About this house rental
The house is an ideal heaven for those who wish to enjoy a peaceful stay close to nature. Make your vacation special and renew yourselves while using the house as a base to enjoy the nightlife of Nafplio, the nearby beaches and historical sites.
The Space
A fully equipped house that can accommodate easily up to 8 people.There is a possibility to add more beds and baby cot, upon request. It lays at an estate with cottages outside the city, which is an ideal place for relaxing vacation.
The house also offers air conditioning, heating, TV, wireless internet connection and private parking. A great advantage of the house is the exterior which is surrounded by trees and flowers and has a very big private garden which allows pets to stay. There are also garden tables, chairs and a BBQ which make your vacation even more pleasant.
Near the house, there is a melon field where we cultivate different species of vegetables throughout the year and a small farm where we take care of domestic animals, making the place ideal for children. If the guests wish, they have the opportunity to participate in rural activities and at the same time they can enjoy some of our fresh products, depending on the season.

Interaction with Guests
You can meet with me at your arrival in order to give you the keys and guide you to the house . As I grew up in Nafplio, I can give you any information about the surroundings and what you can do during your stay. Generally I try to make my guests' stay as relaxing and peaceful as possible so I only come to the house when it is asked or permitted. Guests can always reach me through telephone or email.
Getting Around
The house is located around 5km away from Nafplio, so it is important to have a means of transportation if you want to move around, more preferable to have a car. Private parking place for the car is provided for free for our guests.
There is also possibility of car, bike or bicycle rental - you can ask me information in case you are interested.
The city of Nafplio is a very small and there is no public transport inside it. You can easily move around the city on foot, by car or by bicycle. In case you wish to move to other villages or cities by other means, there is a bus station with very frequent routes in the center of Nafplio.
Nafplio is easily accessible from Athens, as it is only 180 km away and you can come directly from the airport either by car via Olympia Odos or you can take the bus from Kifisos Station in Athens and arrive here in around 2hours.

A great property close Nafplio.The property was spaceous, clean and private and suited our group of four. The outside BBQ worked well and we enjoyed a long dinner on the balcony. Plus our hosts were very welcoming and generous with their produce. Highly recommended.

Wonderful place to stay moments from Nafplion
The property was extremely clean and comfortable. . Dania was very responsive and she brought us fresh eggs , water, and some marmalade upon our arrival. A couple of days later she brought us an orange cake baked by her mother that was delicious. Also, she has a very extensive written guide on the property to the area that was very helpful.
Lastly, I loved the turkeys, rabbits,etc. on the property.

Delightful time in Nafplio
What a wonderful experience we had in this home in Nafplio!! It was close enough to the town to be accessible by a short drive, and far enough away to feel “out in the country.” And another perk was it’s close proximity to the ancient ruins of Mycenae and Epidarous. The property is well cared for, and exceptionally clean. Most impressive to my group of friends was the lovely owner, Danai, and her family. They were incredibly accommodating and helpful, going well out of their way to make our stay most comfortable and enjoyable. We had an illness strike one of our party, and Danai was immediately available to help. I would highly recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting this delightful area of Greece!

Calme et bien situé
La maison est bien équipée et bien située près de Nauplie (8 Min en voiture). Pour les courses, il y a une épicerie dans le village ainsi qu'une boulangerie.
20 min de Mycène et 30 min d'Epidaure.
Calme dans les champs d'orangers et d'oliviers.
La propriétaire est charmante et aidante.

Sehr nette Vermieter und Service. Was fehlt ist eine Spülmaschine, sonst ist die Ausstattung gut. Und wenn etwas fehlte, wurde es uns umgehend gebracht. Vom Opa wurden wir mit frischen Eiern u Granatäpfeln aus dem Garten versorgt. Wer das Landleben mag, den wird auch der eifrige Hahn nachts nicht stören 😉�. Wir haben uns dennoch sehr wohl gefühlt.

