Q&C Hotel in New Orleans has everything at one place, so it is very difficult to say what we liked most.
Very clean, very tidy, very well preserved interior and furniture, wonderful bathroom, big TV, extremely comfortable bed and pillows, nice lobby and bar, tasty breakfast, as I already said - mostly everything is what we liked about the hotel. We travel often, and I can say that this is a rare find. A hotel that offers even something more that other, more “expensive” hotels.
During our stay we saw only kind and smiling faces of the staff - from the front desk to a man who was from the maintenance, each and every person working there was kind, helpful, and smiling. But what made our stay one of a kind was this beautiful, smiling, kind girl, a rare person with a big heart - Becca!!! She is one of the most beautiful human beings that we have met! Becca was the person who welcomed us during the check-in and eventually sent us on our departure from the hotel. From the first moment to the end she was there for everything. And by my opinion, she is not simply performing her duties, but she do her job with an honest smile and genuine please.
If you want to have one of a kind experience visiting New Orleans, LA, please, just stay at Q&C hotel, enjoy your time there, and meet Becca! This beautiful person is the shining jewel of the hotel! Last but not least, we want to say a big “Thank you” to one of the waiters, name John, who was the salt of the tasty food that he served us. Because a kind word worth more that a thousand fancy dishes, but a bad word can spoil even the most perfect meal.
I do not mention other names, but I definitely would, if I new them.
Thank you, Becca, John, all other their colleagues, and Q&C hotel! You made our stay unique!!!
No such thing!!! Everything was just perfect!!!

The breakfast was okay, nothing special. I preferred to venture out into the French Quarter to eat at the local café in the area. The hotel is located in an excellent location a walking distance to everything NOLA. You can literally walk to all the main tourist spots in the city from the hotels location on Camp Street, I would definitely stay here again.
1. The fact that housekeeping kept leaving my door open after they cleaned the room. I returned to my room on three (3) occasions before having enough and reporting it to main reception. It was handled very professionally once reported and I was offered complimentary vouchers. However, two days after reporting the issue I again returned to an unlocked door to my room. Very strange phenomenon, the only thing I can put it down to is that perhaps the member of the housekeeping team who was doing this was in a hurry. Despite the fact that the hotel is "safe" and I felt secure due to the level of security and the location of the hotel, there's obviously a reason why guests are issued security swipe cards to access the building and their individual rooms. Very strange.
2. I found a little odd was that one of the guys on the main reception wasn't familiar with the French Quarter, explaining that he was from "the other side of town". Thought this was a little odd as he's obviously working in a hotel where there's a 90% chance of guests asking for basic directions or nearby tourist attractions. Thank God for Google maps and YouTube.
3. The hotel add a "security" charge to your card upon check in. Therefore the price quoted on here is different to what is billed/taken from your debit/credit card upon check in. They need to be clear about this when people make the initial reservation. Apparently you get the different back once you've checked out provided nothing is damaged. I'm not sure if this covers any potential theft from your door being left open by housekeeping though! But I guess the security cameras may have that part covered... who knows.

Breakfast at the bar was really good
Wish the bed was a little firmer, but not really huge deal

Room, location, staff and bar/restaurant was excellent.
Shower had little pressure and water wasn't very hot

The stay was affordable and the hotel is centrally located. Easy to get around town. The staff was pleasant.
My only complaint was that the shower was lukewarm. Also, the carpet in my room could probably use a cleaning.

Great location.... quiet but close to everything
Bed was a little soft (but that is personal preference for a harder mattress)

Very comfortable room with tasteful decor. I love how they have kept the building's historic accents like the brick walls, hardwood floors, TV frame but have incorporated lots of modern industrial touches throughout the interiors. Bedding very comfortable, had great sleep here.
The location is a short walk away from the craziness of Bourbon Street, so it is quiet but convenient. Also very close to St Charles trolley which makes it easy to get to Garden District. All in all, I had a good time here and was sad to check out.
Water pressure is a bit weak.

I love this hotel - enjoy staying here when I'm in New Orleans. Service is exceptional - from the front desk, to the lobby bar, and housekeeping. Shout out to LaToya (front desk) and Craig and Tammy (lobby bar) - they are delightful!
Would be nice to have more/better bath amenities.

I like how close the property was to Canal St, but far enough away that you didn't listen to the noise all night
I felt like the property was in a very old building, but mostly everything is that way in New Orleans
0.5 / 5.0
The location.
Cold showers, house keeping never came, requested towels daily which never came, no microwave, filthy bathroom / toilet, dust everywhere, poor hospitality.

The location was great 👍
There was no parking besides street parking and we got 2 tickets in one night had to pack our stuff down the street to load and unload

Best location, clean, and liked the decor.
4pm Check-in is too late and 11am check-out is too early. I wish the room had a microwave, no toothpaste, and I didn’t like the Eucalyptus scent of the body wash.

The best location.

The location was excellent, just three blocks from French Quarter, so away from the noise but an easy walk. Also, the Sazerac House is just around the corner
3.0 / 5.0
The location and breakfast were the best parts of our stay.
Room was very "intimate". We had to intentionally navigate around each other. Bathroom was EXTREMELY tight and we didn't have hot water to shower.
