Spent a long weekend here with family and we had an awesome time. Steps away from the sunrise trail lift which made skiing very convenient without having to jump in the car to drive to the mountain everyday. Place was clean, well stocked and Phil was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend others do the same!

Our stay was a family reunion from a Wednesday to Sunday. The layout was great for us.
Kitchen was fully equipped although we ate out every night. The kids skied and the grandparents snowshoed and used the great spa facilities.
The whole townhouse could use a good cleaning and freshening up and it was very drafty and hard to control the heat.
Tubing was also fun for the whole family.
All in all we all had a good time.

One of the best houses we have ever rented. Great location to ski at Bear Mountain, but convenient to all. 5 bedrooms. 3 baths. Big comfy sofas. Fireplace. Large dining table. Extremely well provisioned kitchen (a rarity). Great views. Owner was very responsive. Really just fabulous all around.

This was a perfect property for a large group (7 people) ski/ride get-away. Clean, well stocked and steps away from a trail.
Kitchen was well stocked for the nights we made dinner and enough space to spread out. Lots of dishes, utensils, and more.
Awesome communication from start to finish and no issues!

Our stay was perfect and Phil was super!!! We take our “annual” Killington vacation with siblings and kids, and this Condo was the perfect place for us!!! More than enough room for 9 adults and 2 little ones. Luckily there was enough snow to get to the lift and ski back. 😁 not having to drive to the base lodges is so nice.! I would definitely recommend this condo!

Bathgate Family Visit
The property was wonderful, the architecture well done. The interior decorating was special. The owner, Phil, was super cooperative. Fortunately, all in our party are healthy and athletic, as the property, along with all others in the neighborhood are not handicap accessible.

Skiing trip
Very nice place, but the front storm door wasn't working properly, the microwave door wouldn't latch closed, and we needed to buy toilet paper, but we had a great time!

Great House for Large Groups
The place was clean, large, and had everything we need to make our stay comfortable. Our group was originally 12 but turned out to be 15 with children and we used all the bedrooms and had space for an air mattress in the living room. The kitchen had all the necessities and we even had a burger burn using the grill on the deck. The house was overall great for our group. We did hiking around the Killington area and went to Lake Echo for some recreational activities. Communication was excellent with our host via email and text. Only downside, honestly, was that due to covid, the pools and gym were closed at the community center.

Lovely Stay on the Moumtain
Our stay over Thanksgiving was great! It was very much as described, and ended up being just what we needed for a holiday weekend The place worked really well for us. It was clean, fresh, well equipped and had good space. The bedroom situation was great - with bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor so that we were able to spread out as needed at night and in early morning. The living area is really comfy. We watched old movies from the fun collections in the house - and while it was just a small thing...that encyclopedia of jokes that was there provided more than its fair share of amusement!

Cozy Condo at a Great Location
Our three small families of 11 had a wonderful stay at Phil's property during the winter break. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of room and bedding for everyone. The location is wonderful and the ski on/off feature makes going to the lift a breeze. From now on ski on/off will be our top lodging criteria.
The clubhouse is a wonderful amenities. One of the days we stayed was rained out so we couldn't go skiing, but the indoor pool and hot tub helped tremendously.
Phil was a great host and he is quick to respond whenever we had a question. I do have a suggestion of leaving the wifi password written in the house as it is hard to to get cell reception in that area and nowadays most people keep their check-in information in the cloud, etc.

Great house!
Everything in the house was great and our stay was extremely comfortable. There was more than enough room for the six of us. One thing I would like to mention is that, if you are staying in this neighborhood in early December (or earlier), be aware that it will probably not be ski in/ski out because the trails near the neighborhood won't be open yet. Seems pretty obvious now but one thing that led me to book a house in this neighborhood was that it was advertised as ski in/ski out. One other thing that led me to book here was the sports center that included the hot tubs, pool and fitness area. After getting here we found that all of that closed at 5 PM which meant that we never got to use any of it because we were on the slopes all day. We were all looking forward to a sock in the hot tub at the end of the evening but it was not to be. Also, the restaurant in the neighborhood didn't open until the week after we left which was a little disappointing as well. Again, the house was perfect and well stocked it was just the neighborhood amenities that let us down a little.

