This vacation Studio-Suite is located in the heart of the World famous OCEAN DRIVE/ART DECO DRIVE. This ART DECO building was converted into Suites.
Everything inside the Suite includes furniture, amenities, and a 55" QLED TV with Surround Stereo System. The Suite has a full kitchen with new appliances and a bathroom with tub and shower. Stepping-out of the Suite, you will be enjoying what South Beach is all about, the white sandy tropical beach with 360 degrees of scenery, and full of nightlife, clubs, bars, boutiques, museums, theaters, and international restaurants with delicious cuisines. Across the Condominium is Lummus Park bordering the beach with recreational activities and playgrounds for volleyball, basketball with public bathrooms and outdoor showers, cement path for roller-skaters, runners, walkers, and for tourists access to the beach.

Parking is available thru parking meters along Ocean Drive and its cross streets. The less expensive indoor parking is: City of Miami Beach Parking located on the corner of 7th street and Collins Avenue (entrance is thru Washington Ave and 7th Street because 7th St is One Way Street). Please keep in mind that the rate of parking in Miami Beach depends on the location and vary per day of the week and festivities around the South Beach. The further the parking is to the water/beach, the less expensive you will find the parking. Valet parking is also available by private companies throughout Collins Ave and Ocean Drive starting on 6th Street to 15th Street and their parking rates vary on the day of the week, weekends, and festivities around South Beach. OCEAN DRIVE IS OPEN One Way for Vehicles from North to South (from 15th St to 5th St).

The unit needs a thorough cleaning, walls in bathroom were filthy as well as the toilet bowl, kitchen counters, etc. Upon entry, the unit had a strong smell of bleach but it didn't translate into a clean property. The bedding is old and tattered and really doesn't fit the size of the bed, dishes were chipped, and the counters needed a deep clean. To top it off, a leak from the AC vent started after a thunderstorm! That was the straw that broke the camel's back, and I requested a full credit and checked out. The host graciously accepted to refund me immediately upon being notified of the water infiltration.

Great location. Many restaurants in walking distance. Never needed to get a ride or have to walk too far. Host was available throughout the visit as she worked at the location. Enjoyed our trip!

The plus for this condo, is the location, right on Ocean Dr, and in front of the park and the beach. You do not "need" a car to go around. The King Bed was pretty comfortable for a rental. There is plenty of space in the condo, large sofa, TV, good size closet and kitchen. We were on the 3rd floor, with the windows on 6th street, not on Ocean Dr, so we were lucky! Because the restaurant plays very loud music, all day long and up to late at night on weekends. Our nights were pretty quiet for the location on Ocean Dr. The cleaning was okay. The condo and building are old, you can smell the usual tropical ambient humidity. The major minus for us was that the AC is super noisy! We had to turn it off at night, so we could sleep, but then it was quickly hot and humid in the condo. The ceiling fan was working fine though. Couple more shelves in the bathroom would be great, but plenty of towels, gels... We didn't use the kitchen, but fridge worked well. The other complaint is that you need a set of keys to check-in. If we knew that in advance, we wouldn't had a red eye flight or rented this condo. A keyless set is not that expensive and would be such a plus to manage this condo. Poor Helena was very responsive before we arrived and did woke up in the middle of her night to let us check-in, so we were very grateful for that.

I took a spur of the moment solo trip to get away and this place was perfect. Clean, close to everything, and had everything you need. Helena was amazing and was extremely quick to respond anytime I text. Can’t wait to return.

This is the perfect location for a visit to South Beach. Within walking distance to anywhere you want to go. Literally across the street from the beach. We walked to the beach and used the beach chairs and towels provided with the Condo. Many restaurants within just a 2-5 minute walk. The south point pier within walking distance. Public transportation very close, some of it even free. The only drawback was that there is a restaurant patio outside the window that plays music from 8am-midnight, but the music was not bad and not terribly loud.

We had a lovely stay. The location is amazing right on Ocean Drive, close to the Versace Mansion where we went for dinner and right across from the beach. Helena was great and very communicative. Will be coming back!

Helena was wonderful!!!! My granddaughter adored her. Everything was wonderful! A couple incidents on the street eating at the restaurants in front of my 8 year old granddaughter but happens.. one person having a great time with a covered booty show and another was iI am guessing a drug addict looking for money and my husband told him to get lost, he verbally abused my husband in front of her..she wanted to know why? Kinda of sad but got to learn, just was harsh. No fault of the accomodations. Great place to stay if you are looking to be right on South Beach!! Highly recommend!!

Bed was comfortable which is important to us. Clean and location was good. Helena who got us checked in was wonderful, she gave great recommendations and was attentive when the air conditioning stopped working, thankfully the temperature outside wasn’t bad and this did not affect our stay.

Overall our stay was Ok. Pros - location, price, amenities. Cons - Street noise, lack of cleanliness, overall wear and tear. Stay here for the location and price. Then stay out late because this condo has loud music, cars and bikes revving engines, and people shouting every night up to 2AM. This building is set on a narrow side street which echos and amplifies all the street noise from Ocean and Collins. The unit itself is worn and dirty. Found dirty food crumbs in one cabinet and an old pizza box stuffed into another. The windows wouldn’t open so no fresh air. Shower head is ancient, barely functional. You get what you pay for in SoBeach. This is a good place if you’re on a budget. Spend more of you want more.

Helena was not a very nice person, angry and threw a fit because we arrived from the airport 2 hours early and asked to put our luggage in the room instead of pulling them around Miami Beach. Bitched and moaned while we put luggage in the spot she suggested and said “this is why we have rules” which I understand but all we did was ask and got bitched at when she said we could. Suggestion, do not have her deal with guests in the future

We arrived at the property after contact with the property manager. She took us to the room, which was excellent, and noticed (thankfully she noticed this upon check-in) that there was a roof leak due to work being performed on the building and there was water all over the bed. She quickly moved us to another room next door that was not rented out and we stayed there instead. Both spaces were excellent and exactly what we needed. The air conditioning was nice and cool, there was a small but user-friendly kitchen and it was easy to get in and out of the property. There were beach towels, an umbrella, and chairs which were an excellent addition. The only thing that could be improved is contactless check-in with a room code and building code provided in advance. It would make the process more seamless. But we enjoyed our time, Helena was wonderful and the owner was responsive. This is definitely a good place to stay in the future.

Great environment, great atmosphere, great location, great host and accommodations. Cute condo facing a building with culture. Noise level from outside (back street) was tolerable. Building security and other guest/tenants were very pleasant. Everything is as advertised. This was our first time in South Beach and we could not have picked a better time. The beach vibes were nice. Not too many younger folks which kept the atmosphere more than perfect for my wife and I. Alberto and Melinia made checking in and out a breeze. Looking forward to another trip already!

Clean and comfortable studio apartment for my son and I. Beach access is across the street and there were so many choices of places to eat. Located where all the action is and somehow our apartment was quiet allowing for a good night sleep. Check in process was great. Definitely recommended.

Our overall experience was top notch!!!! We enjoyed everything! Our apt was rt in the middle of all the fun on Ocean Drive!!! The property was just what was listed. Helena and the property owner went over and beyond to make our stay pleasurable! They even let us stay several hours later just because our flight was delayed! I would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for a couple of nights before our cruise. Everything was as advertised and the location was perfect! Heard some music from the restaurant next door but that died down after 10PM. Helena met us in the lobby and was very nice. Great experience overall - thank you!

This property was very clean & cozy. Staff were accommodating and I felt very safe, comfortable the entire stay. We were walking distance to the beach and all shenanigans we wanted to get into, perfect location to be honest. Would HIGHLY commend this condo.