Quiete e accoglienza nella campagna greca
La villetta si trova a pochi chilometri da Nauplia, in un piccolo villaggio di campagna. Dispone di un piacevole spazio verde esterno e di un bellissimo patio arredato dove potersi rilassare e consumare i pasti. La casa è nuova, molto curata e arredata con gusto. Le camere e i bagni sono disposti su due piani e dato che eravamo due famiglie abbiamo potuto riservarci i nostri spazi.
La giovane padrona di casa ci ha accolto molto calorosamente e ci ha illustrato l'organizzazione della casa, dato consigli per escursioni e cena e consegnato un quaderno di benvenuto preparato da lei.
Abbiamo trovato prodotti per prepararci tè, caffè, per la pulizia della cucina e per l'igiene personale.
il papà della padrona di casa parlava italiano e ci ha portato frutti raccolti nel suo frutteto quando è venuto a presentarsi e a darci il benvenuto. Per la colazione ci hanno anche portato delle marmellate fatte in casa.
Alla nostra partenza siamo stati salutati con un piccolo presentino che conteneva un assaggio dell'olio locale e della marmellata.
Consiglio vivamente questa soluzione per la vicinanza ai siti archeologici di Micene, Tindari, Epidauro e per visitare la bellissima cittadina di Nauplia approfittando nel contempo della tranquillità della posizione defilata. senza dimenticare che l'accoglienza amichevole dei proprietari ci ha fatto subito sentire a casa.

Excellent property. Excellent location. Excellent people
We had the pleasure of staying in Danai’s property for almost two weeks during the month of July. The house has everything you might need and it is very spacious. We spent most of our time in the garden and porche outside as it is such a beautiful and quiet space. Being in the countryside- not far from the city or the coast, gave us a more genuine experience. Danai was extremely helpful and attentive and meeting her and her family added to our holiday: the fields, the food, the products they provided and their welcoming personalities made of his holiday one we will remember for a very long time.

A lovely family home very near Nafplio
We stayed for 6 nights. The house was very clean and we had everything we needed for 2 adults, a teenager and a 4 year old. The yard is huge and having the farm animals and fruit trees made the stay a perfect, calm oasis for the kids. Danai and her family are very welcoming and do everything they can to make the stay enjoyable. The house is well furnished, the kitchen very complete for general cooking. Markets are great in Nafplio with lots of fresh produce and meal supplies. Everywhere we went, the people were friendly and helpful. Thank you, Danai, for all you did for us.

Relaxing country home
Loved our stay in the fields of olive and apricot orchards. It was so restful and peaceful. Our host, Danai was so warm and welcoming and her sweet father gave us produce from his garden. The chickens and rabbits on the farm were our companions, as were the friendly and cute dogs who would greet us in the mornings. The house is very spacious and well equipped. I could have been very happy never leaving the hammock but there are many sights in the area to explore and some lovely beaches to swim and lounge at within a short drive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect for our family
Danai is a delight to know. She is cheerful, helpful, friendly. She responded immediately to any questions we had. The house was large, spacious, and just a few minutes outside of Nafplio. It was a perfect location for our forays into and around Nafplio. We will stay there again the next time we visit this area.

spacious cool holiday home and garden with great hospitailty and excellent location
We had a great stay in Nafplio with ourt family of four (with two small children aged 3 and 6) with many thanks to Danai who is a very hospitable host who speaks excellent english and is avaibale for questions via whats app/mobile phone which was really handy and nice.
The house is situated close to the many different beaches: Tolo, Karathona, Nafplio etc. Rocks, sand all kinds, so we switched it up a lot for fun. Danai was kind enough to give us a big bag with beach toys and googles etc for the children. Beach towels were also avaibable which is a nice extra little service.
The house is located perfectly close to nafplio and many historic sites and still in a more green and quiet suburban /Agro part of the village of nea tirinth. Danai also gave us many tips for exploring smaller sites in the vicinity.
The house itself is very cool and spacious, very complete with good arconditioning in all rooms. As it was 31C during our stay we did use the airconditioning in de bedrooms upstairs (temperature was very managable). Our rental car we could park on the fenced property (no escaping kids) under a roofed parking place out of the sun.
Good kitchen (with small childeren we cooked a lot of meals there) . Only negative is the absence of a dishwasher. But to us this was not very problematic. Good washingmachine, good Wifi, HD tv and dvd player. A selection of games and stuff. although somewhat more expensive (compared to gites in France of similar quality and size) it was certainly worth it considering the price was really "all included" (so no extra cost for cleaning ladies,towels linnen, heating etcetera) spacious house with everything needed etc. We felt it was good value. Four stars and an extra star for our hospitable host! Which really helps to make everything more relaxed when there are small things needed.
We will certainly recommend this location to our friends and family and visit ourselves again in the future.
The only tip I can give is maybe add a trampoline or swing for childeren and childproofing the garden a bit more and it would be perfect for families. (Normally we always check if there is outside playing stuff)

