The place was nice and had plenty of room. The place was in good condition except it hadn't been dusted in a long long time. We were told there would be towels for us to use in the house and there were, just not in the bathrooms. We had to locate them in a closet on the top floor. For some reason we were under the impression we had pool access, but did not. We were sad about that. However, would I stay there again, Yes!

Bear lake family retreat
House was perfect for our group. The view was our favorite part. We originally planned on eating at the restaurants, but when we arrived the kitchen had every pot and pan with extra fun appliances to cook with. We certainly could not pass that up. I also loved the furniture, it was all really comfortable. I have to mention the beds!!!🥰sheets we’re soft and mattress ultra comfy.

Loved Bear Lake!
Everything was wonderful! The only problem was we were told in the email that the club house keycard would be "left in Kitchen" We looked and looked. We called and called. Text and text. NO Call Back. the last day as we were leaving and packing. In the pantry under all of our supplies there was the keycard. So we were not able to use the clubhouse pool etc.

Beautiful home, BUT needs a really good deep clean.
My family and I really wanted to love this beautiful house - it’s a great set up, lots of room and fun amenities, but it was well overdue for a deep clean.
When we arrived, there was toothpaste in the main bathroom sink, dirty dishes in the cupboards (mugs with dried coffee in them, plates with food on them), food garbage up in the loft, a women’s swimsuit bottom liner stuck to one of the upstairs beds, and a giant toenail clipping in the upstairs bathroom. We had to vacuum the main living room because it clearly had not been done - there is an ant problem in the house and we would find them crawling on our legs if we sat on the loveseat. We also found multiple surfaces covered in dust (shelfs, end tables, bottoms of beds, stairs).
My family and I have been renting different houses in Bear Lake every summer for the last 10 years and this was the first one that was not clean. We were actually very surprised there hadn’t been other reviews about the lack of cleanliness.
There were a couple of maintenance issues - upstairs shower doesn’t drain well and the light above it was out. And I did bring all of these concerns to the attention of the property manager and have yet to be responded to about them.
There were also not a pool key left out in the kitchen when we arrived. We searched all of the cabinets and closets and were unable to find it. We did talk to management about that and they said they would let maintenance know, I’m not sure if that was resolved after we left.
Overall, we still enjoyed our time there, but we would not stay there again unless we knew it had a deep clean and good maintenance cleaning as well.

Nice home - Poor Comminucation
Clean, nice home with plenty of room for everyone. Power outage was a little rough but it only lasted a few hours. Poor communication from property owners. They never did reply to any of our messages via phone, email, etc. This was disappointing as we did have some concerns. Our family visits bear lake every summer but will most likely find a different rental property next time.

Nice Area & Nice house.
The house was in good condition and repair and was clean upon arrival. Great views of the lake and marina. We arrived right at 4pm and the Owner was wrapping up the cleaning process. We had a boat/trailer and were told that we could not park the boat at the house and that we would have to drop it off at the bottom of the hill for storage. This made it a little inconvenient but was not a big deal. We just wish we would have known before hand. We also had an issue with having enough towels during our stay. Also not a big deal, except the house instructions asked that we not launder the towels ourselves during our stay. ??? This seemed kind of weird but we made it work. Overall we had a great experience.

Wonderful view property, Great for large family group
We had a great time at the property and appreciated the expansive eating area since there were 27 of us. The view was great. The air conditioning worked well. However, we had a few glitches. The driveway around the property was almost impassible it was so rutted. They forgot to leave us sheets for the trundle and roll away beds the first night and while we were there one of the water heaters starting leaking and some of the group ended up having cold showers---at least it wasn't the middle of the winter. The property manager responded quickly to our problems, but couldn't get the water heater fixed while we were there and couldn't do anything about the condition of the driveway. Some of the cars scraped bottom trying to go out. I would recommend that you only take high clearance vehicles!

Beautiful home!
The home is beautiful with a large balcony that overlooks Bear Lake. The rooms were comfortable and handled our family of 25 with ease. We enjoyed getting out on the balcony and covered deck, but would have liked a yard with grass for the kids to play in.

Awesome cabin with amazing view of the Lake
We spent the weekend here with our whole family. It is a beautiful cabin and there was plenty of room for the 26 of us. It has a huge wrap around deck with amazing views of the lake. I loved the huge kitchen. It has a huge island where the kids loved to sit and eat plus a huge table that will seat 12 people. It also has 2 picnic tables out on the deck where we could eat or play games and enjoy the awesome view. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the air conditioner didn't seem to be working very well. The second night we were there, it was so warm in the house that those sleeping upstairs couldn't sleep. The basement stayed nice and cool but the main floor and upstairs were very warm. Other than that, it was a great place to stay and we enjoyed everything else about the cabin.