Fantastic property and owner
What an amazing condo in a great location at Killington. Unit is very nicely furnished with tons of room for a large group. The fireplace was great after a day of skiing and the condo complex had an excellent gym, pool and spa also. The owner was so helpful and accommodating with our situation as a blizzard came through on our departure date as e helped arrange an additional day for us. We would definitely come back again!!!

Excellent customer service!
Not only is this the perfect ski house to stay at, great location, and very accommodating for a group of family and friends. But also this homeowner went above and beyond to help us out when we forgot our ski boots! He mailed the, back at no charge! This kind of helpfulness is unheard of these days. Thanks so much for a great stay . This was my second time staying and I plan to be back in the future and highly recommend to others!

Christmas Week 12/25/2009-12/30/09
This beautiful warm and cozy home is perfect for 2 families with several children. I would suggest if you have multiple families to make meals that you can freeze and bring them with you in order to maximize you stay; there are plenty of cooking utensils and serving dishes.I would reccommend traveling during the day because the roads at night are extrememly dark and it is difficult to read the road signs. There was plenty of room for everyone and the fireplace was wonderful as the outside temperature had fallen below zero(F) after the first day. The recreation center was wonderful, nice gym, nice pool, hot tub, ice skating facilities and a lovely little resturant with bar.The ski on ski off feature was wonderful but unfortunatly the sunrise ski lift did not begin operations until 1/1/2010 for the first time in several years. Even though we couldn't use the sunrise ski; lift, bear mtn ski lift was just a short drive down the road. The skiing in Killington was amazing long trails connecting one mountain to the next and great lodges for lunch. Six of our kids snowboard (novice to expert) and the new Burton sponsored terrain park on Bear Mountain was amazing. We did go into town for some 25 cent wings and a drink at Casey's Caboose which is a neat place if you have younger children, you can sit in an old train caboose and have dinner. I would reccommend this home for a multiple family ski vacation.

Great Experience and Location
This trip (March 09) was our third trip to Killington and each time we have stayed in the Sunrise Condo complex. This condo townhouse is a great set-up for 2 families - lots of separate space for kids and adults. The adults can watch a video in the very comfortable living room while the kids use the games room or media room downstairs. The condo also comes very well equiped with all the cooking utensils you may need, many videos/cd's, extra bedding and even crutches that came in handy due to a snowboard injury. Along with this comes the ski on / ski off feature just outside the door and this is one of the only locations in Killington that provides this. Also a few minute walk along a trail will bring you to the recreation complex with a hot tub, pool and excercise room. The owner (Phil) is very easy to work with in arranging the details of a stay and follows up with all the information to make your vacation enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Great place for a vacation
We have been summer renters in Killington for 14 years . We have stayed in many of the properties that Killington has to offer . My family has grown and this year we were in need of a large property.
This property was just what we needed ! My children ( now grown with children of their own ) had plenty of room to spread out . I really enjoy the Grandchildren , but it is also nice to have a place to " get away " The porch on the 3rd floor ( master bedroom ) was just the place ! The living room was very large and accommodated all of us in the evening . The kids loved the pools and spent a lot of time there .
It was hot a few days while we were there , there were nice fans in every room . That is something that you usually don't find in Killington.
The home was very comfortable , books to read and every convenience that you might need . There was even a pack & play for my sons baby . There were blankets and quilts in every closet for the cool mountain nights .
We had a lovely vacation and I would recommend this unit to anyone who would like a great vacation in the mountains ..

Nice place to stay
We stayed for fours days during the foilage season, and the whole town was stunningly beautiful. Even the view outside the balcony was amazing. The house was fairly clean and well decorated. There are a lot of DVDs in the living room, so you won't get bored at night. The kitchen was equipped well too. Our only complain is that there was no air conditioning, and upstair rooms were so hot at night that it was difficult to fall asleep, even with the patio door fully opened.

One of the Best
This home is just not your typical rental home. It was even better than the pictures showed as it was more spacious and decorated to perfection. We had a large group and yet everyone had plenty of space and the kids spent most of their time in the game room and den while we got to enjoy the surround sound system and large screen TV. Also, there were around 100 movie and concert DVD's that kept everyone entertained. Getting to slopes was about a 50 yard walk, but we skied back to just about the front door, and the scenery of mountain peaks all around was awesome. The health club had everything you could want and they even provided snowshoes for a walk on one of their cross country trails. This was one of our best ski vacations ever!
