Welcome to Sunset Haven. This beautiful and recently renovated 3BR/3BA townhome is located in the riverfront community of Waters Edge and offers the best of both worlds, from the communal swimming pool and a fishing pier to a 10-minute walk (3 min golf cart ride) to the beach! This townhome accommodates 7 guests and features hardwood floors throughout the entire house. Water views from all three main bedrooms and all bathrooms were recently updated in stunning finishes that set this unit apart from others in the community. The primary floor offers an open-concept kitchen/dining and living room that leads to a large screened-in river-view porch.
Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with great restaurants, ample nightlife options, plenty of shopping, water activities, and more. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 15 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. Parking is provided for 3 standard-size vehicles (parking inside the garage). The garage opening is 7 feet tall and 9 feet wide.
The community pool is open April-October from 10am-10pm (exact dates can vary depending on weather) and the fishing dock is open year round.
Per the HOA guidelines, grills, food trucks, and catering services that have to set up outside for service or preparation are not permitted.
We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use.
Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am.
The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am.
No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office.
No smoking is allowed in or outside of the house.
House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited.
The occupancy can be at most 6 people at any time during your stay.
We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking.

The HOA has created a mandatory quarterly Pest Control service schedule. Please note that if you are a current guest during the service, we'll still need to grant them access to the property to avoid a fine from the HOA. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will do our best to give advance warning to all guests as the HOA alerts us of the service times or any changes.

Our adult daughter, her husband, and son came into town for an impromptu visit. We wanted a fun and relaxing trip to one of our local beaches. Very happy with the place. Accurate Charleston vibes and super relaxing. Highly recommend.

We loved everything about our stay! The house was clean, nicely decorated, and perfect for our family. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing meals. Property management was very responsive. We loved watching sunsets from the porch! Highly recommend!

Very nice condo that accommodated our family for graduation weekend. Pool super close and dock accessibility was great. Other family members rented unit next door that provided ample space for our families to coordinate and gather for meals and socialize

113 Water’s Edge was a great place for 4 retired friends to enjoy a week getaway. The condo was lovely, plenty of room for everyone including bathrooms, big kitchen/dining area, and great outdoor spaces. Enjoyed the pool and dock at sunset. Just minutes walk to beach, plenty of parking and close to Charleston by car! Note - the 4th smallest bedroom doesn’t have a window. Property management arranged for Comcast to fix the internet and tv without being asked on day #1. Overall was perfect for our group.

We enjoyed our stay and the place was nicely decorated. The decks were wonderful. The couches are not the most comfortable, but the beds were. The showers are great, especially the one in the master bedroom.

Property was very clean, updated, and comfortable for our party of 5 adults. All the beds were comfy; good pillows, bedding, etc. View of the river was peaceful, and loved the location to the dock. Very convenient to downtown Folly, too! We did have a maintenance issue during our stay and the property managers took care of it right away. Very easy to communicate with. Would recommend this property and My Ocean Rentals for your Folly visit!

Everything was perfect! We loved the location. It was close to downtown Folly and the beach, but having the fishing pier was the best! The house was outfitted well with towels and essentials like spices and even K-cups for the Keurig. I would definitely suggest to future renters to walk to restaurants or shops and to get your groceries on the way in since most parking downtown is not free and shopping on the island is minimal. The only negative that might affect renters, is the stairs coming from the garage and the top floor are very steep. I don’t think my older parents would be able to go with us for this reason. This house is perfect for a weekend getaway, very clean and modern.

Fantastic week in Folly Beach. Accomodations were excellent. The house suited all of our needs very well. House was clean and very centrally located which made walking into main street or the beach very easy. We did not rent a golf cart as everything was very close by. The only minor issue we had was that this home did not have a barbecue. I assumed it would (my fault when I read in more detail about the amenities it did not list a barbecue). I would recommend the house have one if possible. Thanks for a great week. Very enjoyable.

Our week was wonderful ......two thoughts.....unit really needs a grill....not sure why garage to back is locked....pool for community is way undersized.....other then that our week was wonderful close to everything.

This house has everything! Deck for sunning, screened in deck for sitting, kitchen fully stocked! All 3 bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful! Contact information and communication were great! It's also right across from the pool and so convenient for walking into town! We all loved it!

This was a great property for a beach week. We had four adults and two toddlers. It was a short walk to the beach and to all of the great restaurants. The kids really enjoyed the pool and dock, and seeing all the wildlife in the marsh. Great natural light and space. Kitchen is fairly well stocked with equipment, so we had plenty of at-home meals. Washer and dryer was a lifesaver for the two kids. Thank you for a great week!

This is our fourth time staying at Waters Edge and we love the property. The listing was as pictured and very comfortable. It was our first time dealing with a third party rental company and there was a couple of issues that didn’t really get resolved but the company was responsive and apologetic. But overall had a great stay with great amenities!

the property was clean and well appointed, from kitchen items, to books and puzzles. everything we needed
only complaint was our next door neighbors were very loud, we could hear them running around (several small children) and up and down the steps inside/outside, etc. Could also hear conversations. Also, could hear noises outside from the upstairs bedroom. we were awoken several times by other vacationers during the "quiet hours" after 10 pm.
not the property owner's fault, just maybe not insulated for noise as well as we would like.
