Bel appartement au calme, très bien situé, à côté du Corte Inglés.

Nous avons tout aimé ! En premier lieu, la gentillesse des hôtes avec qui nous avons échangé très souvent ! Nous étions 3 adultes d'une même famille et nous avons tous apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement est parfait pour 4 personnes : il dispose d'une suite parentale avec sa propre salle de douche et toilette et il y a 2 petits lits dans la 2ème chambre. L'appartement dispose également d'une 2ème salle de douche et toilette. La cuisine est équipée. Un petit balcon où prendre son café le matin. C'était parfait.

Quiet neighbourhood, close to Historic City center, cafe's, groceries, transportation; Pleasant host

The apartment building is located in the city, a short walk to the historic city center and the farmer's market. The neighbourhood is quiet in the evening for sleeping. The Mercadona grocery store is a 2 minute walk from the apartment building and there are many cafe's within walking distance. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat was clean and had a balcony with table & chairs for sitting/dining. I prepared and cooked a lot of meals in the kitchen during our months' stay. There is a small area off the kitchen for the washing machine; we used it quite often during our stay. San Andres & La Malagueta beach are approximately 2Km, in opposite directions, from the flat. The main train station (Maria Zambrano) is 1Km from the flat where you can get the high-speed train to Madrid, Seville, Cordoba etc. or the regular "commuter" train West to Torremolinos & other beach areas. We communicated with the host via the message service on the Booking.com app and the response time was quick (of course during business hours). The host is attentive, pleasant, and understanding.

Malaga four day stay January 23

Spotlessly clean and tidy. Bed extremely comfortable and warm in Jan. 2 Hair dryers, iron, provided. Lovely balcony for four. Kitchen great for four nights self catering, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid etc Showers(two) were brilliant ,hot, kept temp even ( rare in Spain!) and provided shampoo/conditioner if forgotten. Location easy for walk into old town, 15 mins stroll. Short walk from train station 10 mins.

Nothing major we had a comfortable, enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend and return. Couple of minor items, Garlic press would have been useful and more than one pot towel.

Disappointing location

The apartment was very clean and practical and was about a 20- 30 minutes walk from the main attractions of Malaga.It was easy to get to from the airport and the staff and communications were excellent.

The apartment looked directly onto blocks of flats, run down graffiti covered buildings and boarded up houses.The nearby roads had no nice bars, cafes, or anywhere nice to eat unless you wanted to go into Malaga each time. It was quite a run down area which was , obviously, not disclosed on the booking site. We felt disappointed and the balcony was unusual to sit on as it looked onto such an unsightly view !

Excellent location, spacious apartment in Malaga

Location was great, just minutes away from a Corte Ingles and about 10 minutes walking to downtown area. The apt was spacious and very beautiful.

Not enough hot water for the family to shower on the same day. The couch was ripped (not that big of a deal unless you are planning on sleeping on it) The faucet had issues in one of the bathrooms.

Omg was the noisiest Apartment i have been in !!!people up from as early as 5,6 oclock walking about with wat seemed like heels ,felt like they were in same room nightmare!!it also felt more residential which was fine once you got to know the area

Nice balcony and spacious apartment for good value

Very good placement of the apartment, on a nice and safe street, near Il Corte Ingles for food shopping, good pastry shop or yummy turkish kebab fast food. Apartment and the building are very well kept, new, clean, nice smelling. Apartment is very spacious and the big plus is the balcony, where we enjoyes every day homecooked breakfast or staied up in the night for a glass of wine. The parking is 10 eur / day, downstairs of the building. The entrace is very narrow, but like this are majority of parking spaces in Andaluzia. Also they have street parking, cheaper, but you don't find anytime free slots.

I would recomment more ustensils and glasses in the kitchen, to prepare breakfast ( for salad, tea, coffee for 4 persons). And more toilette paper ( one piece for each for their stay, and not couple) All good in rest

Good location close to the city center

The apartment is located in the center of the city, close to good restaurants, supermarkets, bakery and other facilities. It's in the walking distance to the historical center of Malaga. The apartment is comfotable, clean and well equipped. However frying pans need to be renewed as the telfon surface is scratched.

The parking space is a reall advantage, however the entrance to the underground space is challenging as it's really narrow. The parking place is narrow as well, so it's not easy to park a car. Noisy plumbing in the building and thin walls - we could hear neighours' discussion every morning and evening.

All in all a very nice apartment & helpful back up team

we were me at the doors following having a taxi from airport arranged for us & shown round the property.Good lacation, well furnished spacious & safe. Nice big comfortable bed, good cooking facilities 50m from Aldi which was handy has we were here for a month 20min walk to most areas of this lovely city

in a residential block so early morning noise from residents going out, noisy plumbing in building. would have been nice to have had a welcome pack of tea milk & coffee after long travel

Modern apartment, very clean. Comfortable bed and great shower room. Excellent location.

Kitchen very small, hardly any kitchen utensils. No big frying pan, no knife for cutting and microwave takes over all the working space. Plug for water cooker hanging out of the wall. Kitchenware needs updating

Location, private parking, balcony, apartment was big. Everything you needed was there, well equipped (soap, showergel, salt, coffe etc) We ejoyed our stay :)

Wonderfully comfortable apartment in a working town but with lots of history and places to go

Our location was only a five minute walk from the centre of Malaga with all the food shops, etc. that you needed. We did have an Aldi store just 50 yards away and a greengrocers and bread store very close by. It was so easy to walk about the Town and the Port, Alcazaba, Old Town took around 20 minutes to get to. Malaga is a very safe-feeling town, and all the locals were very friendly if we had to make an enquiry as to a location. The apartment was superb and very spacious with an extremely comfortable bed and lots of cupboard/drawer space. The apartment building is beautifully maintained and very clean too. There's a very good restaurant (Papulinos) just across the road too,

The kitchen was really useful with an induction hob and full-size oven as well as a microwave and a washing machine on the rear balcony space. There was no drying rack for clothes though. There was the Spanish system of pulley washing lines but there were only four pegs! Staying for three weeks, as we did, it was great to have the washing machine but it needs something to hang your laundry!
