Our two-story townhome with a two-car garage is nestled in a quaint, quiet creekside complex. With a living room, a full kitchen on the main level, and two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, you will have plenty of space for two couples or a family with kids.
Have your cup of coffee or a glass of wine on the front porch overlooking beautiful common gardens or on a second-floor balcony off the master with a view of the creek.
If you are not in the mood to explore many great Boulder restaurants in the neighborhood, cook your own meal in a fully stocked kitchen with brand-new Bertazzoni appliances, including an induction range. We provide coffee, tea, basic spices, and oil.
Get cozy by a wood-burning fireplace in the evening. The TV has cable channels and apps like Netflix, YouTube, Spotify, and Pandora for your entertainment. The living room sectional can comfortably sleep one adult or two kids.
Upstairs south-facing master bedroom has a partially vaulted ceiling, ensuite bath, and an outdoor balcony with seating. The 2nd bedroom is facing North and is more spacious and has a walk-in closet. Both bedrooms have deluxe queen-size beds with plush bedding and iron-pressed crisp white 100% cotton linens. Big fluffy towels add even more comfort to your stay. Bathrobes and candles are for maximum relaxation after a long day.
High-efficiency steam washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit for your laundry needs, but please leave house laundry for professionals. Detergent is provided.
Parking in Boulder's downtown area is challenging sometimes. However, with an onsite private parking and an attached two-car garage, it could not be easier for our guests. You can simply leave your car and walk everywhere. And we have two bikes for our guests to cruise Boulder paths in style!
It is an easy walk to Pedestrian Pearl Street Mall, where all the action and all the best restaurants are. Our historic Whittier neighborhood is a walker's paradise, with lovingly tended gardens, magnificent shade trees, and gorgeous Victorian homes.

This was a great place to stay. It was walking distance to Pearl Street which we loved. My husbands truck didn’t fit in the garage - but we felt totally safe parking it in the parking lot. It had everything we needed for the week we stayed. We would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful, quiet, updated townhome, convenient location. One of best rental experiences. It was incredibly clean, updated, well decorated, comfortable beds / linens. Wood burning fireplace is a bonus! Irina does an amazing job making you feel right at home with extra touches She is very friendly, flexible and responsive. Look forward to staying again!

This rental was in a great neighborhood, just a short walk (or bike) to Pearl Street. It was so clean! The owners were very responsive when we had a little issue. We loved using the provided bikes to ride around town. We would definitely stay here again!

Our family of three were very happy with our stay. The location was very convenient. The garage was very helpful for our rental car. 2 small patio seating areas were nice for reading outside. The expressos were very much appreciated. Would definitely stay again.

Came to Colorado to tour a few colleges. This was the perfect place for us. Very nice home in a quiet neighborhood but walkable to Pearl street. Look forward to coming back!

Everything in the unit was perfection. The pictures accurately reflected the unit. It was clean, beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. We would recommend this unit and are interested in renting again next year. Using the last four digits of our phone as the check in code is genius :-) . The landscape was also so peaceful and serene. We stayed at the property for the 3rd time on a visit to our son who is a CU Boulder student. The location is perfect for walking or biking to Pearl Street and the beautiful surrounding neighborhoods (bikes provided). We also have loved having a garage for our car and a place to store our skis while in town. The space is just as pictured, super comfortable and well-stocked with everything you could need. The Nespresso machine and milk foamer are the perfect extras to make this place feel like a treat.

Great atmosphere and proximity to Pearl Street. I was unable to figure out the heat. Although I finally managed to get the upstairs thermostat to 71 for a period of time, it was very chilly both upstairs and downstairs. Downstairs reader was never more than 64 degrees. Just thought I should let you know for future clients

The home was easy to access, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and clean, full of amenities. We wanted for nothing!
It was a short walk to all the shops and restaurants at the Pearl Street Mall and so close to beautiful hiking areas!
The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Highly recommend and if I go back to Boulder I would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the nicest, if not THE nicest, VRBOs we’ve stayed in. Great location, spectacularly clean, well-equipped kitchen (knives were even sharp!!), good TV options so we could watch the World Cup, and high end/quality decor and furnishings. One thing to note is that you are requested to take your shoes off when you come inside (which is fine and makes total sense). It just might be a good idea to bring slippers or slipper socks with grip so you don’t slip in socks on the hardwood floors or stairs! We will be back when we return to Boulder! This property has it all- from the comfortable living areas, high end bathroom finishes, great coffee maker/milk foamer in kitchen, to the bikes in the 2 car garage. Also super convenient if you do not have a car. Easy walking to lots of coffee shops, restaurants and bars on Pearl Street and beyond. My CU student didn't even mind the walk from the Hill.

Very close to Pearl Mall. Parking is a bit of a challenge but worked out ok. Owners were very helpful and available when I needed them.

We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed every moment. The place is beautiful, welcoming and super clean. It looks exactly as represented in the photos — and the location cannot be beat. It is a short walk to many wonderful restaurants, bars, shops and spas/salons. Even though the location was so close to Pearl Street Mall, it was very serene and peaceful. We would love to stay here again the next time we are in the Denver/Boulder area. Highly recommended. Many thanks to Irina for the great hospitality!

This was our third time staying at this property. Each time with different friends and it’s always a winner for all of us. It’s a beautiful unit in a great location and the property managers is so responsive if we have any questions. We will stay here again for sure.

Great communication, Amazing location, Beautiful home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We came for a softball tournament. Townhouse was an easy drive to the fields and walking distance to all that Pearl Street has to offer.

This is the second visit I have made with friends to Boulder and stayed at this property. The property is beautiful, well maintained and the location is ideal as it is walking distance to everything yet tucked away in a quiet area away from traffic. Excellent communication from property manager and easy access. Would highly recommend the property and already have another trip booked to stay here in just a couple months.

Couldn’t be happier with our stay at this beautiful property. Perfect location (we walked everywhere) and spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds and living room couch and thick,soft towels and robes.
Big two car garage and fully stocked with everything you will need. Would definitely book again!
