A comfortable home away from hone

Cute place and good value for money

Very clean and quiet place. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money

Wi-fi connection was a bit patchy. No soap was provided which was a bit frustrating

Rude property owner

Nice facility

I had issues with my booking. I paid this reservation in advance so the guests wont have to pay. It got charged on my credit card but the hotel can't charge it. I coordinated with booking.com and customer service was kind enough to assist me with this. The owner of the property attacked me as if i didnt pay them or will not work with them. I know this issuss may happen but what i experienced the property staff owner was not willing to resolve this issue with booking.com instead put the burden to the guests and to person who booked the reservation. The owner even said she would call the police to get the guests out because of nonpayment when in fact i paid it and it got charged on my card. I hope booking.com and property would have straighten this out this process and put the consumers out of the issue. The experience i had dealing with this property especially the owner was traumatising to me. I was attacked and i dont think i deserve this as consumer. Ive been using booking.com for years i used this even abroad no major issues and if there were issues the staff and owners were helpful

Passable

I booked for this place for my family however this place still not accepting guest after typhoon #Odette hits Cebu. Still no electricity and water. #Booking.com I would like to request updating accommodations affected by the calamity.

Exceptional

Great cosy guesthouse! Really friendly staff and ok breakfast! Location is also quite "central" next to Ayala Mall and Lechon House restaurant.

Cebu City itself wasn't really a pleasant place to be.

Room and staff

External noise. Our room was next to the reception area and people were chatting at the reception lounge until 11pm in the night, hence we couldn't sleep. Also breakfast has four options in total and beef and tuna come from a can.

Clean, modern looking place thats not too far from major attractions in Cebu city

Every bed has a privacy curtain, as well as a power socket and light. Plug is a type A/C combo, unlike the more rural areas of Cebu that only accept type A plugs. The room has a very modern design, looks like something out of an Ikea brochure. We really liked the large steps for the bunk beds-easy for those sleeping top to get to. It makes those coming back late to quietly get to bed. When going out to nearby places like Ayala Mall or Mango square reception can safekeep your room key. Every bed comes with a locker, locks are not provided. When first entering the guesthouse you will be prompted to remove your outside shoes and wear indoor slippers. Makes for a very clean inside environment. If you are heading to Ayala mall, cut through the PUV/Jeepney terminal and go down 1 floor, it's the fastest way there.