Comfortable home. Friendly host. Beautiful Area.
This was a great place to stay for our family of 5 (including 3 young kids). The house is clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for everyone. The house also has a nice private yard. The area around is covered in orange trees, which were blossoming while we were there so is smelled heavenly. We were able to see the bunnies, feed the chickens, walk through olive and orange trees, and play with the dogs. While you get a more rural experience, it is very close to the ancient sites (Mycenae, Epidarous, etc.) and only a few minutes drive to the lovely town of Nafplio which has a lot of great restaurants. Danai was a great host. Easy communication before, during, and after. She was very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at the house, we just wish we could have stayed longer! The location is out in the countryside and perfect to get to Nafplio easily (about 10 minutes drive). It is also very near sites such as Mycenae and Epidaurus. Spring is a lovely time to go - the wild flowers are stunning and there are lots of butterflies. The house is very well equipped with a lovely peaceful outdoor area and barbecue. There is a mountain behind the house which took about 45 mins to walk up (very easy walk up a track) and had stunning views over Nafplio and the surrounding mountains, from the top. The kids (three teenagers) loved the attentions of the dogs (Milou especially, who we wanted to take home with us!) and enjoyed seeing the chickens and rabbits. Danai looked after us and was always on hand to help with any advice. She also kindly did some shopping in advance of our stay so that we had some provisions for the first evening, which we were very grateful for! (We also enjoyed a traditional Easter dinner with her family and friends - thank you Danai for inviting us!). We highly recommend this lovely place and would love to go back soon!

Wonderful property, wonderful hosts
We cannot be positive enough about Danai and her country house. The house was spotlessly clean and very functional for our party of seven, including three young boys and a grandmother. Pleasant outdoor patio and grounds, with a large vegetable patch from which we were encouraged to source provisions (and did so, especially with the help of Danai's charming father!). Danai herself was highly attentive and friendly. For example, when we discovered that the coffee percolator was damaged, she proceeded immediately to provide a brand new one. She has prepared a detailed guide booklet that is available for guests and came in quite handy. Charming Nauplion is a short car ride away, and we enjoyed being close to town but also a little bit removed. Myceanae and Epidavros are each less than thirty minutes's drive from this location, and were quite breath-taking. Danai also recommended the local beaches of Kondyli and Tolo, each of which were memorable with fabulously warm seas. With this house, this host, and the impressive array of surrounding sights and scenes, we would happily have stayed for longer. Thank you Danai!

Great Property

Large country house. A+ hospitality.
Located in a small rustic village, this modern house is very spacious - inside and out. We were pleasantly surprised by the large yard with a huge covered porch and outdoor grilling area. A one minute drive into town, Nea Tirintha, and you'll get a feel of living like a local. Everyone in Nea Tirintha and Nafplio (5 minute drive) were welcoming!
The owner, Danai, was outstanding. She gave us a exhaustive list of things to do and see in the area. We had our own travel books, but her list was more precise. Her personalized restaurant reviews were helpful because it can be overwhelming to find a restaurant that fits your taste, style and budget. In fact, the one time we went off her list, we regretted it. Danai also arranged a private tour of Epidavros area, which we highly recommend.