Bear Lake regulars
We go to Bear Lake several times a year for skiing and family get togethers and stayed in this cabin with some friends. We had tons of fun and didn't have to worry about anything. The full kitchen stocked with pots and pans, came in handy for making breakfast and dinner. The cabin over looks Bear Lake and has stunning views with a warm atmosphere and is just 15 minutes away from Beaver Mountain where we love to go skiing and snowboarding. We look forward to going back soon, and are sure to continue visiting in the future.

Beautiful Cabin
This is a beautiful property with gorgeous views of the lake. The multiple levels worked out well with our group as one group of kids hung out on the top floor while another group stayed downstairs. The adults were able to enjoy each others company on the main floor. Many bedrooms throughout the house and well insulated so you didn’t hear snoring coming from the other bedrooms. The younger kids enjoyed sleeping on the beanbags. The ski resort was close to the cabin and those who didn’t ski were able to go sledding. I am planning on brining my snowmobile up the next time I visit as there are many trails around.
The cabin was very well maintained and had dishes and pans available for our use. There is a little grocery store just down the hill were you can pick up some of the food items you may have forgotten or some extra ice cream. You know it is a good vacation when the kids keep asking when they get to go back. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful and comfortable cabin
We stayed at this cabin the weekend before Christmas for a family party and it was great. We had enough room to comfortably fit 6 families and had multiple areas within the cabin to do different activities. The cabin was clean and nicely decorated and has beautiful views. A great place to go year round.

Beautiful cabin in a gorgeous area!
I brought my family to stay at this cabin just after Christmas and we had such an amazing experience! This cabin is very spacious and cozy all at the same time. There are three separate floors and plenty of bathrooms to provide privacy and accommodate large groups of people without feeling crowded. The "great room" pulls the kitchen, dining, family room, and deck areas together to feel connected with the group and not miss out on any of the fun! My kids could watch tv or play fuse-ball downstairs, which kept them from being directly underfoot, and they LOVED sleeping in the loft! I would love to return to this cabin, we felt very at home. Thank you!

Amazing Workmanship And Detail!!!!!!
Me and my wife have looked at many different homes to rent around the Bear Lake area but this particular "Cabin" which is really a house. And it's one of the most amazing, detailed, well thought out homes I have been in for a long time. The interior is spacious, with a kitchen that any woman would die for. And to top off the ambients of the room is the fireplace that sets the tone for a great night. The upstairs bedrooms are spacious and well kept, with vaulted cielings and the bathroom is decorated with very nice fixtures. In the basement part of this huge "Cabin" there is a foosball table along with leather couches, a great flat screen T.V monitor and a set of French doors that exit out the front of the home to give you a breath taking view of Bear Lake itself. But one of my favorite and most relaxing spots has to be the large deck that encircles three and a half sides of the home. This deck has a picnic table along with a natural gas BBQ grill that are both located on the front of the house and while cooking and relaxing, gives you a view of the lake that I can only match to the sunsets of Mexico. The cabin sits high up on the side of the mountain which in return gives you the view of Bear Lake something that makes this particular home stand out amongst the rest of the rental homes available at Bear Lake.

Huge Cabin, Awesome View, Beautiful Interior, Great place for families to ski/snowboard/visit!
We booked this cabin to ski/snowboard at Beaver Mountain for the Christmas Holidays. What an awesome area. The ski resort was a great location with great snow, great terrain park, reasonable prices, warm/roomy lodge, great ski school, and a wonderful family atmosphere. The cabin is only about 15 minutes from the ski resort. The cabin has comfortable beds, furniture, and a very large area for family gatherings. The view of the Marina and Bear Lake are outstanding through the giant windows. The loft is a wonderful place to relax and read a book/enjoy the views. It is situated on a hillside and not very close to any other cabins. The inside log work is amazing. Great master bath and fun bunk bed room for the kids. The bean bags are huge! The beds are very comfortable. It was nice to sit by the fireplaces, watch satellite TV/DVDs, play games with the family, and have time to relax and eat/converse with family. I would definitely recommend this property to others. It held our whole family/friends, but also allowed privacy in all 3 levels of the cabin for those wanting it with different areas and 6 bedrooms. Bear Lake Pizza was a great place to eat for the whole family - it is the kids' favorite pizza. Also, the cabin had all of the cooking supplies you need to cook big meals for the family (had to bring our own food of course). We swam in the city pool/hot tub and they even turned off the lights and showed a movie in the pool on Saturday - the kids loved it. We want to come back again and snowmobile at the Sinks area nearby for our next booking. There are snowmobile rentals near the ski resort, but we have our own. Overall, a great place to stay and recharge. Thanks to the property manager for everything!
