Spacious apartment and great location

Location is brilliant and a short walk to Syntagma Square - many restaurants and cafes and shops are nearby. The apartment is spacious for two people.

The apartment needs a bit of attention - see photos below of curtains falling off the curtain rod on two of the windows. Light would come into the apartment in the mornings as a result.

Great location

Location was brilliant near great restaurants, bars and cafes and a short walk to Syntagma Square. The host was easy to communicate with.

The apartment was not adequately cleaned upon our arrival. There was a used dish cloth in the kitchen sink (I assume by previous tenants) and no new one left for us. The majority of surfaces were dusty including the sofa, kitchen shelves, Nespresso machine etc. The floor needed a vacuum - there were many white polystyrene balls (used to fill bean bags) across the floor. The host offered to have the apartment recleaned but the cleaner returned with a broom only - a vacuum would clean the floor more thoroughly. A bedside light was not working in the 2nd bedroom.

Avoid this at all costs

The location.

When I first arrived at the hotel, I discovered that the so-called "sofa bed" was a joke. It wasn’t even a real sofa bed. I spoke to Annia, who insisted it was, despite it being too small for me. Her brilliant solution? Sleep with my friend who snores. Completely unprofessional. She promised a room switch the next day, for free. Skeptical but with no other choice, I accepted. Big mistake. The new "sofa bed" was equally useless, and I have pictures to prove it. Dealing with Annia was out of the question; she clearly couldn't solve anything. Thankfully, Booking.com stepped in and refunded part of the price (although nowhere near the fair amount). The bathroom was another disaster. It was so poorly designed that water spilled everywhere, and in the first room, the shower was damaged and leaking. The entire stay was a nightmare. The host didn't answer the phone once, despite my multiple attempts. I barely slept for four days. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The host needs to learn professionalism and honesty.

Great spot.

Communication with Annia was flawless. The apartment was clean and well equipped, a great shower, and a very comfortable bed. Location is great and quiet but within walking distance to local restaurants,metro, and sights. Definitely recommend.

Excellent stop in Athens, the appartement is located in a posh and quiet area very close to the main touristic places.

Comfortable flat in a calm location

Well located voluminous flat in quiet neighborhood close to great restaurants and bars. Kitchen well equipped. Beds are comfortable.

One has to know that there’s no lift in this appartement building . Stairways are a bit awkward. Feasible with a carry-on, but if you have more than that, it would be a hassle. There is no cleaning service during our stay (3 nights, 4 days). That should be also clear. There was few things broken: shelves, glass shelf, etc.

Location is brilliant. That's all that's good about this apartment.

Everything. The apartment is very poorly maintained. Toilet was not clean when we arrived. There was hair in the toilet, in the bed and on the couch. There was crumbs on the dining chairs. Very dirty. The room had half a curtain which meant we had to wake up at the crack of dawn. The terrace was filthy. Dead plants. Door doesn’t lock. No safe in the house. We had to ask for the cleaner to come in to clean the house and she did a lousy job. We had to clean the coffee machine and the toaster was filthy.The bed was squeaky and bad quality pillows and mattress. The entrance was blocked with a cabinet.

It was not clean, the bedsheets were very old, the kettle was not working, no shower soap available, very badly maintained. Pity since it used to be a nice apartment.

Nice place

Location in nice street and neighborhood near coffee shops, shops and restaurants. Walking distance to city center and top attractions. The appartment is remodeled with nice charm of old and modern.

Only location was good

Beside that wood floor had some tracked pieces, very dangerous. The bed was not comfortable, and one of the window had no black out. Also somehow we had flying ants in the apart, no way to reach any responsable

Within walking distance we could be ANYWHERE but the apartment needs some improvements.

Perfect location. Very nice and well equipped kitchen. Nice bath towels. Very comfortable bed and pillows.

The apartment was dark we had to have the lights on even during the day. There was a small veranda with some furniture in a not so good condition and some dry, dying plants. The spot didn’t look nice at all . Worn out sofa fabric. Very inconvenient position of bed lighting switches

Amazing Kolonaki oasis

The apartment and location are excellent. It is set back on a quiet street in Kolonaki and surrounded by great bars, cafes and shopping. The apartment is big, bright and clean. The beds are comfortable, great linen and washing machine was convenient. Anya, the host, was extremely kind and responsive - nothing was an issue during our stay! Will definitely book again.

The second bedroom has no door, which is not a hassle for a family group.

Excellent location, quiet neighbourhood, nice minimal interior design, good host, good mattress

not very clean but I shared feedback with hostess and she was happy to resolve this; no lift and can be challenging to carry luggage to second floor if it’s heavy; the house could use some very light improvement (change curtains and fix curtain rail to avoid light coming into the room while sleeping, add ironing board)

Superb

Great location. The neighborhood is lively, bars and restaurants stay open late, great for walking around and shopping. The apartment was clean and comfortable as a home base for exploring the Kolonaki area (well worth it) and also convenient for a visit to the Acropolis. November has turned out to be a wonderful time for visiting these area which are so busy during the summer months. The host responded quickly to my question about parking. I would stay here again.

Great stay in cosy athmosphere!

We loved this cosy place in one of the most interesting districts of Athens (Kolonaki). A very quiet street, but still some great restaurants, shops and cafes close to the place (less than five minute walk). Perfectly clean, well equipped and stylish furniture. Considering what you get this place is not expensive at all. Will definetly come back.

Decoration rocks! Location is the best. Lovely balcony, amenities at their best. Quiet and dark while sleeping although it is in a main attraction area.
