no quiero imaginar como es la habitación básica…

Me gustó que el personal es muy servicial. Son amables y simpáticos y siempre tienen una sonrisa. La cama era cómoda y la habitación amplia.

Creo que deberían de mejorar la limpieza del lugar. Había pelos en el cuarto de baño por todos lados, y los sumideros del lavabo ya que no los desatascan de suciedad podrían taparlos que no los veamos. Instalaciones antiguas y por lo que vale… deja un poco que desear. En cuanto al ruido, cuando reservas sabes que vas a estar en el centro, así que es lo que hay. Tuvimos huéspedes al lado bastante maleducados pero eso no es culpa del hotel, de hecho les di parte y lo gestionaron.

Buena habitación, un poco lejos del centro

La habitación era amplia y cómoda, tenia aire acondicionado, heladera pequeña, pava eléctrica. El personal amable. Nos permitió guardarnos el equipaje en una excursión luego del check out.

Llegamos a las 2 am y tuvimos que esperar 15 minutos porque la habitación no estaba preparada aunque habíamos avisado. Nos resultó más lejos de los puntos clave para ir caminando (2 km por lo menos). La ducha no tenía agua caliente sino apenas tibia (aunque hace calor y no molesta demasiado que no haya)

If take this room without discount - very expensive. In the floor near the table was ash, wi-fi worked bad

Good location, clean room, it would be great if they can sort out the linen and towels issues.

- Great location - close to restaurants/eateries, shops, market and clothes laundry shop (only under $AU3/2-3kg bag) - Room is spacious and clean - room cleaning on request ONLY (informed in letter). I requested highest floor to avoid noise from the main street beforehand so had no problem with sleeping.

- Towels are badly stained on first day (secondhanded from other hotels) but had better ones after room cleaning on second day with small tip. - Bed linen are in needed of upgrade too.
