The staff were wonderful and the atmosphere warm, welcoming and cozy! Breakfast was delicious and the space allowed for guest to mingle or stay separate if they wanted.

Beautiful home, helpful host, and wonderful breakfasts. It’s about a half hour walk to Bourbon St.

Couldn't have picked a better place to stay!!! From the start they were very accommodating to our needs. One morning they even put together a box breakfast as we had an early tour. The food was the Best, thank you to your chef! The staff was very helpful and their customer service has all the Southern charm that you will find.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Terrell House. Our room was perfect. My husband and I slept so well and both of us commented on how comfortable the mattress was. The room was quiet and the window blinds shut out the light so it was dark. Plenty of hot water and pressure in the shower and the a.c. was quiet and worked well. We had a coffee maker in the room.
BREAKFAST WAS AMAZING! Fluffy biscuits, delicious sausage gravy, perfectly seasoned eggs, crispy bacon! The dining room was beautiful and we enjoyed conversations with other guests. We headed out early for the Shamrock'n Run on Saturday and the hosts were kind enough to leave bananas, peanut butter, and english muffins by our door for us. (disappointed we missed out on that wonderful breakfast though)
The location was excellent. We could easily walk down Magazine Street to the French Quarter or the World War II Museum during the day. The restaurants on Magazine are amazing and just a few minutes walk from the Terrell House. We drove about 10 minutes to Audobon Park, but St. Charles Street is 2 short blocks away if you wanted to catch a trolley. Also, we were a few blocks down from the parade route, so we were able to park on the street by the B&B. I would certainly recommend Terrell House for your stay in New Orleans.
We did not have a fridge in our room, but there was one we could have used next to the ice machine.

The location was perfect! Overall, the property was nicely decorated and breakfast was good!
The stay in the room was a little disappointing. The room was so dusty. I'm allergic to dust and dust on the bedroom furniture was so thick. Also, the floors still had feathers, beads and bobby pins from the previous guest. The floors are very cold; suggest that rugs are placed on the side of the bed. The bathroom tub needs to be re-caulk. Considering the cost per night, I thought my stay would have been nicer.

Everything! It’s located at a great and quiet location in the beautiful Lower Garden District, it’s very central and everything important is closeby, it’s so beautifully decorated and a gorgeous, old house with character, the facilities as such are flawless, the staff is just wonderful - a very warm welcome, helpful, you get a fantastic introduction to the city, the warm breakfast’s made freshly daily and is delicious, Glenda is the wonderful soul of the house who makes your stay even more flawlessly perfect and is a very special, warmhearted lady, the rooms are as fantastic as the whole house - you cannot go wrong here if you want to stay in NOLA and live in an authentic place - we’d return anytime again!
Everything was perfect - no criticism whatsoever…

Breakfast was very good. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and meeting folks from different parts of the country.
It wasn't necessarily something I didn't like but there was one feature I really liked at another B&B that I stayed in near Atlanta. The proprietor offered something similar to a Butler's Pantry where visitors could help themselves to snacks (beverages (tea/coffee/hot cocoa), granola bars, popcorn, etc) later in the evening. That might be a great option to offer as well.

Truly exceptional friendly owner and entire staff. Owner Linda is also wonderful and obviously treat staff well as they speak highly of her and love to work there. We will definitely return, this place is so beautiful and relaxing! You must spend time relaxing in the courtyard.

We loved the attention to detail in the interior design! The proprietress and the other staff were extremely friendly, that really made us feel at home. Amazing breakfast, cooked fresh each morning and served at a big communal table, you get a chance to meet other guests, which was lovely!
No complaints!!

The house is gorgeous, breakfasts are excellent, and the staff is very friendly and willing to accommodate special requests.
The time breakfast is served may not be optimal if you are on a business trip, but I could make it work.

Everything!! The staff was exceptionally friendly and caring. I had an issue with my room air conditioning and it was resolved in minutes. That's how responsive they are!
The King suite was everything I hoped it would be, luxurious and refined. Beautifully decorated, well stocked with all the ammenitites. Clean and comfortable.
The grounds are absolutely stunning and they keep fans running in the courtyard. Between the lush greenery and the fans, you'd almost not belive you were in 90°+ temps!
Breakfast is wonderful and the chef, very friendly and even made me a small egg dish as I missed them all that morning.
I didn't like that I had to leave. I could have happily stayed much longer.

Great location, beautiful property
Housing keeping was non-existent even though we were told to leave notes with requests, all ignored. Staff was much more attentive to larger parties - little room at breakfast when property is full.

Quite expensive.

Courtyard was beautiful and well maintained.
Breakfast was top notch.
Staff courteous.
Felt safe in Garden district location.
Musty and not enough sunlight in bedroom allowed in due to not being able to open shutters or windows (use screens). Or have a screen in the main door.
Large hole in bedspread. Glob of old food on side of mattress.
Room needs more attention to detail (i.e. update paint job needed, sealant around tub needed (cracked).

Breakfast was excellent. Very eloquent setting
